I have a car insurance with Iffco Tokio General Insurance. I have filled a insurance claim from Maruti Service Center but Iffco Tokio rejected the insurance claim. Again re-submitted the insurance claim but till date still claim is pending. Please support.

Sir my claim number is 1-1ZJD6LCT is not settled till now because your surveyor Mr Pradeep Sharma is of the view that the damaged part should be repaired rather than being replaced.
