On 12 Jan 2018, I got a call from [protected]. A lady called saying that she is from SBI credit card(ending 3039) and they have an offer to convert my reward points to rupees and the mount of 4808 Rs will be credited back to my SBI Credit Card.
She asked for my CVV and OTP and when I said I cannot give CVV she insisted that it was a secure line and also gave her SBI employee ID.

I am an idea prepaid user. Even though i have recharged for unlimited pack which provides 250 minutes of calling per day along with 1 gb data. Yesterday, rs. 28 was deducted from my balance, claiming that i has used up my quota of 250 minutes for the day which is totally false claim which i can prove.

My idea sim card has stopped working all of a sudden. When i switch on my phone, it says "sim card not activated". However, i have been using the same sim card for a long time now. I thought maybe it was because there was no balance. But when i tried to get a recharge, it displayed an error saying that it was not an idea number.

This was my primary number and it is very important to me that the sim works. Please help....

Tried calling the customer care office at 123, 12345, [protected]. Didn't get connected to anyone. Also the idea website was. Not getting connected.

Please revert my balance of 100/-. It is shocking and annoying to see such messages...

This is in regards to the discontinuity of the plan of rs.509 which was activated in dec'17 and which is supposed to be completed on 10/03/18.

However, after the consumption of 1 gb data, i have recharged with rs.23 to get my internet pack active.

After which my original plan of rs.509 which includes 1gb data per day, free calling, free sms, has been lapsed.

I had register more than five complaints regarding network and voice call regarding problem .

But finally idea expected representatives call and give me a feedback we have resolved your problem and you get network sometimes and somplaces in pune city.

And that idea not mentioned in there tariff.

If Idea unable to serve me then apologise and reembarrassed me.

I got a message on my idea number that 5 rupees got deducted from my account and when I called customer care the executive talked to me very badly. after that i asked for a senior person to talk and i was kept on hold by saying that yes we are doing . but no body answered my called and the call got disconnected. This a complete cheating with the user....
