I have purchased a product from 100bestbuy.com on 11.02.2014 by cash on delivery basis. I have got my product on 13.02.2014 and made payments, but the product is not as per specifications. I talked to the representative then they told me to make request online for the return. I filed my complaint on 14.02.2014 for the return. I have got no reply from there. After that i talked so many times on customer care and mail them for the return of money but i have got no response from them.

I placed online order for 3 Florance art silk sarees by paying Rs:995.00 at 100bestbuy.com dtd 20/02/2014
On 22/02/2014 they sent ORDER No: 13803460 & Ref No:29156464 but the ORDERED PRODUCT not delivered,
by contacting thro Ph. [protected] their reply that the sent product returned to them.Again by several contact
they sent another Ref No:29456201 on 11/03/2014 & told the ordered product will be delivered within 3 days.
but product not delivered, Contacted again them at Ph No:[protected] several times but the reply was
"PHONE DISCONNECTED"Today (01/04/2014 again contacted at the same No[protected] somebody replied that the
product will be dispatched within two days.I DON't KNOW THAT IT IS TRUE OR DRAMA.
FAVOURABLE REPLY IN THIS REGARD IS EXPECTED FROM YOUR SIDE..

I am unsatisfied from the product the have sent to us as it is not as per the product which is shown in the advertisement & for which I have released the order online to 100bestbuy.com. Please change this product.

    I am also a victim here for the same reason that the product I ordered and the product received was totally alike. I ordered a combo of three Koutons shirts under the reference no. 29654312 and consignment no. B08557233 but they sent me a different brand and different shirts. No one was similar to the product shown on the site while I was ordering. Now they are saying that I have to send the shipment on the address

    Please help me otherwise I have to go with laws and orders.

      Lucky draw conducted by 100bestbuy Please refund my amount of money rs.399. • all participants will get 100% cash-back, in terms of credit points (For eg: if you buy any deal worth rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy) • with this points user can buy any other products on 100bestbuy cash back in credit points is riduculous... This is a cheatable website.. I have deposited rs 399 to the company's account but again he wants rs 8999 to deposit then u will get the acer tablet and samsung s4 and on 25 march lucky draw and u get the samsung galaxy tablet. All over the remarks is negative and no body to trust in that.

          I had placed an order for 05 formal kouton shirts from an online portal 100bestbuy.com. The result was that i received 02 good quality shirts and 03 sub-standard absolutely unfit for practical use.
          Shirt size as specified by self was 42, however the order seems to have been processed as a 38 size.
          On speaking to customer care they asked me to return it back and i did the same through courier.
          It has almost been more than a month since the order has been sent back, and having sought help from the customer care department, there has been not a single individual willing to offer assistance and all my attempts at getting this issue sorted has been a waste of time, effort and money.
          After adopting a very stern approach with the executives on the telephone, i spoke to ms. Nisha who assisted and recommended that i put this on an email. But there after there has been no revertal what so ever in context to this matter.
          I haven't faced any issues while shopping online with other vendors in india, however, my experience with 100 best buy has been a difficult one.

          I finally decided to raise this matter and seek your assistance to help me.
          Amount to be refunded :1190 + 280 (Courier charges) = 1470/-

            Sir, i was surfing on gmail, when i got an display, stating that stating that i am chosen to buy an samsung galaxy grand at a phenomenally low price. Here is what was stated. Victor 12 mega pixel camcorder (Vc-99) with 100 percent cashback (Exclusive deal of samsung galaxy grand free deal I was about to enter the contest, since the merchant stated that i stand to gain, 24056. My payment would be 3999 and the samsung galaxy grand is 27000. Thus in effect i would stand to gain, 24056. Here is again an except from their site. "victor 12 mega pixel camcorder (Vc-99) with 100 percent cashback (Exclusive deal of samsung galaxy grand free deal coupon) Special price: rs.3999/-rym1529 Delivered in 6-8 business days. Emi on rs 2500 + And this contest was ending in 11:38:22 minutes. They further claimed that i would get the full refund back if i did not win the prize as mentioned in the site here. The dubious catch that they have conveneiently hidden in fine print is that if i do pay 3999 and if i dont win, i really dont get the money back. Instead i get 3999 inr of credit points and no money itself. A current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively. These folks at bst buy are not offeringcash or money but instead credit ponts and you are forced to buy from them.in effect whoever joins the contest to take a chance at winning the phone at a price of 3999, is ultimately going to end up buying 3999 inr of thins from the shop, whether he likes it or not. There is going to be no cash refunded. Here is another excerpt from the site. • *10 lucky winners will be chosen through a lucky draw conducted by 100bestbuy and informed by email. • all participants will get 100% cash-back, in terms of credit points (For eg: if you buy any deal worth rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy) • with this points user can buy any other products on 100bestbuy Cash back in credit points is riduculous. These folks are enticing people to shell out 3999 hoping that they would get the phone and even if they dont win, they would have to spend on purchasing things that they never wanted. I feel this is a disgusting, enethical, unscrupolous and dubious means of advertising and i almost shelled out 3999 till i read it for the second time. This eshop should be punished for dubious marketing and i am claiming for mental agaony, false hopes, misguiding me and cheating.

                    Dear concerned I had booked a combo pack of 5 polo t shirts in 100 best buy on 11/02/2014 by paying Thru credit card an amount of rs 974/-. Ref no. Given to me was 28980887. I have not received any item till date. Their helpline no.[protected] keeps on hold most of the time. By follow ups in 100best buy thru mail they responded on 17/02/14. But no action. On 26/02/14 i wrote again saying that i will launch complaint in consumer forum. They responded & replied that due to courier issue it did not reached to me. But till date item not delivered. Please help

                      On[protected] i have ordered combo pack of 3 koutons straight fit trousers pack of 3 (Assorted Color) vide order no.[protected]Ref. No.[protected] for which i have made payment of rs. 1165 Through net banking. It is very unfortunate that till date (More than 17 days) neither they Delivered the product nor inform me about the delay. However the tracking no.[protected] (Delhivery) Provided by 100bestbuy is found incorrect. I have tried number of times on their tolled no,[protected] Despite of long waiting {about 8 minute in every call} no concrete answer have been provided. Also they have not respond on email all the acts of this so called selling agency is simply a Fraud and on basis of these facts i can say, that i have been cheated by this fake company. They should trailed under cyber crime act.

                          I ordered one product on this company. After receiving my product, I got to know that quality is not good. I requested to return my product. After long days, they asked me to send courier of that particular product. I sent and I asked them to refund money. They said that, amount will be credited with in 20 days. But, again they sent another set of product. I didn't ask them to send the product. They are not at all responding to me. Kindly, do the needful to get my amount back.

                              I've ordered for 5 shirts and a blazer on 27th January 2014 with 100bestbuy. These people were cheaters. They sent me those 5 shirts on 15th February 2014 after continuous follow up. Even those shirts are of very poor quality, looks as they were used. Even a platform area product will look as new. Until today 25 February 2014, I didn't received my Blazer. I have made my complete payment. I have ordered several products in several websites never experienced such kind of poor quality and very bad customer service. Their customer care number used to be always busy. Even when they pick the call they do not understand english. What a crap!!! I want to return those product which was delivered. Can anyone help me how to get back my amount? Venkat

                                An amount of 1190 has been already deducted from my acount almost 20 days back. but neither the product has been delivered nor the refund as been made. Firstly they said no amount has been credit to their account suddenly after 15 days i get a mesg that ther acount has been credited with the amount but still neither the product nor refund recvd. On calling no phone is recvd. even if recvd people are so rude they disconnect the call. I neither of reference Id, nor Order no. nothing. as per ther records no order has been placed from my end. only proof that i have is the Bank statement that proves that amount of 1190 has been debited from my account nad credited to their account. Please help.

                                    This is with reference to my order of Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors) as I received mail request for purchasing the same, Date : 08 January' 2014 & order #28536986, I received my parcel on January 13' 2014 and paid INR 1265/-. I requested courier man to check the items first before paying which he refused and advised in case of any issue they will replace the item immediately. I opened the parcel and found wrong Koutons shirts with very-very dirty (old) condition. I informed immediately to the courier person who advised to call 100 best buy customer service for reverse pick up, I did the same and I was promised by their representative Ms Anisha and Surya that my wrong shirts will be collected free of cost as per their terms and I will get replacement immediately. They had given their senior Mr. Vikas Ranjan's mobile no. as [protected] which was either switched off or no response. It has been over 35 days I am waiting for the replacement. I spent aprox INR 300 for the phone call to their customer care service.

                                    It is clear case of fraudulent and cheating to the customer and advise all customer who buy on line not to buy anything from 100 best buy.

                                    Please suggest legal against 100 best buy company so as to get justice.

                                      My Name is Surender Kumar Yadav . Around three months before when I was using my PC on internet, one option was blinking on the display for lottery.

                                      I replied the lottery and paid the amount 900/- twice.(total 1800/-) but my name has not reflected any where.

                                      When I requested for refund they refused, and requested to me that I should purchase some iteem from tham.

                                      When I wanted to purchase some thing they said only 30% of amount will be used from the depositted amount it means for recovery of 1800/- I have to spend around Rs.7500/-

                                      100 best buy is looting and making fool the citizen of India, it should be stopped immediately and amound which they hold should be refunded.

                                        I had ordered for Koutons Gray Blazer on 06/02/2014 and paid amount of Rs.758/- through on line. To day I received mail from 100bestbuy for tracking number but item shown in product immage is not one which were ordered by me they are sending me light olive blazer insted of gray blazer. On calling custmer care they asked me to not take delivery of item. This sight is totally fake online sight. This sight is still showing immage of Koutons Gray Blazer for sale. and shipped me another product. I want Koutons Gray Blazer or refund me my money with panelty.
