I joined 100 Best Buy on First week of August 2013 through a contest and deposited Rs.399/. On 7th Aug I received a call from 100 Best Buy executive, he told that I am amongst the shortlisted 15 winners of the contest; but only 13 will be given the prize. To be amongst 13 you have to choose a 100% free gift amongst four which can be seen at website immediately and convey your choice now.
After asking my choice he told that you have to pay the price of the free gift but it will be just a deposit with 100 Best Buy and If you win the contest than only Rs 399/- contest money will be used with it you will owe the free gift of Rs 7999/ and your Rs. 7999/- will still be kept with us as credit points and any time you can use it for purchase any item of your choice.
But if you are not a winner then your free gift will be still yours and your total points 8398/- (399+7999) could be used by you for any purchase of your choice.
As it was suspected I was not amongst 13 winner out of 15 shortlisted. But no call was received from 100 Best Buy for this.
After receiving free gift of 7999/- which was not of that worth i.e. 'Ambrane mini laptop' and combined with a useless keyboard and watch, not functioning, .
I tried to purchase the item from the website on 2nd Oct than on Dussehra than on Diwali but of no use after several mails and unanswered (as promised that -- our executive will soon contact you) calls I came to know that there are some terms that I can not use my whole amount 1. with an item in offer, 2. I can not use my money kept with 100 Best Buy (They are using it since august 2013) since 4-5 months. Because It permits to use only10% i.e. Rs 840/ at maximum.
Thus I found that How intelligently I am cheated by 100 Best Buy. My money (earned with honest hard work) Rs. 8398/- is in reserve for use but I can not use it as I wish and if I do than I have to spend Rs. 50000/- (Fifty Thousand) minimum and in several installments than I can get back my money.
Now my request is:-
1. 100 Best Buy should give right to use my money as whole as I want in single purchase. Yet If my choice is beyond Rs. 8398/- than I will pay the excess over Rs. 8398/- through credit card.
2. There should not be any limitation on purchasing the items of my choice. Because items kept for selling are part of sale and any offer given on them is just a promotional step and of discount scheme again which is to increase sale and attract customer. It is not an mercy or free gift to customer.
3. The company 100 Best Buy should return my Money Rs. 8398/- competely. through money transfer/NEFT/Draft/Cheque etc.
4. Further I am not asking for compensation for the trouble, stress and suffering I had during September, October, November and December 2013. Where I wanted to gift some thing to my spouse on her Birth day (Oct) My Brothers B'day, (Oct)My Birthday (Nov), My Marriage anniversary and My Daughters Birthday(Dec) and Dussehra, Diwali.

I was one of those people cheated by 100BestBuy.com. If you feel you are cheated by 100BestBuy.com or they lied to you or they are not entertaining you anymore like in my case, you can visit iShout (http://www.ishout.co.in). You can find contact information on their website.

iShout helps you with everything you need, all the paperwork etc. with a very nominal fees. They will help you to register a case against these cheaters at your nearest Consumer Court.

You can definitely get justice by going to the Consumer Court. It's your right.

    I purchased "Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors)" online form this stupid website : www.100bestbuy.com on 8-Dec-2013, and put cash on deliver . today, Dec 14th, they have send me the different product called "combo pack of 4 Mark Taylor Assorted Men" and i call to customer care they say we dont have stock that wise we send this product .how can they send me another product without asking me .if i call them 2 times they cut my call and finally they say on monday Dec 16th will send me"Koutons Pack of 5 Formal shirts " and the same corrier guy also taken the return corrier. if i dont get my product on monday sharp i will put case on this company to cheating case i recorded call when i talk to the customer care and i have complaint number. so i hope u help me. thank u.My mobile number [protected] regaeds shaik ismail

      I ordered "D&Y 3 formal Shirts" on 11th November, 2013 from 100BestBuy.com. I made payment of Rs.1171/- as C.O.D. My account details are as follows: Name: Vinod Kumar, Phone No: [protected] Reference No: 27296941. I received the order in very bad condition; the shirts were having mud stains mark on them. I called 100BestBuy customer care executive as soon I received the product they told me to return the product by courier to 100bestbuy and assured me that my money will be reimbursed along with courier charges as credit point. I sent them back by first flight courier No. K[protected] which was received by 100bestbuy on 28th November. I have called 100BestBuy.com Customer Care[protected] numerous times till date and requested them to reimburse my money as credit points i.e. Rs 1171+ Rs. 150 (courier charges) in my 100bestbuy account to purchase any other item. Every time they told me that the requested credit point shall be done in next 24 hrs, 48hrs or even 72 hrs. etc. I even lodged compalint with [protected]@100bestbuy.com but in vain. I have not yet received any resolution for my problem. I am very frustrated with service of this company. my email id is vinni.[protected]@gmail.com.

        I ordered "Puma Mens Black And White Sports Shoes (JIM_BLK_WHT)" for my cousin on 17th December, 2013 from 100BestBuy.com. I made payment of Rs. 2043/- through net banking. I received the confirmation email from 100BestBuy.com The order details are as follows: Product: Puma Mens Black And White Sports Shoes (JIM_BLK_WHT) Phone No: [protected] Reference No: 28200629 My cousin received a call on Moday, 23rd December, 2013 that the shoes for which the order was placed, were not available and they would dispatch some other shoes. I called "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care[protected]" on Tuesday, 24th December, 2013 and told them to either deliver the same shoes or cancel the order. "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me that the requested shoes were not available. I then told him to cancel the order. "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me that the order was cancelled and I would receive the full refund of Rs. 2043/- within 10 to 15 working days. Again I called "The 100BestBuy.com Customer care[protected]" today, 26th December, 2013 to know the status of the refund. This time "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me to wait for some time and I would receive the shoes. I told him that I had already asked them to cancel the order on Tuesday, 24th December, 2013. And I was surprised to know that the order was not cancelled. "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" also told me that I would not receive the refund but I would get the credit points to shop online on 100BestBuy.com So why "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" LIED to me on Tuesday, 24th December, 2013? This is very unprofessional. The same shoes are still available on 100BestBuy.com and the link for same is: "http://www.100bestbuy.com/product/footwear/sports-shoes/puma-mens-black-an... If the product is not available, it should show it as "Out of stock". This is fraud. I am cheated. I do not want credit points. I want my Rs. 2, 043/- refunded back to me as "The 100BestBuy.com Customer Care Executive" told me on Tuesday. I have been doing online shopping for last 2 years through Flipkart.com, Snapdeal.com, Infibeam.com but I never had any such problem even with online payment. They never cheated me for money like 100BestBuy.com did.

        Dear Atish: Fraud is not new to 100bestbuy rather its culture over there. They exist because we blindly believe and send money but its good learning also. Let get together to expose this company. Do not say unprofessional attitude rather its cheater's attitude. Beware and spread the message not to deal with such company.

        I made the purchase on 17th December, 2013. It's been 10 working days and you are asking me to wait for few more days.

        I was given 2, 043 Credit points. But I can not use them entirely to purchase an item worth Rs. 2, 099/-. What the hell is this?

        I tried to purchase "Adidas Black Men Running Shoes (Adi Fiero Q[protected]" worth Rs. 2, 099/-
        When I select option "Would you like to use your credits towards this purchase?", it says I still need to pay Rs. 1, 591/-. This is non-sense.

        Isn't this FRAUD of 100BestBuy.com? These are the ways to borrow money from people through your inferior website. 100BestBuy.com is CHEAP. I was right in the 1st place. You DUPE people through the website.

        Either deliver me the shoes I want or return my money.

        I have also sent email to the Founder of Suksh Mr. Shreyans Chopra. I have no idea whether he will read it or not. And even after reading it, he will accept it or not.
        But all this will make people aware and hopefully they will not lose their money.

        The cost of Aakash Tablet is between 3000 and 5, 500. I have checked it online on http://www.akashtablet.com/. Why these people are selling it for Rs. 999/-

        It's another way to cheat people. People will order it and will not get the delivery. Then these people will give them credit points. That's how their business runs.

        Update:
        I have not received any reply. Neither from 100BestBuy.com nor the CEO of Suksh Technology Shreyans Chopra. I have lost my money. And they are still sending me the emails with FAKE offers to buy products from their INFERIOR website 100BestBuy.com

          on it's behalf my YES BANK support team take immediate action and confirm me on mail payment are debit and received by 100 bestbuy.com, after that I update same to 100bestbuy.com but they are given irresponsible response and not any action for return my money

            I have purchase the product on 4th july 2013 and utilizing the previous balance Rs.399/-, They send a confirmation mail saying that they soon send the tracking number. After that day they have not send any sms or mail or phone call regarding this. I send some complain mail to 100bestbuy. Till today I am not received any mail from 100bestbuy regarding my complain. My total amount of the product is (399+109) = 508/-. I made all the payment through SBI debit card. I want my money back to my account.

                    your mail was very prompt to alert me in relation to PENDING PRODUCT IN CART,

                    But There was NO RESPONSE OF MY QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS.

                    NOW HERE IS THE ISSUE:-
                    1. I joined your merchandise through a contest and After few days I recd a Call from you.
                    2. The executive said that I am one amongst the shortlisted 15 participant for contest on a Tablet. There will be only 13 persons out of 15 will get the Tablet of about 35000 from '100 Best Buy' .
                    3. Further he said that there will be a free gift, and there is four choice which can be seen immediately on site and confirm immediately.
                    4. But for free gift the amount of the item should be deposited, which will be kept as credit points and client can purchase anything with that points.
                    on this assurance I deposited the amount through pay pal, my credit card. thus total deposit is Rs.[protected]+399). this includes Rs 399 for contest and then 7999/ for free product.
                    5. When I tried to use my points I found that only 10% of my deposited amount can be used at once.
                    6. That means that I am Cheated and the executive has given wrong promise and information to me.
                    When I complained the reply was that I should go by the rules of contest.
                    Now Convey me
                    HOW CAN A PERSON GO BY THE RULES OF CONTEST OR YOUR POLICY...?
                    That is only when then one is caught or become ypur victim and you said so.
                    Only then, when one entered in contest and the contest organiser contacts and explains.

                    Kindly check that your executive has called me when I logged in the contest in August.

                    Your executive has not said this which you are responding in response of my complaints.

                    So It is purely a fraud and hiding of facts to catch the customer any how.

                    Any fair business should not practice these negative ethics .

                    Therefore, you should return my money or allow me to purchase the item with full credit points.

                        actually 100 best buy online shopping company called me and told that just pay 6599 and you will get iball slid tab, and also 100 % cash back (6599) on your account immediately . i asked how it's possible ? he replies yes 100 % cash back offer because you selected in contest . again and again i clearly asked the process and all the ways and conditions he replies ways like non-understandably finally i understood the 100%cash back in my account in their online account, then i asked clearly the use of cash back, then he replied you can purchases any things immediately in our website. so after th long conversation between me and 100bestbuy executive finally i payed 6599 rupees. after received the i ball tab after 20 days but they promised me to deliver with in 7 days. then i mail to 100bestbuy customer care about the tab but they didn't replied properly finally i got tab. but problem is now i can't buy product through using their web my account, they deduct only half off the amount in my account balance half amount they ask me to pay my bank account so problem is if i want use my 6599 rupees through purchases means 6599 i have to pay again in y account what a cheating . they cheat so many people like me . i have all the conversation call records between me and 100 bestbuy executive. and i tried one time i purchases mens shoes in brand of outlander but they sent only local company shoes for that they charged 749 rupees. like the way they cheat me and everyone .

                                  I have paid Rs. 2285 online on 24.9.2013 to buy five T shirts and got confirmation mail but without tracking number. Since then there is no news of dispatch or tracking number except one T shirt which was delivered after much follow up under reference no. 25900677. Upon contacting their help-desk there is no satisfactory reply but they continue to say we will revert in 24 hours which never happens. I wrote several mails but no reply. It seem its totally fraud site. I got mobile number of senior person from their help-desk but he most of the time keep it off or never picks up the mobile which further confirm malafide intentions. 100bestbuy does not give any customer complaint number for escalation system.                                     Hi, Off late 100bestbuy has been emerged as a top fraud online shopping company. They have started a SCAM called 100bestbuy contest. By saying just pay some amount and you will get a product (something around 35000 Rs) in case you will win. Their pattern is, next day morning almost all the participants will get a call saying you are among the winning 15 and you need to pay additional 4000 Rs to enter the next round and so on and so forth. They will try to suck the money from your account and at the end you will get nothing. My story started with that scam. I have paid 599 and get a call next morning for more money. I declined to pay anything further. But the money was blocked at their account. So, I have decided to buy a pendrive using that credit points. I would like to mention the products displayed in this FRAUD website has the highest price tags among all others. they charge the 16 GB Sanddisk Cruzer almost 700 Rs, where in any other website it is max 500 Rs. In addition to that they charge a shipping charge of 150 Rs for any other website shipping is free. But I had no other option as my money was blocked with them, so I have ordered the pendrive. Once the ordering is completed I have receied confirmation mail for purchase. But the product is completely disappeared from my tracking item list. I can not track the product using the order number or reference number. The money is gone and the product is vanished. 100BestBuy is a fraud, cheater. They must be banned for life. And all these cheated money must be back to the consumers. These are our hard earn money. There must be some check against such faulty websites. My order number is : 13390716, Reference number is : 28172695. I would like to get my money back, please look into this issue. And I am requesting to Ban this website for ever.                                       Since your last comment i have not got any more updates on the pick up of the wrongly shipped product to me. Its almost a month that my problem is un resolved.I am fed up calling the customer care as i never get the calls received.
                                      As per your earlier requests i have uploaded all details and the pictures of the wrong product.
                                      As a customer i demand the right product shipped or my money re-funded.
                                      100 best buy is a well known site and you are breaking the trust we customers have with the site.
