I took two postpaid connections on a single name. I have activated 3g plan (199) on both sims. After 15 days i got a bill of 3886.
When i called customer care they said i have used 4gb of data in 2 days. I am shocked .
My credit limit on one sim is 2000 but how come they allow above my credit limit. So now i am not able to pay 3886 and even i tried to call them they are not responding.

1. get frequently disconnected from internet
2. Getting a connection to docomo internet has been lately harder than logging into irctc website.

I got a connection for the sole purpose of internet. the plan was 2G internet of 6 GB for Rs 99/month.

I had made an online recharge on my tata docomo no. [protected] of Rs. 26 through their site tatadocomo.com . money was deducted from by bank account but recharge was not done on my number.
I had talk to customer care and also manager they said balance will be back in 48 hours. but it is 5'th day now and still there is no luck. so people be aware recharging on tatadocomo.com....

On 30/03/13 i activated my new number [protected]. Everything went fine till the home network is showing roaming when i use Internet, whereas all calls n msgs are working fine. Customer service people say the do not have my info coz of some server down issue, n it has been 24hrs no reply.

I recharged my phone for 255 for 1GB + 1GB data. Right now, I'm in Delhi. And I'd like to complain that I'm getting charged for the internet and on top of that I'm not even getting any 3G speeds. We had changed our Company's connection to TATA Docomo Postpaid having Max. Limit of Rs. 550/-. But in their bill they had set the limit of Rs. 3300/-.and in the bill which they sent are very very improper. I am Lalit this side, i am working in an automobile company as an Engineer.
Around 10 days back my company provided me with new sim card of airtel (No. is [protected]). i started using it & after 2 day i started receiving calls from some tata landlines no. who are threatening me to pay bill of Rs.583 & even they are messaging me that i have unpaid bill of Rs.583.

my name is palash chakraborty, my tata docomo gsm prepaid number is '[protected]' . company disconnect my connection without any information. though i have sufficient bal in my account. and i port this number from tata docmo CDMA to GSM servise and then using this number since 6 months under tata docomo gsm service. and when i call their customer service operator they are saying i have register a missing complaint with this number...

Docomo is here to cheat customers... I have recharged for 3G, but none of the time it is working. Totally I lost 90+39+36(165 rs). If I call the Customer care, They will listen my query and they will disconnect is my call. Viewers please don't use Tata Docomo, they are earing money in this way. Whenever you call customer care their Server will be down, but while recharging server will be up to make money.
