I did the recharge of Mumbai metro card through https://www.freecharge.in web sites. Amount get deducted from my account but card not get recharged. Find below details of order.

I would you like to inform that yesterday morning 9.51:44 am mobile number is [protected] i am not used & i was not recharge rs.80 on my freecharge wallet account but unknown hacker used my freecharge wallet another ip address used my account but i have not share my freechartge wallet used id & password so how is possible ..
I had already sent 3 times mails on [protected]@freechare.In, [protected]@freecharge.com but did...

I have used freecharge mastercard to do payment on mi.com, and then i refunded the payment, but freecharge has not done the refund to my account.

I have paid my postpaid bill online on 23/04/2016 from third party website (i.e.Freecharge.com).

last bill payment date from idea was 24/04/2016.But till now my postpaid bill is unpaid.

Freechrage telling that idea is not clearing your bill and idea telling me, we have not recieved your bill.

Please guide me through...

Sir i recently make freecharge credit card... then I added money 1423rs to online order with Amazon... then due to availability of that product.. I cancel my order... and my money was deducted.. and Amazon customer care said your money will refunded at 7th april The refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 250387
Refund Reference # 75260826098008336232740 ... now I call them they told me we already refund your money...

On 14th april 2106, i was trying to add rs 2500 in my free charge wallet by using idbi net banking, the transaction could not be completed due to some internet issue or any other reason i dont know but my money was deducted by the bank. i waited for 3 days and finally i filed a complaint to my bank and after 2 days they gave the revert that money is duly paid by the bank to free charge and there is no pending transaction from the bank. when...

At the date of 21 th april, i have to pay torrent bill for 1320 and that time suddenly 1320 *2= 2640 ₹ ... So total 2640 ₹ is automatic deduct from my frecharge account and in free recharge account show that payment is succesfull and torrent power have not get any payment ... Mobikwik is cheating to the people. I redeemed coupn and that coupn was successfully added to the payment option but not redeemed the cash back. They providing false information for customer and chaeting to the people by that false information. They cheated to me using that false information. They are saying we will give cash back to the customer and provided some coupn but after payment they didn't giving any cash back and not giving reply...

Yesterday I did Recharge on the FreeCharge App by using the Referrral Code of My Friend.I did the Recharge and Applied his Promo code.The Promo Code was applied successfully and after the Payment, the Recharge was done but They haven't processed the Cashback for the Order as mentioned.I was a New user at FreeCharge and They disappointed me by this Cheat....

I predicted 185 score for rcb in 1st innings against rps and they scored the same. Now match is over and in status it is saying that i earned 0.

Can you please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have done net banking through freecharge but transaction failed but money was deduted from my bank acount i have sent mail to the bank but not giving any freecharge is telling that they do not get the money bank of india not giving any problem i have done the transaction on 13 /04/2016 0f 1540 elctricity bill payment . freecharge is telling that if transcation failed money will auto refund in 5 to 7 day but money is not refund. please help...

I wanted to pay my due postpaid bill of my vodafone mobile number and while searching for a offer of cashback on bill payment i saw a offer of 10% cashback on using promocode of visa50 at my free charge app so i used a promocode visa50 to get a cashback of 10% on bill payment of postpaid i paid rs 585 through my visa card but i didn't get the cashback but the offer of getting cashback 10% on using code visa50 was displaying at bottom of screen...

I have paid 630 Rs bill to igl from freecharge website but the money is not paid to the gas provider . I may also charge the late fees. Please either refund my money back or pay it to IGL.
