I m a net plus broadband subscriber under account # [protected]. Company suspended my account with the comments that i did not pay the monthly rental however their executive was collecting the amount on monthly basis.
I have that receipt with me on which i paid the cash amount to the executive. Company suspended the account last month also however made it active after sending the receipt but they again suspended...

For your kind information, my cable (Fastway) id 3178 has been not working for past 7 days i have raised this issue many times before but nobody solved it yet i had faced technical issue many times before and i have telephonic conversation for the same, please do the needful.

Setup box problem of signal cable behind the setup box.
We yesterday issued a complaint and its complaint number is 20082019W[protected] on[protected].
None came to attend our complaint.
neither attended our calls and cable operator don't pick our calls and neither he came to watch our setup box.

I have not been using fastway setup box since one year and when we stopped it at that time company employes insisited to keep setupbox for futher use but now the are not taking it return and not giving security amt rs700 hunderd. They claimed that company is closed but company is still working as one connection of fastway is still working at my home at ground floor and not taking back setup boxs of first floor which was unused from ome year....

Above said channel was transmitted on channel no. 426, but same is not displaying since 3 weeks.
I have lodged a complaint earlier on dt. 4th or 5th august 2019, but same was not resolved by fastest side, however an sms for resolving the complaint was sent by fastest.
