Iam regular traveller from secunderabad to visakhapatnam.
Almost for every trip i buy 4 to 5 tea. As per irctc standard rates tea cost 7rs. But he pantry guys sell tea 10rs. Let do some math
Monthly trips = 4trips (Sec to vskp, vskp to sec)
=4*2=8* (4teas)=32*10=320- (32*7)=96rs

On 7 sep, 17 i booked two ticket with the below pnr no.

But due to waiting list the ticket has been cancelled and i got the mail of refund.
But the refund goes to some payumpp and i did not get i into my account. Details are below.

I have booked a ticket from kht to sc on 21.10.2017 for 22.10.2017 by 12733 train. I had also sent a mail regarding the same for which they have given me irctc #7019705 as a ticket number for reference. The transaction is being [protected]. The amount of transaction is rs 1410/- only. I request irctc through this platform to arrange the refund at an earliest....

I had trying to reserve ticket in 13019/ bagh express on 12th october. I was trying to book a tatkal ticket from ahmedabad to vapi station of train karnavati 12934 scheduled on 28th oct 2017. The amount of rs 300 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. The amount has still not been refunded.

Class III AC, but the amount still have not been credited in account. Pl. do the needul urgently. Date of journey 06/10/2017. I have checked my bank account but you have not sent the refund amount. I was booked e-ticket through irctc on 22 oct 2017. The booked ticket was new delhi to etawah and train no 12004 ljn swran shtbd. Amount 822.42 has been debited in my account and transition was failed and no ticket booked. Transition id no [protected] dated 22 oct 2017. Amount 822.42 not refunded in my account till date. Hence you are requested to refund my amount rupees 822.42 at the earliest.

Ladies toilet at near a. Ah. Wheeler book stall written urinal is free and toilet charges rs. 2 but they charged rs.5 for urinal as i asked them out side written is different they told this is private and it's rs. 5 only otherwise you can not use. Nobody is watching this kind of nonsense and still we talk no ladies should go out for urine. Swachhata is seva. This will fail all sentences....

I m from gwalior. Today at 11:00 i wad booked a tatkal ticket from bhopal to gwalior in malwa express through the pnb netbanking from irctc, since after some time amount is deducted but booking is failed without any reseason. It shows not booked

I am ss nathan, my irctc user id is babu1967. On 28/09/2017 22:08 hours, i have received otp from irctc which was not requested by me. The next day 29/09/2017,

I have received 5-times a single tickets on my registered mobile number bearing the pnr no-[protected], name is venkateswarlu, train no-07757, date of journey is 01/10/2017. Deb. Time 05:30hours.

I was booking a tatkal ticket on 19 october 2017 on the irctc website, for karnataka express from manmad to bangalore. The transaction was failed, and the online portal showed a payment failure, however, the amount of rs.666.67 was deducted from my bank account. No refund initiation has begun till date. Please look into the matter and request a refund....

Its really sad to say that indian railway server or booking is not up to the mark for past few months for online booking. Individuals are not able to book tickets on irctc for any urgency (I. E. Tatkal). Web page allow the user to login at 11 but page refresh itself take time and booking allow to fill the passenger information and take till payment. But after that no progress our amount will be debited from bank but we wont get the ticket...

These three transactions took place after entering the otp during booking tatkal ticket but booking failed... Amount was deducted as i have recieved the messages on my mobile... I have checked my balance... It was deducted
