This is to bring into your urgent attention that my credit card is being used to make a online payment of rs.4900 on 10 jan, 2018 idea cell-billdesk and the same is being spent.

Kindly look into it very very urgent basis.

Hoping that you will take the complaint seriously as there are lots o[censored]nanswered issue, looking for a proper response.

Idea is fooling it's customer by saying that they are providing unlimited calling packs in rs. 198/199
But actually it has a weekly limit of 1000 mins and 250 mins daily.
They should not use such misleading words (Unlimited) to retain customers.

I am not happy with idea services.
Birla's and idea are looting the nation, they are the white collar thief.

Please tell me, how to port out....

I had a tough time while in roaming in delhi ncr. I was unable to make calls or even receive calls. Data pack was not working. I am very annoyed as i had shifted from air-tel to idea. But the service is very pathetic. I had also contacted the idea cellular office at patto, but they too did not help me. Is there any different procedure for internet connectivity for roaming or for calling. As i was on an official tour i have faced severe issues...

I am living in house no 587-m, sector-21, panchkula, haryana. I am using idea since last 2 years and i am paying for 4 g services but i am not even able to get 3g signal in my home. I am only able to use 2g service inside my home. If i want to use 3g or 4g service i have to stand outside my home.
This is not expected from a leading company like idea, i have been hearig excuses since a long time now bu there is no improvement in quality...

Idea cellular charge to me which vas that do not activet by me
Idea sent me a mgs from 51998 "husband: raja dasrath ki 3 raniya thi. Wife: to kya hua? Husband: to main 2 shadiya aur kar sakta hu. Wife: dropdi ka naam suna hai? Husband: tu bhi na pagli dil pe le leti hai."
And deducted balance from my idea prepaid acount
I am sure i don't permission to activet any servise like this...

I was using reliance gsm number from long time. In nov 2017 reliance service shutdown. idea executive contract me through phone and give me an attreactive offer of 30gb data, 100sms and unlimited local and std call per month @299 per month . I accepted this offor and port my number to idea. But after activation my number idea gave me only 5gb data and not any sms.I complained to idea about this, they reply you have not any prove about plain...

They have deducted 3 rupees from my account without any reason, when i called to their customer care they said you have dialed some number, i said i have not dialed any number, again they said it may happen due to some technical problem, but they did not refund my money. I was not expected this from a company like this. I want my money back and it should not be happen again.

I am unable to link adhaar with idea no. Ur stupid customer care ppl are unable to help those # say i have to go to ap to get my adhaar linked. Ain't it # #.

I was convert my prepaid plan to postpaid plan that is 399 rs. After 20 days they send a bill amount of 739 rs. I ported my aircel sim to idea postpaid. I was told that i could convert it to prepaid at any time by the customer care center but when i went to the idea store they told me that it could not be converted to prepaid before three months of activation of sim whereas i was told that i convert it at any time. Hello sir i had lost my idea sim no. ([protected]), so i block the number and applied for the duplicate sim card as told by the idea customer care but my duplicate sim is not activated yet. It has been over 24 hrs. I am getting no help from customer care now. It is very important number as all my bank accounts and other things are attached to it. So please look into the case and resolve it as soon as possible....

I have been harassed for over a month for porting out of idea, i must have given 50 calls to idea customer care. I deposited pending amount twice but they are delaying the porting hence bill gets increased and response given is that due to technical reason porting request is rejected. I spoke to tushar and madhuri idea senior customer care representative they promised of prompt action but its over a month i am still not able to ported out....

My idea 3g net is giving awesome downloading speed but whenever i try to upload something on you tube and send videos on whatsapp, uploading speed get reduced to 40kbps to 0kbps and it doesn't go on. I even try to get support from idea customer care, but they say they can't do anything on this. What can i possibly do? I am tired of same poor uploading speed....
