Almost in 6-7 months there is a problem of auto restart in my mobile. Visited service center on 15th June 2021 and thay had submitted my mobile, after that no one has contacted me from service center when I was trying to call no one is bother to respond, then I called to customer care center and got reply that service center has generated service request on 19th. This is the behavior from service center and company.

I am writing to you about my worst experience with Samsung Electronics India Customer Service.
I bought a new refrigerator RS72R5011SL/TL on[protected] from Vijay Sales, East Delhi. In the month of March 2021 the refrigerator started having moisture issue and also at times it would freeze those water drops in the fridge compartment and vegetables. I called up support and they asked me to set the temperatures...

I have purchased this cell phone on 4th oct 2020,
its in warranty n facing issue of display showing pink dot at starting n in few days half of screen got blue. i went to service center. in few minutes they said its imapact damage which cant be covered in warranty. impact damage (i.e damage occured to display due to pressure from outside such as due to pressure on screen from Pocket or pillow).
im sure my cell never faced any...

What the Hell!, The Screen suddenly stops working, No scratch no physical dent they still say its physical damage and take 4700 to replace the same and after a week now it stops working again the same way, Is it just a way to keep looting the customer, The are heartless bunch of greedy ppl working there probably i almost lost my job last time so i had to put such an amount now again...

I have ordered a Samsung galaxy tab s6 lite on 2/6/21 and it was expected to be delivered on 8/6/21. But It's been a week now and I haven't received the product yet!

I've raised a repair request on our Samsung refrigerator and an engineer came and examined it more than 10 days back and told me that some part is damaged and in order to get that part they took 1500 rupees and went. Till then no response from their side when I tried reaching service support over call they will tell we'll look into issue. Below is the tracking number given to me but they are providing wrong...

I was purchased samsung ff 345l model rt37553859 refined inox double door fridge on 08.10.2019 with one year warranty with the price rs.33, 835/- with sales order no.[protected], at reliance retail limited nagaram, keesara mandal. I had bought a Samsung Galaxy watch 3 for an amount of Rupees 29, 291/- on the 20th of May 2021 but I was surprised and shocked to find out that Samsung had charged me Rs.33, 291/-( rupees 4000 excess!!) from my Axis account fraudulently.
