Company is giving 1 GB net on 3G speed. after recharge i attached with my docomo dongle but not receive 3G network.Earlier I have got this facility on same recharge but this time company said that you purchase android phone. or use only in mobile not in pc.company not given any previous information on this . pls help.................

This is regarding a porting request from Vodafone to Docomo. Couple of days back I submitted a porting request to docomo, post which I sent an sms to vodafone for porting and vodafone replied back that my porting is successfull dated march 23, 11:17 PM. Since then my vodafone sim is blocked. I inserted the new docomo sim but I am unable to make or recieve any calls. I called both vodafone and docomo customer care...

I have requested to company officials many times.

I am Rashmi Jain,I have following complaints;

1) I had bought Tata Docomo number [protected] with all supporting documents at cost of Rs. 150, to which i was told that i will get a talktime of Rs. 105 which was never received, even after activation and verification of my number.

2) I am trying to do online recharge, which i am unable to as there's a pop up message, no recharge...

I have received a bill from for oct-2012, where there is an additional Churn Out fees of RS. 1500/-.I was not informed of this churn out fees, when I was trying the change my current plan to a new plan.

I want this to be reverted back asap.

My tataphoton service number which I received Rs.1500/- churn out fees was "[protected]"...

RECENTLY I AM PURCHASED OF PLAN 250 RS DOCOMO. THAT PACK THEY PROMISE TO GIVE 1 GB FULL SPEED 3G DATA (THIS TIME I HAD GIVE AROUND 8 MBPS) AND THEN UNLIMITED 2G AT A SPEED OF 64 KBPS. BUT IN ACTUAL THE SPEED IS NOT GIVE MORE THAN 6-7 KBPS. THEIR IS NOTHING PROBLEM FROM TOWER OR DEVICE WHICH I USE.
