Refund and ticket confirmation failed

I've followed as per the instructions given by the yatra app but the ticket isn't confirmed which shows failed but the amount debited from my bank account which is ridiculous. Fraud people don't ever use this app very worst customer service. Why there is no phone support for train and bus tickets which is only available for flights. Even a food delivery app have phone support why should not u.???? Just remove bus and train booking from your...

Dear Sir,

I have paid for Rs.1883 to Yatra.com on dated.[protected] for Hotel Booking and After this booking cancelled from my end.

Yatra confirm that Refund Amount of Rs.1883 processed on dtd.[protected] but till date not received refund in my bank account.

Non refund of Tickets cancelled

I have booked tikets for trip from Chennai to Varanasi and back to Chennai - INDIGO - Airlines which got cancelled due to flight cancellation and INDIGO informed they have given the amount to Agent - Yatra.com. in the month of April & July 2020 itself. as detailed below. But till this date I have not received the refund amount from Yatra.Com.

Booking didn't take place but booking charges got deducted

I tried booking a flight yesterday for a roundtrip of Delhi to Goa. After transacting through UPI, My payment of rs 9832 got deducted but it showed that my booking did not take place. There is no response from the email ID listed on the platform too. Many others are facing this issue too and it's horrible! I need to book it soon but my money is stuck with Yatra.com.
There is no customer care number as well!

Refund from Yatra since Indigo already refunded full amount

I booked a ticket for my friend and had to immediately cancel due to a spelling mistake. I immediately got it cancelled via Indigo airlines and booked another ticket from Yatra.com

Since then indigo claims to have refunded the amount to Yatra but there has been no confirmation from Yatra. It says to wait 48 hours but it's been more than 2 weeks now. I can't talk to a customer care executive and no one is replying on the email....

International flight Refund Not processed

My air tickets to Dubai were cancelled by the airline itself, and they have spoken to me and said I will recieve a 100% refund. I had booked it through Yatra website, and when i go to claim my refund, it still says that 18000₹ will be airline cancellation charges. Tried contacting Yatra through calls and emails both MULTIPLE times but have received no resolution. Please please help....

Yatra not initiating refund process even after 2months

I booked ticket from bhopal to Shivpuri & at last moment bus operator cancelled the bus, so i have to book another bus in urgency. The bus operator said you will get your refund but neither yatra & hans travel provided me my full refund....

I tried to book bus ticket (Delhi-Manali ) from Yatra.com on 22nd Dec, 2021 however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my google pay account .

I request this problem to be reached out to Yatra team by consumer complaint means, so that they resolve this out asap.

I had booked tickets(The booking reference number YT[protected] on 17.01.20 for travel on 20.06.20. The airline cancelled the flight due to Covid restrictions. Since June following up with Yatra.com for refund of tickets. Every mail was responded with the refund will be credited in your account in 7 to 10days. Later on October 13th posted my grievance on this FB page, i was asked to furnish bank details, the same was mailed to customer care....
