wrong deduction of 30 rs

Dear sir/madam,
Today 30Rs has been deducted from my number [protected]. When i call your
customer care they told me that because of multiple session 30 rs. is
deducted.I am having free internet and still you are charging me unfairly
for multiple session. As per TRAI guideline you cant charge me for multiple

TATA DOCOMO mentioned on its Top-Up recharge option of getting Rs.1210/- on recharge of Rs.1000/-. But when I recharged, I got only Rs.890/- Mentioning ST:110, which was not mentioned at all. Please resolve the issues and provide me full TT. And tell docomo to remove those amounts if they are not providing.

Tata DOCOMO Day LOOTING with IVR & OBD

Yesterday I have some 58 Rs currency in my mobile. Suddenly I got a msg from 50202, that I have subscribed for GIRL ZONE @ Rs 30 for 30 days through IVR - Interactive Voice Response. In another few hours, I got an another msg saying that, you have subscribed for Cricket alerts @ 28 Rs for 28 days!

To notify everyone, I never give ok option for OBD - On-Board Diagnostics messages. I also receive calls from Tata DOCOMO's...

Issue of Faulty Data Card Device

Mileage problem

GPRS Poor service

Your GPRS is becoming wrost day by day. It works less time and down more time in city like pune also. out of day time it works 2-3 hours and other time it either do not connect at all or shows connected but you are not able to load even one page on mobile.
