My name is rajesh ([protected]), i ordered puma tshirt, then they i got call from ([protected]) he told you are selected for contest and pay us 9999 you ill receive a gift which has karbon tab + watch and your money wil be added to your credits and you can purchase what ever you want, but when i tried to purchase then it is asking to pay 70% amount through my bank ac and 30% from credits... More over i have 7000 in my bank ac but they told you pay 6000 and rest will be collected at home by the time of delivery,, i asked to cancel all my orders after 1 hour but they told your product has been out for delivery. I am about to file complaint in consumer cort

30514594 this is my ref id, the guy who called me is irresponsible and not lifting my call even after i called him 98 time, after 3 hours he called me and he said you product is out for delivery, now we can do nothing

    100bestbuy.com Today 100bestbuy.com created history. they sent me empty package thro dtdc containing iball slide tablet. only the tablet. was missing.. On giving a call to their customer care the executive said sorry'dont worry we will send your tablet. got left behind by mistake. But i am yet to get the missing tablet/confirmation from 100bestbuy as to when they intend to send me the item. It is exactly 30 days today since i made the payment. Nc mishra [protected]

        I have ordered one american hollister Men polo T-Shirt (red) and paid online for the same on dtd. 04.04.2014. but till date I have not received the product . at the site of Dtdc courier the The product is in bhilwara but no one is taking reponsibility of the product neither Dtdc courier nor 100 bestbuy . I have called many a time to both of them and put up the mailalso but they are not responding. product consignement no. is B09177575.

        Kindly help me out.

        You have mailed me that wait for few days kindly tell me whether I have to wait for few days or for few years because the payment for item is done on dtd 04.04.2014 approx. 2.5 months later. Till date I have not received my product . Now either send my product within a week or return my money back to my account and if you will not do this than I will approach consumer court.             Today (12/05/2014) I have sent reminder no-18, More than one month has been passed and i have not received my order. All ready amont has been paid through Internet banking, I have total 18 nos reminder sent to 100bestbuy.com but they have not given any reply till now. I have not received my order.

              Status: ready to send & tracking id: in process from 19th april onwards, but didn't receive it.

                I would like to inform you that on 15.02.2014, I received a call from customer care executive of 100bestbuy.com to participate in the contest organized by them on monthly basis. On their request I paid Rs.7, 999/- by debit card on the same day. I again received a call from them on 26.03.2014 to pay more Rs. 11, 999/-. I refused the same, then they said you can not participate in the contest if you do not pay the amount. On the basis of the above, I paid more Rs. 11, 999/- on 26.03.2014 in their account by debit card to keep active in the contest. Overall I paid a total amount of Rs.19, 999/-, which shows in my account as a credit points.I participated in 3 contests as follows;

                As per their policy, they declare that they declare the results of contest on 15th of the every month, They also send a mail and SMS to the participant "you have successfully registered for 100bestbuy contest. We will update you on the result by email." In this regard I want to inform you that I have not received any call, SMS or E mail till date for the result of the contests even after 80 days. Recently they declared the results for the month of March, 2014 and listed the names of winners on their website. On the checking of the results, they have not declared name of winners of Samsung Galaxy S4, Nokia Lumia 1020 and Nokia Asha 206. I asked them about the results of the contest for the above products, they do not reply satisfactory saying that you are not lucky winner. I have SMS and mail sent by them regarding contest, where they agreed to inform the results of the contest by mail.
                In view of the above, you are requested to investigate their contest system and check whether such contests are actually carried out or it is only fraud with the customers after collecting money from customers. I found so many complaints against 100bestbuy.com on your website.

                Please refer my earlier mails sent through my personal e mail id [protected]@gmail.com regarding delay in delivery of products and result of contests. In this regard, I want to inform you that I received all my products after heavy delay, but my question is: when I participated in the contest in 15th February, 2014, it was informed me by your customer care executive that result will be announced on 15th of the every month and you will be informed for the same by e mail.
                After more than 80 days have been passed I have not received any mail regarding contest. I also tried to know result from your customer care executive by calling over telephone no[protected] and by mails, but no satisfactory reply from your side in this regard. I visited your website on regular basis to check the results, but there is no declaration / announcement of the results for the items where I participated.

                Finally, I submitted a complaint on Indian Consumer Complaints Forum on 09.05.2014 regarding this issue. You asked me about my mobile no, Reference ID and order date for the same through them.Please note that my complaint is not about the product, but it is for results of the contests which have not been declared by you even after a considerable long time as specified above where I have participated.
                As per your requirement, I submit my details as under:

                After a long time of about 10 months and all the details provided by me which you have demanded, you have not replied properly till date. Please look into the matter and do the needful. I want my money back or allow me to utilise the credit points. You are not informing customer about non utilization of 100% credit points at the time of participation of contest and cheat the innocent customer with your hidden policy.
                I have following complaints against your company.
                01. Only 10 to 15 % credit points can be utilized.
                02. Prices of products on your website are very high in comparision with other online websites.
                03. Required products are out of stock.

I was promised by the order taker mr ashok singh that all the three items will be despatched the very next day. I.                       Dear sir/ma’am, I have placed an online order for blackberrys combo 3 assorted shirts from 100bestbuy.com/suksh technology private limited, bangalore on april 29 ’2014. The order was placed through an online payment option using my hdfc bank credit card. I have got a confirmation mail on the same on my electronic mail and an sms on my hand phone with no order id or shipment details. Fyi, they always inquiry for the registered mobile no. ([protected]) for locating the order status. Seeing into the scenery when i queried the same with their customer service department, they said once the club is laid from their conclusion they will let me know the tracking number of the shipment, which will be displayed on my 100bestbuy login account. To keep their statement true, they have now provided a tracking number ([protected]) on 02nd day of may ‘2014 along with a link (http://www.delhivery.com/) to track the order status, but unfortunately when i tried chasing it along the shipment company portal it shows invalid way bill no./shipment no./order no.. On inquiring the same with the customer service department, now they are saying once the order is dispatched the tracking number will get triggered. Whenever, i ask for the estimated date of delivery they are not feeding a proper estimation of it. Today, 06th day of may ‘2014 they said that the merchandise is not available at their depot, once it is available they will dispatch it asap. Where the same product set by a friend today through cash on delivery option got a claim from their dispatch section ([protected]) that he will more or less get the delivery in next 2-3days. I have written several emails to them, but have never had a reply to the same. I feel like i have been cheated and later i draw a conclusion after the search made on the internet about the company that they are into fraudulent activities and they play with the customers who have made an online payment by not delivering the product and low quality products for cash on delivery customers. Seeing into the above scenes, i have earlier registered complaints about the same on http://grahakcomplaints.com/ and http://www.consumercourtforum.in/, but no such actions were taken, i hope this is the result that they are still toying with the emotions of a customer by looting their money through online transactions. This is the last hope, i know you will at least get some activities on them, i believe after this if no modifications were seen then i will proceed with registering an fir against the same at the local police station here at dwarka. Look forward to a strong and worst step on such creepy entrepreneurs, who have been playing with customers emotions by looting their money through this. Thanks!                           I bought a Kurti from them and I received a call from an executive at 100bestbuy informing me of winning a lucky draw for Lenovo A1000. Normally I wouldn't go for such things however I was offered a cashback of the full amount (11999) on my credit card. After completing the online transaction I did not receive any message from the bank for the cashback therefore I called back the number from which I received the initial call. To my surprise I was informed that the cashback was done on my 100bestbuy account. After a heated argument with the executive I tried buying something from their site using the cashback credit and I was given a discount using the credit (therefore the amount cannot be used to buy stuff instead it is only used to avail discount.). I am not surprised with the modus operandi now since its completely fraudulent. To top it all the goods sold on the website are atleast @ 30-40% premium.                             100 best buy is an one line shopping co. I looks the add of 5 koutons shirt within Rs 999/-+ Shipping charges Rs 191 total Rs 1190/-on 31st of March 2014. Than I placed the order on that time but till date I m not got any shirts. I called on helpline no. but nor any response got from company side. I also send mail thru email to company or MD of the company But I m not got single response. So I find the money is gone and its dubiously collecting money from consumer which is never returned back as promised but only kept with them. Its open cheating. I must warn all who buy goods on internet should refrain from paying any money to them otherwise you would be cheated. I also send them to refund my money If they haven`t product but niether I got my money nor any product.. This is an act of fraud and misrepresentation by the co. to cheat and defraud general public. Hence appropriate action be taken against 100 best buy co. amount collected to be refunded with exemplary penalty.Respective authorities like Financial Institutions, Cyber crime departments must issue notice to them before they cheat & collect more money form the public.Thanks Sushil Kumar [protected]

                                I had ordered a blazer on February 21, 2014 from 100bestbuy.in an online shopping store. The goods were received within time but not the same i ordered. I requested for a replacement and the same was initiated and my consignment was taken back. Even after continuous correspondences with their executives from last one week but the executive did not attend upto the satisfaction level and also the call was disconnected before concluding.
                                the call was made on[protected] to their customer care number.
                                Everytime it had happened that at first instance they inform that it has been dispatched and then they correct themselves and said that it shall be dispatched the next day. I tried to cancel my order via call but no intimation (as they claimed) was received on mail.
                                I got different replies whenever i requested to transfer my call to manager like the manager is available after 12 noon, they are on lunch, today is there off, etc. The shopping from their website has been so pathetic that it had made my blood pressure to fluctuate regularly and i had to take medicines to keep a check on it. It has led to so much of mental pressure. I Request you to file a complaint against there response for my query. The other details are as follows:

                                IT is further informed that i had written them email in this regard to solve my query to the earliest possible but the same remained unentertained.

                                As per your intimation so far no points have been credited to my account, and even if they are available to my credit they are not easily visible which in return is not allowing me to buy anything else against my previous order. It again seems that it has been reported to be credited but the same has not been done. I therefore request you to kindly inform me as and when the same are credited in my account so that they can be utilized. It therefore is requested to credit points equivalent to the price of the good I ordered together with the shipping charges I had paid against the order which was delivered wrong.

                                    Already 6 reminder mails sent but no acknowledgement even came back from the customer care team... Extremelydisappointing experience.

                                    1. Basis the call received from arman (Mobile -[protected]), i paid additional rs. 7999 using my credit card immediately in addition to rs. 699 paid towards the samsung grand contest on 18th jan '14. He told me over the call that since we are among the top 15 in the contest, we are entitled for a gift of i-ball tablet pc (Model 6318i) + one reebok watch.

                                    2. On 30th jan, i received the tablet courier (First flight) but when i opened the box pack, i found the display screen broken. Request you to send the fresh new piece in exchange of this one. As advised by the customer care team, we dispatched the tablet vide first flight courier pod number: m00135629 on 1stfeb, 2014.

                                    3. Also, i have called umpteen times to your customer care to check on the reebok watch &amp; the results of that contest but no one replies back anything. They always keep saying that we will check as the systems are slow & shall get back in next 1 hour... But till date i have not received even a single return call.

                                    Request a resolution to my issues or else you may please return my entire amount back (Inr 699 + 7999).

                                      I (rajiv gupta) had placed 2 order (refid[protected],[protected] for acer iconia tablet (b1a71), belmonte black dial watch &amp; koutons men assorted shirt on 9th and paid nearly 12000 rupees but i received half delivery of only watch which i had rejected (on 16-apr-2014) due to mismatch with invoice attached on top of courier. i am chasing customer care guys but they are not giving any satisfactory answer and cutting the phone in while conversation is incomplete. one order is still showing as ready to send from 10th apr 2014 to tilldate. i am frustated and want my total money (nearly rs. 12000) back or my full order in 2 working days (max by 27th apr 2014) as i am going out of station. please advice. I am facing mentally harassment as i have to chase them on regular basis. they are giving me false promise... its frustating.. customer care is even more worst.. un professionalism is highly indicated on part of there job. i cant trust you guys anymore. worst experience on 1st attempt. will never recommend this website to any of my friend and make sure nobody in my circle put order in your website. I had already done 2 complained (no : 29845498,[protected] but yet no solution found till date. is this way you provide service to your customer??

                                        Hello sir, I have ordered one product from this company on 17th april 2014 and still i have not received the product. Customer care representative talking rudely with me. I am not able to contact them and always their phone numbers are busy. After 4-5 days when i asked them about the delivery they assured me i will receive within 1 week time. After 1 week when i called again they said they will dispatch by evening and when today i called again they are telling it is out of stock.We can't do anything. They are not altered my product and also not returning my money. Please help on this regards.
