tdr refund status (cr registered but refund did not received)

I have filled TDR for one of my journey as per details given below.

Reason for which i have filled TDR is the train was delayed by 8hrs from originating station and railway inquiry has announced for refund. I have E-ticket so on inquiry window i have been told...

I have refund related issue from last 2 months..my refund has not done yet as it has been two months completed for this..i called customer care for this they said to email the account statement of wallet.. I did it by three times..there is no reply by their side then I called once again to customer care and executives of customer care rejected my call three times while talking instead of solving my problem..I called again then the senior...

irctc site not opening in my blackberry

Irctc site not open in my BlackBerry or other Android fone, I've downloaded other browsers (chrome, Firefox & UC browser) also clear my cookies & reset my browser settings, but no luck. Plz. Help me out, I've needs to book tickets on urgent basis..

they said i will get refund within 3-4 days
but even after 11 Days i havend recieved Amount in my Bank Account
but on their website they showing staus - refunded

recharge success but not refund money

I recharge Rs/-200 UTS R wallet through pay TM, dated 10th july 2018 at 07:08:31 a.m. from my United Bank of India savings account.The recharge was unsuccessful. But Rs/-200 has been debited from my
ubi account. But the money are not refunded in my account. Then Rs/- 200 has been debited from account, if also Rs/-200 recharge was unsuccessful.
So I want to back the money, that will be credited in my account. Please do the needful...

Hello am very much angry with irctc. I was having train from pune on 13-07-18. Ticket was booked from mas chennai boarding point was at pune. 19419. At 12th i got msg that train is rescheduled and its late. It started journey from mas 5.30 morning 13 - 07-18. Pune it has to reach around 12 midnight. U know its 4.30 am 14th july. Still am stuck in pune platform and announcement its still of 4.40. What a BS 11 hrs late.. Why why.....

refund not credited to my account for cancelled ticket

e ticket payment

Payment has been done & money has been deducted from my account but ticket is not booked . Am looking to book a train ticket from IRTC Official Android App, but ticket is not booked but payment has been done . Please Refund me money . I have received message from my bank that amount has been deducted . Please refund my amount ASAP . & I suggest you to resolve your Application bugs first before release it to Google Play Store...

train delay

This is regarding train no 15705. Departure date 12th July.
Berth no. - B12/33 B12/36 (Mahendra Jha & Moti Devi)

The train which was supposed to reach Samastipur at 12pm reached after 9pm with a delay of 9hours.

There was no prior information to us about the delay and my parents left from home in morning at 5am to spend whole day at station.
The AC waiting room is so bad in condition that you...

refund of failed transaction

This is to inform you that i had made a payment of ₹ 716.80 through irctc app via zaakpay gateway using net banking of axis bank on 23rd june 2018. Irctc transaction id is [protected]. The amount has been debited from account but the transaction was unsuccessful. Irctc says amount not received from bank. Please look into the matter to refund me......

cancellations payment not received

tdr refund complaint

I have booked IRCTC ticket with on 25th march, 2018. Due to train being late by more than 3 hours, I filed TDR. IRCTC have approved it. On contacting freecharge customer care, they responded back that irctc refund is not received by them. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I had booked a railway ticket using payUmoney gateway transaction I'd [protected] because the ticket was in waiting list so it got automatically cancelled. The IRCTC is showing the ticket money is refunded and refund I'd is [protected] on 1/07/2018. The payment method debit card was used at the time of transaction.But it has not been credited to my account.
So please look into it and inform me ....
