on 05/03/2015 I have paid Rs.993.10 from KVB through BILLDESK-BKVB[protected]-IFFCOTOKIO-[protected] for renewal of iffco.tokio two wheeler insurance premium.But the insurance is not renewed. Hence please refund me the amount back to my KVB account...

We had taken motor policy from iffco tokio for which the providing policy no was 79363799 and policy period was 18 / 8 / 2009 to 17 / 8 / 2010 my vehical was met with an accident on 1 / 7 / 2010 at 9:15 pm.
