but till now i dint get anything. I have been facing many problems and also mental pressure of this. Kindly help me to solve this issue and get me the product as soon as possible.

My COMPLAINT WAS:

am saravana kumar from chennai, i have participated in a contest for APPLE IPHONE 4S and i have paid 899 for the same. my Order No : 6295654. Then after 1 and half months they rang me and said that i have shortlisted into TOP 10 but they going to make another draw to select TOP 8. BUT THE RULES WAS TOP 10 WINNERS ly but they said now top 8 for that contest alone. so they said if i want get into draw for selection of TOP 8 they will send me 2 gifts but i have to pay for it. i said k proceed because they said the coupon for top 8 draw will be in the gift box so i PAID Rs 1000 for it but i received FALSE PRODUCT as what they mentioned was REEBOK SUNGLASS and A WATCH WOTH Rs 7500. But when i received courier i found NO COUPONS n there WAS 2 UGLY REEBOK watches which will worth just Rs 75. when i made complaint regarding MISSING COUPON they said there is no need of coupon and they will make my order id as code for the contest.After 2 weeks they said me that i was not into TOP 8 eventhough I WAS IN TOP 10.BUT THEY HAVE CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THERE WILL BE TOP 10 WINNERS ONLY BUT THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND TOOK MONEY FROM ME MAKING ME FOOL BY THEIR LIES. And they said the money will be credited as points in my 100bestbuy account. But whenever i try to buy a product i can only use 15% of the credits i have. Its completely STUPID THING AND 100% CHEATING. I WANT THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT because i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. SO KIDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND SOLVE THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. i dont have the stupid product which you said that have sent tat by mistake. I HAVE EVEN PAID FOR IT WHICH YOU GAVE ME AS CREDIT POINTS. SO I DONT ASK ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT AS ITS NO MORE EXISTS. YOU CAN TAKE BACK THE CREDIT POINTS. BUT ALL I WANT IS APPLE IPONE OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT AS i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. THERE IS NO MISTAKE FROM MY SIDE AND ITS ALL YOU MADE THE MISTAKE AND PUT ME TO MENTAL PRESSURE AND FRUSTRATION AND STILL CHEATING...
100% best buy is [censored]ing site in i seen ever... it [censored]ed my 3000/- Rs for 200/- Rs iPod, i'm really very angry about that... plz don't trust this online shopping center it's fraud...

    Hello Sir/Madam I had placed an order for Koutons Pack Of 5 Formal Shirts on 17th December 2013 Reference # 28200259, what was mentioned while ordering was 2-3 days for the delivery, for 1 month i had not received any details of the product or order, despite repeated call to the customer care. and the call to customer care is a terrible experience, each time it takes minimum 10 minutes to get connected to a person and atleast 3 times in a row its gets disconnected and the customer care agent are unprofessional rude, I got to speak to Sameer emp id 5500 and had a terrible experience, the most rude support personality. He was not willing to transfer the call to any supervisor, nor providing any tracking or order reference information, all he said is the product will be delivered a week later and was extremely rude and banged the phone. This is the worst experience I have had shopping online, i tried calling the support center several times to check for the status, every support representative has the same attitude, all they say is the shipment is in progress and bang the phone. Finally after repeated complains and I got the product delivered after a month, just to experience another trauma. What was shown in the pic while ordering and what i received was extremes, the shirts were all dirty, old, not the brand that was mentioned and looks like used shirts. I do not want this product, I just want them to take the product back, I feel cheated. it is the worst online experience I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AGAIN from 100bestbuy, it need a name change to 100worstbuy Regards,

      i had been called on 18/01/14 by one of their employee and told that i had won a mobile on becoming a top15 contestant. they said to remit rs.16000 so that i will be eligible to get a mobile and participate in another draw on the assurance that they will immediately credit my bank account immediately. but to my disappointment i am not able to trace the order nor cancel the order. i tried to talk to their senrior manager. But these criminials are picking up their phone. I cannot detect any of my payment details/orders etc.

      TO HELL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS.

      TELL me how to lodge a complaint?

      atleast people should be aware of from our mistakes

        I have placed an order[protected] in the 100bestbuy.com website on 13-Jan-2014. For that I have got order confirmation mail. But I haven't got any alert for shipment confirmation. The next day I got a call from them explaining some lucky draw but I rejected it and asked to ship the product as soon as possible. I have been told that the order was already shipped. When I tried to use the shipment tracking option in the site it shows the DTDC provider with a reference no. With that number, I am unable to track the shipment in the DTDC site as it says that as an invalid no. It's 5 days since I placed the Order but still now I haven't got any confirmation for the shipment. I have sent several mails for the confirmation of the shipment but didn't got any response from them. It's the worst online purchase experience I ever had. I just need to cancel the order and refund the money back.

        I'm surprised to see 2 different responses for the same query with same data.

        1. Email response - Shipment is not yet done and in process
        2. Consumercomplaints response - Not able to trace the details with the given reference number.

        Based on this anyone can judge the quality of the service provided by 100bestbuy.com.

        Then as per the product page in the website, the product should be delivered in 6-8 business days (attached the product page snapshot). It's more than 6 days now and the product is not yet shipped from your side. If I can't receive the ordered product within the mentioned days, I need my order to be cancelled and refund the amount.

        As the order is not yet shipped despite the order been placed 9 days before, I'm not interested to wait for infinite time to receive it. As per your site the product should be delivered in 6-8 days which you have already missed. As per the reviews and feedback from other customers, I see that you don't have any commitment in delivering the order.

        So I need to cancel the order immediately and refund the money back to my card as soon as possible.

Till date i write to them 5 mails and used to call customer care atleast 25 times in these 33 days. Have not received any reply.                 I ordered a Laptop e-table from 100bestbuy.com looking at the image of the product for Rs 1000, after receiving i was shocked at the quality and also two of the legs were not opening, i called customer care and after a long waiting in line i explained the problem and as per there advice i returned the product by courier by spending an amount of Rs 180. As per tracking on first flight courier status the material was received by Suksh Tech on 13-12-13, i contacted again customer care and asked about replacement. Since 1 month every time i am calling they are telling that they will ship the item next day, but no action is being taken, i have sent several e-mails and spent a lot of amount on STD calls. I am very sure that this is some scam, i am helpless, i do not know to whom to complaint. Pl suggest My sincere request to all is do not buy from this cheating web site.                   hello this is balaji... i brought goods from 100bestbuy.com by cash on delivery... the guy from delhivery was to delivery the parcel... first the parcel should have reached me on 12th jan 2014... but it wasnt and after he gave the parcel .. IT REACHED ME ON 15TH JAN 2014...he DEMANDED the money "i told him wait for few minutes i have to check the parcel when i checked it ... it was not the formal shirts which was to be given to me(i ordered koutons five shirts). I asked him to wait for sometime so that i can clear this issue ... but he didnt waited for a minute ... he just asking money... i went restless with this act... and scolded him... when i gave money also he didnt stop his talking... i shut my door he said" wat u r afraid ah"... I kept quiet gonna file a complaint in court if this is not taken seriously.

                    I have purchased a pack of Koutons formal shirts (Order (#[protected] and sent them the below mentioned email and didn't get any response from them yet..The website promises to deliver the products from Koutons brand and none of them are from Koutons. They have just pasted the Paper tag on the shirts for Koutons and thats it..Anybody can buy these type of shirts from roadside in not more than 100 Rs. This company is and delivers products. Please take strict action against them.

                    You can see the tags in the attached images and none of them are from actual Koutons brand.

                    I have placed an order in December for Kouton's Shirt pack of 5 and after a long long delay from your end, today I have received that product and that product are pathetic. I didn't expected these kind of products from you.

                    You should check for the quality before sending to the customer..None of these shirts are from Koutons and no body from a decent family can wear these. Some of these are even used and not in a good condition. These types of shirts are available in Delhi at 50 Rs per piece at roadside and you are selling them by the name of Koutons brand.

                    Let me know when can you collect this shirts and send me the new ones. Attaching the snaps for the same for your reference or else refund my money back as I don't want to any other product from your website.

                        You are also duped by 100BestBuy.com like me. Your money is GONE. You will either receive a product or if the product is not available (Most of the times), you will get credit points as a refund.

                        Money is NEVER refunded. If you call the customer care, you have to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes until you get the executive. Then the executive LIES that you will receive your money within 10 to 12 working days but you don't. Everytime you call the customer care, they keep deceiving you.

                        If you get credit points as a refund, you can not fully utilize them. You have to keep buying something and you will get some discount every time you apply those points.

                        This is my personal experience. They DUPED me for 2000 rupees.

                        If the amount you paid is big then the only way you can get your money back is through Consumer Court. Visit http://www.ishout.co.in

                        They help you with everything you need to go to Consumer Court.

                            am saravana kumar from chennai, i have participated in a contest for APPLE IPHONE 4S and i have paid 899 for the same. my Order No : 6295654. Then after 1 and half months they rang me and said that i have shortlisted into TOP 10 but they going to make another draw to select TOP 8. BUT THE RULES WAS TOP 10 WINNERS ly but they said now top 8 for that contest alone. so they said if i want get into draw for selection of TOP 8 they will send me 2 gifts but i have to pay for it. i said k proceed because they said the coupon for top 8 draw will be in the gift box so i PAID Rs 1000 for it but i received FALSE PRODUCT as what they mentioned was REEBOK SUNGLASS and A WATCH WOTH Rs 7500. But when i received courier i found NO COUPONS n there WAS 2 UGLY REEBOK watches which will worth just Rs 75. when i made complaint regarding MISSING COUPON they said there is no need of coupon and they will make my order id as code for the contest.After 2 weeks they said me that i was not into TOP 8 eventhough I WAS IN TOP 10.BUT THEY HAVE CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THERE WILL BE TOP 10 WINNERS ONLY BUT THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND TOOK MONEY FROM ME MAKING ME FOOL BY THEIR LIES. And they said the money will be credited as points in my 100bestbuy account. But whenever i try to buy a product i can only use 15% of the credits i have. Its completely STUPID THING AND 100% CHEATING. I WANT THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT because i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. SO KIDLY LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND SOLVE THE SAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. i dont have the stupid product which you said that have sent tat by mistake. I HAVE EVEN PAID FOR IT WHICH YOU GAVE ME AS CREDIT POINTS. SO I DONT ASK ME TO SEND THE PRODUCT AS ITS NO MORE EXISTS. YOU CAN TAKE BACK THE CREDIT POINTS. BUT ALL I WANT IS APPLE IPONE OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT AS i was mentioned as i was in TOP 10. THERE IS NO MISTAKE FROM MY SIDE AND ITS ALL YOU MADE THE MISTAKE AND PUT ME TO MENTAL PRESSURE AND FRUSTRATION AND STILL CHEATING...

                            After long time I did not get my replacement shirts deliver at my home. I mailed many times and called 100 times but all is waste. Today I checked that you added credit points in my account. And now I added two items to purchased against this credit point. The amount of Items is Rs. 1103/- And Credit shows Rs. 1311/- .

                            I am on your website at "Product in you Cart" Page, it shows both items and Their amounts and total amount Rs. 1103/-
                            And then shows " Would you like to use your credits towards this purchase? " I check marked this question but after that there is showing "Pay Now " Button and when I click on it, this click revert me to payment page.
                            If I have already credit amount then why I should have to pay for it.
                            Please confirm the procedure to purchase with credit amount.
                            Please reply me on my mail ID.

                              Sir, I have placed two orders on 31 December 2013 and later learned from various internet sources, facebook comments and from this photo https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=[protected]&set=a.[protected].1114.[... that the product you are supplying are so cheap and worth not buying. In my orders with reference no 28422558 and 28422722 you offered to send with in two days but today 4th January, you failed to deliver the products; I have no interest in doing business with you or buying your cheap articles, so cancel the order and return my money to bank account urgently.

Now i have question mark in my mind for credibility of 100bestby service. I do not have much more passion in this regard. I hope you will not force me to take any legal action against 100bestby. I will be waiting for my ordered material for more five days after that i will have to take some legal action against you. Now credibility of 100bestby is in your hands.
