I booked the hotel yesterday (1st Sep 2021) with the confirmation against free cancellation. Here below is the goibibo whatsapp message of booking confirmation with detail of free cancellation timelines

Today because of a sudden change in plan, I cancelled by booking with the intent of 100% return of my booking amount prior to the defined timelines.
I got the cancellation confirmation again on whatsapp but with no refund...

I have raised refund request for cancelled flight in July. However I havent received refund yet...

I had tried to book Hotel reservation on 1:36 pm -August 28. After booking, amount of Rs.14492 was debited from my account through UPI transaction. Also in goibibo app after debit of fund, booking details were not displayed . After a while, no confirmation on booking details was received and the app was still loading. I was trying to book hotel on 27th August and got redirected to the payment section where i chose debit card to complete the transaction. I was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use. On 5th March 2021, i had booked an Air India flight from bangalore to kolkatta. but i was not allowed to board the flight as i was not having RTPCR certificate which was made mandatory by the state and i was unaware about it. I have booked the parveen travels bus through redbus on 19.08.2021 for the amount of 829.50 INR from Tiruchirappalli to Chennai. After I went into the bus only, I came to know that bus seats are dirty and some of the bus employees not wearing the mask too.
