Dear Sir,
I have been constantly sending emails and calling on the helpline number for assistance in helping me to reset my password for my userid-piyush9294.
I have been requesting the team to send the OTP on my registered email id as i am not being able to recieve any OTP on my registersd mobile number.

not refund amount

Sir i had book a ticket from pathankot cantt to delhi cantt on 23 jul 18 for 5 august 2018. The said amount has been twice debited in my account please refund the same. Also. refund against failed ticket booking transactions

On 5th july 2018, i have made the below two transaction with irctc, unfortunately those got failed and ticket not generated, but the amount paid through payzapp wallet.

non-availability of tc to resolve passenger problems

no full amount refund in unconfirmed tickets

Self has online procure railway tickets for to and fro journey from haridwar to varanasi and back.
Details of pnr tickets is submitted below against which i received rs. 390 less on unconfirmed i-tickets -

failed transaction tatkal tickets

cancellation of booked ticket is too complicated.

The existed indian railway ticket reservation & cancellation procedure was user friendly which stand too complicated now for an average indian. I can not cancel my booked ticket since the cancellation procedure stands changed/deleted. Kindly make it more user friendly for an average indian who is not a computer expert. Request the honorable minister for rlwys to take an immediate action revert back to old system or make it easy& user friendly.br...

Greeting! Though this forum I would like to bring your attention to two problem which common man face while booking the ticket through IRCTC:

1.While doing payment of booked ticket, Attached banks drop down menu have not included major bank such as SBI and ICICI . Most of the people have their account in these bank . Absence of these bank force us to use gateway payment such as paytm and JIo etc....

money deducted but no notification of ticket status

I booked my ticket from IRCTC website and completed the payment using bhim UPI . The money has been deducted from my account but the status is "pending from BANK end". What should I do ? No one is responding.

I booked a train ticket for travel on 09th June, 2018 from Baroda (BRC) to Mumbai Central (MMCT). Since the train was late by more than three hours, I cancelled the ticket & filed a TDR for refund of ticket money (amount Rs. 1075) on same day (Transaction id : [protected]).

money deducted from bank for my tatkal ticket but status is pending from band end

Tried to book a tatkal ticket from bangalore to sagar .. amount of rs. 770 is deducted from account but tickets are not booked.. status shows as pending from bank end in the irctc website.. neither received a message about refund from irctc or the bank..

refund my balance

I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from datia (DAA) to H NIZAMUDDIN(NZM) for 18 JULY 2018 in 12279 TAJ EXPRESS

After entering the details, I made the payment using SBI net banking. After making the payment I got the message that the session is expired.

I checked my SBI bank transactions and I can see a payment of 321/-. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets"...

tatkal ticket is booked in w/l even we selected option as "book only if confirm berths are allotted"

As per my experience while booking Tatkal tickets, if we select option as "Book only if confirm berths are allotted". Ticket wont book in Waiting List and will ask option as after payment deducted from account. if we click on if will book in W/L and click on it wont book it in W/L. Amount will be credited in beneficiary account within 3 - 5 days. But in New layout it's not happens even we selected option as "Book only...
