Today 30Rs has been deducted from my number [protected]. When i call your
customer care they told me that because of multiple session 30 rs. is
deducted.I am having free internet and still you are charging me unfairly
for multiple session. As per TRAI guideline you cant charge me for multiple
session.You can deduct balance from my account if i am having no internet
but i am having 150MB...

Caller tune has been activated without any instruction or confirmation , it is not accetable as its a paid service.
i should be deactivated Right now, and as it was not activated by my instruction , i should get the money back.

Your GPRS is becoming wrost day by day. It works less time and down more time in city like pune also. out of day time it works 2-3 hours and other time it either do not connect at all or shows connected but you are not able to load even one page on mobile. I am using your service from around 1.5 years but this is worst time. it was best 2g/3g service one time. Even I recommended to many folks.
