My order id 28035531, i had ordered a formal black shoes and received a canvas shoe, called customer care and they arranged for replacement which was committed 3 months earlier, no one turned up, when called cust care, it hardly connects, when connected they give fake promises… you guys are one among100 best cheaters…. If you still have some shame then call me on [protected] and take your product back, i am not expecting a refund but looking for replacement. The product is still kept in locker without using….     It is very painfull to inform you that i have a very bad expericance of 100bestbuy. I have contested for a contest and paid the amount of rs. 699. After the contest 100bestbuy has asked me to pay another around[protected] to be continued in the contest. Hence i didnt participate and the amount i have paid in cash is still retained by the company. When there is a cash back why the amount has been converted into point. Further even if the amount has been converted into points when i want to buy somthing against the amount i have already paid it is not getting used only a very negligible amount is being used towards any purchase. The more painfull is that even the products at 100bestbuy is the top costliest then all other online shoppings. Still if i am planning to take something my amount of rs. 699 is not getting used. When all other online shooping companies are refunding the amount to the customers bank account why the 100bestbuy can not do so. Hence i would request you to sort out the issue at the earliest.

        Dear sirs/madam, I participated in the contests conducted by the 100bestbuy.com on monthly basis as per requested by their customer care executive. I participated 3 contests as follows: 01. 15.02.2014 for samsung galaxy s5 amount paid rs.7, 999/- 02. 26.02.2014 for nolia lumia 1020 amount paid rs.12, 999/- 03. 30.03.2014 for nokia asha 206. Amount paid rs. 1/- In this regard, i have to inform you that at the time of participation of contest, their executive gives false statements saying that the you will informed the results of contest after 15 of the months, but more than 90 days have been passed, they have not declared results of the contests of the items stated above nor they listed the name of winners of the same on their website. I am continuously following up with them through mails and phone calls, but there is no proper response from their side.in other words, they are looting the innocent public by giving false statements and collecting money in their account. I found a lot of complaints on your good website, but they have not taking any corrective steps and ignoring your updates. In view of the above, you are requested to check their entire business policy and take necessary action against them to save the money of the indian public.           My name is Vijay ([protected]), i ordered Combo pack of Kutons cotton's shirts, then they i got call from[protected] he told you are selected for contest and pay us 8999 you ill receive a gift which has Acer Iconia Tablet (B1A71) With 100 Percent Cash back and your money will be added to your credits and you can purchase what ever you want, but when I tried to purchase then it is asking to pay amount through my bank ac. I asked question to call center's person, how many credits points deduct? He answered 1% to 50% will be deducted. This is totally fraud by 100bestbuy.

            O buy some product from 100bestbuy.com. By placing order, after 1-2 hr some representative call me and provide me the order tracking no to me with the blue dart courier tracking detail. Still its 5 day gone but the product is not dispatched from the office.net this the representative told that u won a hcl tablet as at the time of placing order we are conducted a contest your name comes in best 15 so u will get the product that also froud. So my dear friend don't buy any product from 100bestbuy.com. I[censored] want to purchase good then please visit amazon, flipkart, snapdeal like site they are trusted site.

                Dear Sir, I had done online payment of Rs 7, 999/- at www.100bestbuy.com and I was told by the customer care representative that I will be given a Fujifilm FinePix Red Point & Shoot (T500) camera as gift and the Rs 7, 999/- will be credited to my account on their website through which I can do shopping online. Instead I received the I ball tablet on 6th Jan and on the same day I sent a mail mentioning my grievance but yet no action was taken.Finally I received a apology mail from them asking me to return the tablet and then they will send camera. So, I returned the tablet on the mentioned address and they received the tablet as well. But, they never reverted with the camera and it has been almost 5 months since I did the payment I haven't received the camera. I have sent number of reminders on mail but no reply.                     I bought a product from 100bestbuy.com which never got delivered to me. In the month of dec’13 your representative mr sourabh (Cell no. [protected]) approached me for buying a product on your website and told me i will be given a gift if i purchase product worth rs 8, 000/- from your website in the next 2 years but for becoming eligible for the gift i had to do the payment then. Hence, he asked me to do the payment of rs 8, 000/- for iball 6318i tablet (Cost on your website was rs 7, 999/-) and he promised that he would put this amount in my credit and then send a mail that he is shipping camera instead of tablet. He did credit the amount on your website in my account and sent a mail which said and i quote “mr. Neeraj, Your payment has been successfully done, and we are shipping fujifilm camera instead of i-ball tablet. Thank you for shopping with us.” Unquote, but in his very next mail he smartly changed the camera code and said that he is sending camera of same brand fujifilm finepix digital black camera (Ax650) which is relatively cheaper than the one which he has promised to give. The mail said and i quote, “congratulations! I called the customer care number too and everytime they say that they will send the camera but they actually never send it. Kindly look into the matter as already 6 months have passed and i am yet to receive my camera.

The payment of that order is cleared at the time of placing the order and the amount is 1190/-. The 100bestbuy team confirmed that, they received the payment. I so many times called their customer service peoples, and every time, they updated that, you will get the order on next 2-3 days. Now one month is over and I already spent not less than a amount of 140/- for the mobile bill to communicate them. Presently I am not interested process that order and i want my whole money back. I also made payment and i am having its invoice copy but the company has not delivered my product till today. No. 27463958 Mobile no [protected] I purchase for some material form 100bestbuy online shoping site i will waiting more then 8 month but my prooduct is not delervired by 100bestbuy. Finally the not provide the proper response by 100 best buy so kindly provide the status of my product. And dispatch as soon as possible because i will waiting more then 6 month Many time i shopping but this type of case is not hale with me. And 100bestbuy is not a good shopping. Because i will waiting more then 8 month for my product and 100 of times i mail to 100bestbuy and call also but i cant receive proper response. I am purchase my product dated 18-june-2013. And this is tooooooooooooo much for any on-line shopping site. I hope send my product finally to me. With regards Prakash sharma

                                      This is regarding an online shopping issue i faced in july 2012, as i was not aware about whom to approach then after posting my complaint in grahak seva did not yield any result (http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/77435/duplicate-sony-ipod-from-100bestbuy)... I was called from 100bestbuy.com regarding a sony ipod which claimed to cost around 3000 rs for 920 offer price. I got the product on 25th of july through Courier. It was not a sony product, infact was a duplicate local product which Hardly played for even 15mins. It is not working now. I understand the fact that I was cheated to the core by making me buy a product that does not cost to even 200 rs. I had sent them the product back but i did not receive any refund.                                         I was called from 100bestbuy.com regarding a sony ipod which claimed to cost around 3000 Rs for 920 offer price .I got the product on Wednesday through Courier. It was not a Sony product, infact was a duplicate local product which hardly played for even 15mins. It is not working now.
