There is no way to talk to executive regarding problem not listed in faqs, nor there is a valid email id to communicate. How the hell are we supposed to contact for our queries??

I tried booking flight from BLR to BOM for 17th May'24 - Gobibo asked for Rs 4221 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

I made a flight booking on Goibibo from Canada, using a canadian phone number.
I made this booking on Goibibo's website but without creating a goibibo account.
