Unethical rescheduling

I have booked a ticket for my daughter who will be travelling from Bengaluru to Chandigarh via Delhi on 18/04/21. Her flight has been rescheduled in such a manner that she will be arriving at Delhi from Bengaluru @14:10 and her flight for Chandigarh from Delhi leaves @13:40. I would like to know how would she board the flight from Delhi before reaching there. This is ridiculous. Please resolve this asap.

Hotel Booking at Yatra.com

If you are booking a hotel through Yatra.com, I suggest you all never to do so.

Yatra.com does all the unethical practices in connivance with many such kind of hotels. If you are booking, at least never book a hotel for which cancellation and refund is not allowed. And if you book so, ready to face surprises.

Customer service team of yatra.com, hotel division is the worst one among all the service providers...

Booked airline ticket from New Delhi to Surat on 4th of April. Travel date was 20th April. I even purchased an insurance while booking my ticket but after cancellation I haven't receive any email from godigit neither my money back. Please help. Insurance was from godigit.

I have booked a ticket as per attached screenshot details and that ticket was cancelled by the operator due to bad weather conditions and inform me your amount will be credited within one week. But it did not happen, then i wrote the complaint mail to yatra regarding this, they said we will take your complaint under this reference no, but still now there is no response from their side regarding payment advice and even no response mail...

Ticket not booked but amount got debited

Hi, I booked a round trip from Coimbatore to pune yesterday. My payment was made through UPI. The transaction is still pending but my amount got debited. It says that the payment had reached the receiver's bank but is yet to confirm. Can you please check and help me out at the earliest, this booking is very urgent.

I booked a hotel through Yatra.com on April 8th, 2021. Money was deducted, but the site crashed as soon as it was done. No refund, all the customer care numbers are non functional, no accountability from the website either. Pathetic service. And I checked their social media, everyone has more or less the same complaint. They charge money and take months to refund. Looks like some scam! Totally unacceptable....

Amount deducted but didn't get the tickets or confirmation

I have booked a ticket on Yatra on 6th April, 2021 for the flight Air Asia for 12 April, 2021 and my amount of 4229 got deducted from my bank account to yatra but yatra did not book my tickets neither send me any confirmation about booking....

Jet Airways Ticket | Refund not processed

Hi Team,

I had booked 2 international Jet Airways ticket via Hills n Greens Holidays agency (based in Guwahati).

Airline PNR : JDPLQL
Route : Mumbai - Amsterdam
Intended Date of Travel :[protected]

The flight was cancelled due to the Jet Airways issues but the refund has not yet been processed even after 2 years....

I tried to book a hotel on 01/04/21 through Google pay
the amount got debited but the yatra app crashed and the booking was not confirmed

My money is debitted from the bank and payment failed and bus ticket is not booked.I try to reach the yatra customer care by sending email, they did not bother about it .I want my money back...

No refund even after 3 months of cancelled flight

Hello,

I would like to complain about Yatra.com as they have not initiated my refund for cancelled flight for Jan 2021.
On top of it yatra do not provide timely and appropriate response instead it provides fake and misleading statement of its company.
I have been emailing since Jan 2021 for my refund.

They do not provide response over email firstly nor they provide correct response.

will be credit in few days.
till today(24/03/2021) I have not received the refund....

Today I tried to book flight from HYD to Raipur for 2adult I got the payment linked while booking on your site yatra.com through UPI payment BHIM app which I approve the payment and the Amount deducted from my account through UPI Ref no[protected] for Amount Rs 8832.00 on[protected]:05:08.
But when I didn't got confirmation from yatra.com
Please do the needful to return my amount.

Refund Due not received.

I had scheduled a flight from Sharjah to Trivandrum on March 1st through Yatra, but the flight got cancelled. I had contacted the airlines and they refunded the amount back to Yatra. Upon claiming my refund on the app, they asked if I'd like to claim the money back to my bank account, for which I opted the same. Its been almost 3weeks and the refund has not yet been credited to my account. I've already emailed the complaint multiple times,...

I have booked my ticket from Raipur to Jaipur via Air India flight for 19th March. The payment was made via Gpay. The payment has been deducted from my account but no ticket / booking confirmation received.
Have written multiple mails to yatra team since yesterday but no response. The flight booking is of today 19th March 2021.
Even spoke to Air India team and they do not have booking by our name...
