    My complaint I had placed an order Prestige Tru Edge 6 Pc set (99579) through 100Bestbuy on 24th April 2013, and we have not recd. the item still in-spite of continuous follow up, but still there is no whereabouts of our order which was confirmed by the company on e-mail, phone that it has been dispatched.. On calling every time .. they are mentioning that they have dispatched the same... But still no response. We request you'll to please help us refund back our amount/ make them deliver the ordered product. Based on the above bad experiences we request you to help us with the refund back the amount of Rs. 8, 937.00 of the credit balance available in 100bestbuy account (the credit points in their account also got accumulated in our 100best buy account by fraudulently confirming us verbally that we have won a mobile phone at a discounted price and they called us for the same and called us and ensured that we pay the contest amount via our credit card and were very sweet till the time we entered the credit card details and followed up regularly on the phone at we pay the contest amount as we have won the contest.. As we paid them the amount we got no calls for the same nor the product but just got accumulated within our 100bestbuy account) along with Rs. 782.00 totalling to Rs. 9, 719.00 as I don't have any hope or trust after facing troubles with our second time order with your company. We were facing the issue of non responsive behaviour from their end, and at last we had to come to you for your help in this regard, this looks like the company is handled by a group o[censored]n professional people... Please help us in refund of our entire amount now, as we are not keen to deal with such a company at all.. It was our biggest mistake by dealing with them... They are just making fool by mentioning that they would supply the products shortly and our money is stuck with them for a good time where we loose out on the interst portion for the same..       Ordered the product ID:13387154 RECEIVED it but it was not which ordered it was a Raymond shirting suiting but one i received was a cheap quality one.they convinced me to send back but till date no resolution repeating the the same more than six, seven times by mail also on phone[protected].So now i request you to resolve the matter on priority basis.It will be better if the total amount (bal.credit 544+ref.663=1207) kindly be refunded to me as i want to close the account, do not want to continue with 100bestbuy.

        On 11/1/2014 I ordered a kouton formal shirt combo (Order Id[protected] and paid through my debit card, but they sent me very cheap looking shirts (no match what was shown) and I returned back the same and they received the parcel on 21/1/2014. After that I made numerous calls ( very difficult to contact) and sent several emails (never answered). They neither refund nor exchange the product. They are simply looting the customers. I am unable to understand how such companies are allowed to transact money through credit/debit cards. A strict action is required and all responsible should be punished.

          My Order Ref.No. is 27076495. This website is totally fake with duplicate products. I’ve ordered Adidas shoes and received no mail for that. When I contacted this site after one week that I have not received anything than I came to know that product is not available with them and they can send me another product in lieu of that. people can’t understand that if I have to get another product I would have ordered that not the one which ordered. Then they asked me to wait for 1 week so that they can arrange this. However 15 days passed but no response from them. When I contacted again they conveyed through mail that they have dispatched the product. When I received the product I found that this is not the one which I ordered and also this is a cheap DUPLICATE of Adidas not the original product. On asking for a change the guy on customer service told me that I should send them the product back as they don’t have any option for pickup. The shoes were reversed picked up by IndiaOnTime Courier on 30th Dec 2013 after so many calls and mails. After that i am continuously following up and not getting any proper reply. On 20th January when i called customer care fools they told me that i'll get my refund in 10-15 days with complaint number 1034. But till today i have not received anything. The total amount for which i got cheated was Rs.1668 /- I want all the money refunded to my account as i don't want anything from this website. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE

              I ordered a Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts(Rs.999.00)
              on Dated 25.12.2013 with COD which amount of Rs.1252.00 . I have also received
              my order on dated 01.01.2014 from Blue Dart courier service(Bhubaneswar, Odisha)
              with paying Rs.1252.00, when I opened it that was not particular items,
              what I have ordered. Lots of mis-match placing of my order.

              Here I described whats the problem in that box:-

              1- 4 nums of shirt instead of 5 (1shirt short)

              2- Mark Tayler instead of Koutons (Brand Change)

              3- Size mis-match in stead of 38” all Different Size of shirts )

              4- Not particular color. (Different Color)

              5- One shirt is in already open & very squeeze in that box.



              After this I called his customer care executive on dated-02.01.2014 and talked with Mr.Raju . As per
              Communication of Mr.Raju, he forwarded this call concern department and gave me
              a call ticket num[protected] and also told me, our courier service will pick that
              Pocket from you very shortly. But till now there is no response from 100bestbuy
              or courier company .

              So I request you do the necessary action for them .

                  I had booked a blazer on this website and every time i call they give different answer sometime technical problem sometime out of stock, First they said it will be dispatch and then when i didn't received the product I called them to enquire they said it is out of stock I do not understand the product which was dispatched suddenly became out of stock.

                  One more thing i Do not understand is even after so many complaints on this forum against this company still how this company exist to fraud more people why action is not been taken against this.

But still they sent me the order after 3 weeks and have given wrong order.. this blazer which they have delivered is cheaper than my kitchen cleanincleaning cloth.. plz do something

                    Online shopping site, if you order apple they will send you rotten tomato, I am serious. I ordered Jack & Jones T-shirt and they sent me some crap T-shirt costs not more than 100 Rs. even if you call the customer care and raise your voice they hang up the call. you will die trying but there will be no response. They tell you to take part in some contest, I request you people plz do not take part in that though you find it interesting they try to sell products very cheap prise, don't fall into that. They say you have 99.99% chances of winning an iPhone and ask you to pay 3000Rs and you get 3000 points and redeem any time. in return you get babajii ka tullu.

                    You are absolutely correct. Similar episode happened with me. They ask for such contest for some mobile but the didn't produce the name of winner. Even i contacted then a lot of time but the didn't care.
                    Second thing about Rotten Tomato, again you are correct as i ordered Koutons shirt pack of % and i got user lory type shirts. Its really unbelievable. I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court.

Then after 1 and half months they rang me and said that i have shortlisted into TOP 10 but they going to make another draw to select TOP 8. BUT THE RULES WAS TOP 10 WINNERS ly but they said now top 8 for that contest alone. so they said if i want get into draw for selection of TOP 8 they will send me 2 gifts but i have to pay for it. i said k proceed because they said the coupon for top 8 draw will be in the gift box so i PAID Rs 1000 for it but i received FALSE PRODUCT as what they mentioned was REEBOK SUNGLASS and A WATCH WOTH Rs 7500. But when i received courier i found NO COUPONS n there WAS 2 UGLY REEBOK watches which will worth just Rs 75. when i made complaint regarding MISSING COUPON they said there is no need of coupon and they will make my order id as code for the contest.After 2 weeks they said me that i was not into TOP 8 eventhough I WAS IN TOP 10.BUT THEY HAVE CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THERE WILL BE TOP 10 WINNERS ONLY BUT THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND TOOK MONEY FROM ME MAKING ME FOOL BY THEIR LIES. And they said the money will be credited as points in my 100bestbuy account. But whenever i try to buy a product i can only use 15% of the credits i have. Its completely STUPID THING AND 100% CHEATING. I WANT THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT because i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. SO KIDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND SOLVE THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. i dont have the stupid product which you said that have sent tat by mistake. I HAVE EVEN PAID FOR IT WHICH YOU GAVE ME AS CREDIT POINTS. SO I DONT ASK ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT AS ITS NO MORE EXISTS. YOU CAN TAKE BACK THE CREDIT POINTS. BUT ALL I WANT IS APPLE IPONE OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT AS i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10.                         Again they said the amount will be refunded today when i contacted for the second time..

                              And then shows " Would you like to use your credits towards this purchase? " I check marked this question but after that there is showing "Pay Now " Button and when I click on it, this click revert me to payment page.
                              If I have already credit amount then why I should have to pay for it.
                              Please confirm the procedure to purchase with credit amount.

                              The Credit amount you given me is not as a beggar, I ask you for replacement but you are fail to supply replacement, that's why you provide me credit amount.. it's solely you are responsible for that. When I am calling to your no. that Executive saying after 2 hrs my id link will active to purchase the item against whole credit amount, this is happen two time on 31st Jan Ms. Neha is there & today 04th Feb Me. Sanjay is there. But yet it is not happen. It means you are providing access to the customer to purchase item against whole credit amount.
                              Then why I am not getting this.

                              You do whatever you want, but I want those two item having pending in my Cart against my credit amount. that's it..

                                I Order a product at the website 100bestbuy.com on Jan 2, during the process it was on the product that it will be delivered in 6-8 working days, and its 25th Jan and i still did not get the product, this website even charged me for the product. and when i call the customer care number they always say that it is out of stock, and will be delivered in 3-4 days.

                                  I received a mail from 100 Best Buy informing me about a contest of Apple IPhone, where I was promised that I would receive guaranteed gift, a Zync Tab and also I was informed, for anything I would buy from 100 Best Buy website I would receive credits equal to the amount I would invest. For example, if I would buy something worth Rs. 100, I would receive credit of 100 points in my 100 best buy account with which I could buy anything, in future. As I was interested, I made the online payment of Rs.9998, through credit card and was keen to participate and win, so I made the entry in the contest twice.But after payments, I received no information regarding the contest. I did not even receive any gift or credits that I was promised. I tried to follow up with 100 Best Buy, through e-mails / phone, but no satisfactory response.

                                    I have received a mail from 100bestbuy.com to my yahoomail ID ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) but no where it is mentioned as it a contest we have to pay 3, 999/- for that it is just mentioned as Special price Rs3999/- after paying the amount through my HDFC Bank credit card they called me intimated about the concept and told me that they have refurded my money as Credit points to my A.c so that I can buy items online in their website and when I tried to purchase it is allowing only 50% or Max below Rs1000/- and when i called to their Call centre no [protected] he is just keeping the phone down. I hope this is nothing but cheating the customers. he has to mention everiything before participating.only trying to cheat people without explaining about the contest. I feel as if I have become scape goat. I now request you to pls look that my money should refund back to me.                                       dear sir, i had ordered two product from 100bestbuy ref no[protected] and ref no.27493081 on 13 nov 2013 price=2167(product) + 200(courier charge) they send the product ref no[protected] in 10-14 days, the quality of the product is worst and i got different color shirt. so i had returned the product and ref no.27493081 i didn't got. i nither got the product nor the money. few days before i got my credit points 2167 but i can't use 100% of the credit points. i can use 15-25% of credit points only. i called the customer care and they said that after 24 hour i can use my 100% credit point but still now i can't use my 100% credit points. 100bestbuy is a real fraud site, why they not giving my money back if i am not satisfied with their product. in all other site they are refunding money to bank account but this 100bestbuy is giving credit point and in that also we cant use 100%. now when i call they don't received the call and don't even reply to my mail. 100bestbuy had mentally harassed me.. please help me to refund my total amount in my bank account.                                       your site is fraud because no other good site do this type of things. they generally refund whole amount to the bank account if customer is not satisfied.

Then after 1 and half months they rang me and said that i have shortlisted into TOP 10 but they going to make another draw to select TOP 8. BUT THE RULES WAS TOP 10 WINNERS ly but they said now top 8 for that contest alone. so they said if i want get into draw for selection of TOP 8 they will send me 2 gifts but i have to pay for it. i said k proceed because they said the coupon for top 8 draw will be in the gift box so i PAID Rs 1000 for it but i received FALSE PRODUCT as what they mentioned was REEBOK SUNGLASS and A WATCH WOTH Rs 7500. But when i received courier i found NO COUPONS n there WAS 2 UGLY REEBOK watches which will worth just Rs 75. when i made complaint regarding MISSING COUPON they said there is no need of coupon and they will make my order id as code for the contest.After 2 weeks they said me that i was not into TOP 8 eventhough I WAS IN TOP 10.BUT THEY HAVE CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THERE WILL BE TOP 10 WINNERS ONLY BUT THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND TOOK MONEY FROM ME MAKING ME FOOL BY THEIR LIES. And they said the money will be credited as points in my 100bestbuy account. But whenever i try to buy a product i can only use 15% of the credits i have. Its completely STUPID THING AND 100% CHEATING. I WANT THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT because i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. SO KIDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND SOLVE THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. i dont have the stupid product which you said that have sent tat by mistake. I HAVE EVEN PAID FOR IT WHICH YOU GAVE ME AS CREDIT POINTS. SO I DONT ASK ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT AS ITS NO MORE EXISTS. YOU CAN TAKE BACK THE CREDIT POINTS. BUT ALL I WANT IS APPLE IPONE OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT AS i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. THERE IS NO MISTAKE FROM MY SIDE AND ITS ALL YOU MADE THE MISTAKE AND PUT ME TO MENTAL PRESSURE AND FRUSTRATION AND STILL CHEATING...
