I am not able to view many channels. Iam complaining through your customercare number since last one month. The last workorder ref oscqroo dt 12th may 2016 has not attended sofar inspite of calling your customercare officials innumerable times daily. Can somebody take it seriously and take action to redress our problems.

To day (18.05.16) at 11:30 am received call from your tata sky tele caller executive.
He informed me about my account balance and offered to add packs "sports pack & al-carte pack (Zee studio)" which i refused to add in my current pack"dhamal mix (270/month)". I wanted to continue my current packs.
Though i refused to add above mentioned packs, he changed my current pack and added sports pack and al-carte pack (Zee studio)....

Tata sky customer service is pathetic and ridiculous. I raised a request for re-loaction of tata sky set to a different location, first they uninstalled the connection from my previous house and asked me to carry the set to new home so that their technician can come and install it in the new house, i raised a request to re installation 5 times in 3 days, yet no technician showed up. Ridiculous response from a so called reputed service provider.br...

I called to the customer care for new connection he came and gave connection and collected 4600 Rs from me 1800 for setup box and rest of money for 1 year subscription . But it is not recharged and my service is got stopped .
I called to customer care but didnt get proper answer and i come to know TATASKY doing bussiness with out knowing the dealer details .

Please help me to get back my money...

I had raised a complaint about no signal with tata sky call centre on 13th may 2016 and till date (17th may) the issue has not been resolved. One engineer had visited on 15th may but he refused to check anything and asked me lodge another complaint which i did. Since then nobody has got in touch with me. Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their disinterest in providing after sales service. They are not even sending any technician at me home. Tata sky representatives don't understand the language if a customer speaks about his/her complaint; they say that they don't understand hindi/english, they know only tamil, telugu etc., the best way to show disinterest...

I made recharge of rs 330 on 1st may 2016 whose validity period was for one month. After two days there occured a signal problem due to the weather. Tata sky DTH sevice shows no signal on start .Perhaps antenna is to be adjusted by qualified technician from the company. My ID No. [protected].When it is started, it tells that the set top box is not receiving any signal.The connecting cable is removed and again connected carefully but no positive result is received.As such technician from company is expected . The necessary expenditure may be incurred from this end if required....

I have taken tata sky connection for a HD + recording box paying the full amount for all channels including the HD channels in 2015 . Time and again many of them come with a request that too at peak office hours or Odd hours with these requests and even after negating also this has been added to my pack which was not at all used by me.
