This is a SCAM Samsung is trying to cover up for over 3 years now.
I wrote a more than 500 emails and called a zillion times in the last fiver months, yet there is no response form these fraudsters.

The concept of this TV{THE FRAME} is that its a TV cum a 55" Photo frame. The website claims the TV(https://www.samsung.com/in/microsite/the-frame-tv/) is customizable in terms of the frame(a frame around the TV), however...

Today I call customer care service on below mentioned number [protected], but service provider talked on this number did not provide proper answer and not listened entire issue and he cut the call....

I have purchased Samsung Air conditioner from SAMSUNG INDIA on 2017, now i am facing compressor problem even after i have warranty period, they are not covering compressor warranty which is 60 months because i lost the invoice copy.

I have purchased Samsung washing machine on 31st Jan 2021. Its been just only 2 months, I got vibration issues within this 2 months. I had complaint lots of time to Samsung service center. But they does not entertaining me. They just assure from last 15-20 days, that we will resolve your problem as soon as possible. But It is not resolve yet. Neither they return call me nor they solve issue. Very pathetic service I have ever seen from Samsung....

I have purchased the Samsung m51 phone today and within few minutes of charging the phone has heated up. I would have understood it even it was after a week. but right after 2-3 minutes of charging the phone is heating up way too much. Could you please help me resolve the issue....

they replace my new phone motherboard with refurbished one.
since then it is hang a lot and overheat .
I tried reformat it so many times.
i register complaint in corporates office gurgaonthey extend my warranty 1 year
it is not software issue
i am not happy with this phone, i invested 80000rs...
