poor service and poor follow up

mts customer care become funny now, , , , i had already posted my complaint here, , , and they requested me to wait till 5th jan, , , but nothing had hppened, , , only thing some peaanuts from mts called me your problem resloved, , and again the same peanut saying that i m not picking up the phone, , , what a funny, mts guys, , , and other peanut from mts requstign me to give till 6ht jan, , , , , TH E BIG JOKE IS THAT no one vistited home...

porr survice and follow ups

i have applied for mts on 31st my mts number is [protected].. but i cud not instrall my device, in my desktop or laptop, , , i registereed complaint with them they told me that it shd be dedvice fault, , and wud replace with new nevice, , but nothing had hppened, , no one visitited the plce to solver the issue, , insted i received 3 calls from 3 different person, , first one told me to wit till 5 th, , , second person told me your problem...

Regarding Speed

Company MST sale a network connection with wifi 999 and on box company have been mentioned this will support XP SP2/SP3 (other operating system). Incorrect recharge

Pathetic service MtS

I have two Data cards with MTS [Old No. [protected]] & [New No. [protected]]. I have lost my old data card, without knowing this, I have recharged an amount of Rs. 600/-. I have called customer care and they refused to replace my old Datacard and also not refunded my reccharged amount. I went ahead and purchased a new data card for continuing my service. This happened 6 months back, this month i accidentally recharged an amount of Rs. 500/-...

Worst Service and Cheating company

I got my wifi broadband from MTS in the month of AUG'2014. The sales executive promised that if the speed is upto the plan then full refund will be given. I took the wifi broadband connection and the moment it got activated the speed was below 100kbps.but where as per the plan it should be 9.5Mbps. I called the customer care then i came to know that their is no refund on the device and i asked them to send the engineer as the speed is low....

MTS data card not working from the begining

MTS data card failed to get installed. It has been connected with desk top computer with Win XP and Laptop computer with Win 8 as O.S. In all cases an error message DF 54783.tmp.exe, Application Error has been flashed on the screen. I have Emailed several times to MTS authority in their prescribed format. Once the contacted me and subsequently on20.12.14 send a SMS writing that the problem has been resolved. But the problem remained same....
