I had placed an order for Koutons Pack Of 5 Formal Shirts on 17th December 2013 Reference # 28200259, what was mentioned while ordering was 2-3 days for the delivery, for 1 month i had not received any details of the product or order, despite repeated call to the customer care. and the call to customer care is a terrible experience, each time it takes minimum 10 minutes to get connected to a person and atleast 3 times in a row its gets disconnected and the customer care agent are unprofessional rude, I got to speak to Sameer emp id 5500 and had a terrible experience, the most rude support personality. He was not willing to transfer the call to any supervisor, nor providing any tracking or order reference information, all he said is the product will be delivered a week later and was extremely rude and banged the phone. This is the worst experience I have had shopping online, i tried calling the support center several times to check for the status, every support representative has the same attitude, all they say is the shipment is in progress and bang the phone.
Finally after repeated complains and I got the product delivered after a month, just to experience another trauma. What was shown in the pic while ordering and what i received was extremes, the shirts were all dirty, old, not the brand that was mentioned and looks like used shirts. I do not want this product, I just want them to take the product back, I feel cheated. it is the worst online experience
I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AGAIN from 100bestbuy, it need a name change to 100worstbuy

We request you to mention the courier service name through which you have returned the product.And usage of credit points varies from product to product.sometimes you may be not able to use all the credit points at once.Kindly use rest of the product soon.
