I purchased Videocon LED TV (Model: VMD 55 FH OZ FA, Serial No.[protected] from M/s New Berco Electronics (Regd.), A-1, Rajrani Market Najafgarh road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 vide invoice no HO/17-18/3956, dated 11/06/2017, under extended warranty up to 10/06/2020.
On 3/12/2018, I logged a complaint for partially darkness in display to customer care no.[protected], with reference no. DEL/[protected] and response code:...

I am videocon d2h customer. Customer id is[protected]

I have recharged rs 250 to my d2h service on 18-march-2019, 10:00 am. After which i was unable to see any channel and when i ask customer support they simply get the complaint and ask me for one day. Till they are taken 2 complaints but there is no solution.

I own a videocon d2h connection and i applied for a migration to new trai guidelines on feb 29th. And i got migrated before 7 days (Approximately). I also own a second connection of videocon.

The service for the primary connection was totally disrupted during migration and the second connection works very well though both are in mirror plans.

I called customer care nearly 10 times and everytime they have reasons...

Worst technical support, very unprofessional customer support. To change smart card i am following from past 6 days. Hopeless supporting team. Don't know how to resolve the issues. Very careless, Am using D2H from 10 years but now its become worst.
When you can't give the solution then why the ### your having the network....

Please change my registered mobile number to [protected] and ID[protected].
Due to the new system we have to do more amount of recharge and it last for less days so please change this system or change my number to my new number above.We have just recharged our account and now why we want to recharge again so please change this system people and my friends are also feedup by this system change it to older one and change my number too....

I am an subscriber of videocon d2h (Customer id[protected] and having problem in receiving channels as per subscription. I have been following up with the call center since feb 21 and the set up box was changed twice. The call center number is not reachable or busy most of the time. Even if the call connects, it is on hold for a very long time and sometimes disconnected.

I think some other customer's id is configured into...

Sir i am using videocon d2h service. This company is in very worst cuatomer services helpline no is also very useless. Nobody care of customer in this company. Always did as per his own rules and force to customer as per there's own term and conditions. I made my channal package as per my choice at the website successfully, but repeated request on helpline and also e-mail. It is not started since last 20 days. Automatically started basic...

Dear videocon d2h, as i lost my mobile which having my rtn sim, so now i wish to change my old rtn [protected] to new rtn [protected]
Cutomer id is[protected].
Because of old rtn i am unable to choose the channel packs as per new trai regulations, so it is humble request to you please take appropriate actions for the same, otherwise forcefully ill hv to go with another operator.

For last 15 days i m trying out to each customer care but any of the numbers are not working... We have videocon d2h connection and none of the channels are working since last 15 days. Tried calling personal representatives who are charging a service fee of rs 200 else not willkng to come. Our customer id is[protected]. Please look into the matter urgently....

Customer id 2497108, no signal since day before yesterday. Rang more than 100 times at customer care, but every time got the same message "all executive are busy, your call is important to us please wait" and after completion of 6 min the call disconnected with the worlds "thank you for calling".
In short not able to complaint regarding no signal.

Please resolve my problem...

I have get a last chance tomorrow my problem is solved don.

My customer id is[protected] for past 2 3 weeks all channels are missing that were listed in my pack.. I had sent so many mails and complaints till now but none of them are effective these # don't listen and now i am furious over this. All the channels in gold pack are missing majority of it i mean. The main channels are missing and it is showing not subscribed. I had done recharge of 450 and still i am getting this # service from this...

My father is a current subscriber of video con d2h. His customer id is[protected]. The subscription is registered under the name of kuldeep rawat. He is no longer in our contact. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So i request you to change the name to sateshwari chandani, which is my father's name as he is using...

Please change my current rtn: [protected] to a new number: [protected]. Please do it as soon as possible..

And please do add 'flexi kids addon', from the same amount of money i've it from. You can shorten the subscription pack ending date time.. Please. Do it anyway, please sir.

Gave work order on 3rd march, 2019 for re-nstallation of stb but till date, no reply from their end. No reply of mail, only one reply from customer care executive - "please call afrer 30 minutes, server is down" and it is for last one week. But they are deducting amount from d2h balance without providing any service. Frustrated with their service and planning to switch to other service provider....
