Installation of Dongle

Poor Network Speed

I have been writing to this company since August 13th that I am not able to use their data card at all. I bought it for travel..due to non working had to borrow another data card. Now they say you have to recharge your data card..your balance is depleted. Whereas they agree that it was never used at all.
