I have purchased 1 ton split a. C yesterday but nobody comes to home for installation.. My i'd is [protected]. Yesterday when icalled to the customer care for registration then they told methat within 24 hours ur a. C will be install... Today i called two times to customer csre but they replied that technician will go to ur home for installation... But nobody has come... Is this ur way of service that customer buy ur product and get harassed...

I have purchased a 1.5 ton 3star ifb split ac in march 2016. I was supposed to receive 3 free servicing. But till date i got only two free servicing. When i contacted for third free servicing through customer care of ifb i was informed from the service centre at bilaspur/chhattishgarh that no free servicing will be granted as one year time has elapsed. My question is that as per company assurance/policy i was supposed to get three free servicing....

Sir my microwave oven is not heating properly, i have complaint so many time but no body attend the complain since 24/04/2017. This is very poor and not good for your esteemed concern. Please try to take necessary action against this.

I am using t2900 dx machine since 1998, all the functions are intact and much happy with machine, since last 5 months body parts have stared braking and body is rusted, i enquired many time for the body to the ifb service, but no response, every time they confirm, will revert you.
But no outcome, can you help me get the t2900 dx body.

I am repeating my previous mail which is not resolved now. What steps the customer has taken? No acknowledgement of the complaint. Today I called more than three times I called theperson whom I had paid my AMC. Everybody put a deaf ear about the complaint.Do you force me to go to the consumer court?

Sir, i have purchased elite sx, s. No: 014720. On 2/5/13.
Since then there were no problems, and no checkups.in last month our circute board was burnt and was changed. From then onwards there was a problem of stopping the machine by blinking water... Water... I made a complaint and he came and rectify it by power on/off. He did not go to deep verification. The same problem was occurring throughly and we do same by on/off switching.br...

I have opted for amc of the washing machine for 2 years from your service engr by name shiva kumar, on[protected], bearing the bill no.[protected], customer code: 2965331. After this once the bearing was changed in the first service. During the second service, a person came to attend the same, who was non co-operative and was not attended the same. Hence, the service is due for the same may be attended at the earliest....

After 14 days still not closed the complaint number [protected]. Rs enterprise at coimbatore is very very poor response. I would never prefer ifb hereafter. They even ask me to accept the call closed message before attending the problem. Before resolving the complaint they have also billed some supporting accessories which may require in future. Extremely poor behavior....

I got a ifb washing machine on feb month, the person who came for service got money around (2500/-) for stand and cover but i did not receive the product yet. I contacted the customer care and got the manager number. That manager responded that the product is out of stock, once he receive the product he will be delivering. Its been three months am contacting continuously, on may 3 i contacted he said he will get the product by...

The complaint was received by Mr.Vishal Nd told me that the mechanic would contact me within 24 hours

on the same day at night @7.00p.m. your service man phoned me and told me that he will be coming @8, 00 p.m. But i told him that since i am out of my residence, he was ready to come on sunday 07/05/2017

I had extended the washing machine warranty for 2 years
Now the washing machine is under repair
The technician attended the complaint and they told that bearing should be replaced. And they told that bearing and spare parts comes under warranty and free of charge. But they ask charge of traveling for technician otherwise to bring the washing machine to service center point. The asking rupees 600 for traveling charge. The distance...

I am using ifb washing machine for the last 9 years, i was on amc last year but the service people didn't do any service during the amc period, now when i need a service they said the amc period is over, they didn't informed the amc renewal period to me. I feel i was cheated by the service people due to the lack of proper service during the amc period which leads to the present impaired condition of my machine....

My Microwave Appliance is not taking start....

I have registered the complaint of my dish washer so many times. No action is taken. Since so many months I'm getting no response, and I'm being charged for the AMC maintenance every time. I want an immediate solution for my dish washer. If you still take this lightly I would have to take a legal action....

IFB's back to the square one...
Two years after my first dishwasher was replaced by IFB, I am in the same situation again.
The Machine works wonderfully when it's in working conditions but the moment you face any technical issues, you feel like throwing it out of your window...
IFB technicians are not trained enough to repair the machine.
This time the problem is with the rinse aid...

Machine normally loaded.not overloaded.machine waa running suddenly Machine stopped running with dper remaining 33 mins left.clothes were inside the machine.I tried to take clothes but am not able to.kindly help me.very urgent. Thank you....

Who is this surendar? How can u hire irresponsible guys like him in your support division as supervisor when he himself is not doing his work in right way? This is 3-4 time i raised the issue of cover and he is sending the same damaged cover. When you call him he is showing attitude as if these r giving free service. Return my money.

Purchase one washing ifb machine. But not working proper. Kindly rectify the problem immediately. Until by back your product.

Ifb washing machine is not working. I register the complaint in the toll free no. On 26/04/2017 and the complaint no. Is [protected]. I waited for 3-4 days but still no person came. On 04/05/2017 i visited the shop and made the complaint again, i got a new complaint no. [protected].
The washing machine is under warranty, purchased on 20/12/2014, from nandilath g mart, thodupuzha.

I raised the above complaint yesterday (4th may 2017) and your executive came & opened the machine and said parts needs to be replaced and he'll get back with the parts on saturday (6th may 2017)

He took the amount of rupees 575 as service charge and when i insisted on receipt he said he will give on saturday after replacing the part & there will not be any service charge on saturdaybr...
