Hi Sir/Madam,
I have made the payment for WBSEDCL Electricity bill for bill period July 21-Sept 21 through Google Pay. I scanned the QR Code provided on the bill and paid Rs 5175 on 3rd July 2021. Even though the payment is shown as successful at Google Pay and the amount has been deducted from my HDFC Bank Account, I did not get any confirmation SMS or Mail on my registered Email ID and Phone Number. The paid bill is not reflected...

Very frequent power cuts in this area. Most of the time there's no reason. Power cut lasts for at least 2 hours every other day. Please look into this matter...

I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using QR Code printed on electricity bill with Google pay scanner. UPI transaction ID is[protected], to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank), from ARJUN HAZRA(Union Bank of India), google transaction ID is CICAgOCsiPqicg . The consumer id is with the name of Kamalapada Mukherjee. But no confirmation message delivered in registered mobile. Online payment status shows no history available.br...

I, pallav adhikary, have paid on behalf of my father(consumer) WBSEDCL electricity bill for the month of Jan, Feb, March, 2021. I have used the QR code to pay the amount through Google Pay. It has been more than 60days and either the payment has not been yet confirmed in the website or the confirmation came through mail or message. Below are the details of the UPI payment.

I have paid Rs 19011 through Google pay for the electricity bill (July to September 2021) on 27/06/2021. But WBSEDCL has not yet received the paid bill amount.

I have made a payment of Rs 2258/- via paytm using Bharat QR (Electricity bill) to WBSEDCL (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) for the month of jul'21 to sep'21, against the consumer Id[protected] on 29.06.2021, but WBSEDCL has not yet received the payment, although the amount Rs 2258/- has been debited from my account on 29.06.2021.

I have taken a commercial connection for Business purpose but the electricity was not permanent either it was low voltage or there was no electricity there was not a day that electricity will stay and better i need solution...

I paid the bill amount of Rs. 3624.00 for the period Jun'21- Aug'21 through Google Pay by directly scanning the QR code, given in the bill on 10th Jun. Google Pay shows that the payment is completely successful, but WBSEDCL has not confirmed it till now( UPI Transaction ID :[protected].
The due date is tomorrow( 18th Jun).

I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy electricity bill (Rs3958.00) . Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. Either the meter readings have not been taken properly or our meter is faulty or there are some other issues.
