i have paid Rs.599/- thru on line for the contest of Samsung Galaxy S3 model on 09.08.2013. my user id is [protected]. i may be lost in the lucky winner contest and my hard earned money is kept with 100bestbuy.com. They have neither informed the same either through email nor through mob as they promised till date. i never bothered about the money kept with them but their customer executives never be polite in their language and never talk in a professional way. abruptly disconnect the conversation. today i.e.on 08.12.2013 one lady from above company disturbed in the same way and DISCONNECTED abruptly for which i have strong reservations/objections. i never bothered about my money till today. but with the bad experience from above company through their indecent customer executives, i decided to WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY and never wanted to waste my valuable time with their improper behavior.     I hv purchased 5 readymade pants & shirts from 100bestbuy.com but i receive only plane caution not readymade .and iam faceing this problem onsecond time.

    first time I booked same item but they send wrong products. and second time when i booked same item again then they send once again wrong product.when i call the custmor care of 100bestbuy.com they were not giving satishfied answer and also they are not refund my money..

    pls resolve this matter shortly.

      I had placed an order on 22nd Oct (Ref #[protected] but till date I haven't received the product. I have been continuously asking them either to ship the product or refund the money.These guys don't reply to the emails and answer ph calls only sometimes that too after placing the call on hold for minimum 12-18 minutes and then they promise that the product will be shipped in 2-3 days but nothing has happened till date. I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from this fraud site, they are robbing people of their money and mentally harass. I want my money back and the compensation for the inconvenience

        Hi,

        I was on Wikitravel and I saw that I was lucky to be 100th people who visited “Rio_de_Janeiro” page and I am getting Samsung S3 in 599 Rs and need to enter a contest. I paid this money to try my luck. Nowhere in the website was written that I need to again pay some 9000 Rs (Confirmed over call from your sales Rep) when I will get a Tablet and some watch (Now this tablet is an entry level tablet and not a gadget that I would like to pay for) and then there is some other final round where lucky persons will get Samsung S3.

        I opted against this contest and wanted to use this money for something else to buy.

        I saw that I had 599 Rs in my account so I opted for a antivirus and wanted to purchase this using my amount (the price of antivirus was around 525 Rs) but it again wanted me to enter my card details for another withdrawal. I had selected option to use my balance but I was unable to go for purchase.

        I have sent 3 reminders to the mail id that I saw on their website in last 1 week but I have not got any reply from them. I have also tried to call on their numbers but the number from which i was called twice 1 week prior does not seem to be a valid number which is strange.

        It seems I have lost the money.

        Can you please help.

                i got a call and they asked me the bank details i told them everything then they started deducting money from my account, they deducted twice without any intimation when i try to reach them the wont give any response and just hang up the call.

It cost of Rs.5316=00 was paid by me through my credit card (Standard Charted Bank A/c. xxxx0722). During order they have inform that the goods will be delivered within 7 working days. So far I have not received the goods from 100bestbuy.com, after I ordered for more than one month. In this regard, I sent an email on 30th Jan. 2013 for cancel the purcahse order and return my amount of Rs.5316=00. Kindly I request you to register my complaint, and help me to get an amount of Rs.5316=00.

                        However, the customer care called me to inform that the issue shall be resolved in 48 hours. I hope that is the case.

                            Hi,

                            I was trapped by the online advertisements and fell in to 100 best buy.com gimmicks. I participated in an online contest since I was lured falsely by the advertisemnts. I paid them rs.1504 through my credit card for participating in the

                            online contest. The add said that, its 100% refundable and gauranteed, but for my surprise when I asked for refund they breached my trust saying that the money cant be refunded, but I could only buy any products on their websites. Later,

                            I decided to buy some things for the credit worth of rs.1504, but even then I was not able to order the item of my choice since only partial amount of the credit can be used to purchase and remaining again I have to pay. This is complete

                            cheating and had I known these things before I would not participated in their online contest and paid my money of rs.1504. Its been more than 3 months since I paid, and I am trying to utilise that amount(rs.1504), but each time or the other

                            I am not able to utilise it. Either it says item unavailable or asks me to pay the partial amount. There is no use of contacting their customer support over phone and email, since I am fed up doing that and of no use absolutely.

                            Conclusion: I

                            dont want any products from them now, rather please help me to get my refund amount back.I need 100% refund of my money paid.

                            I ordered item in100bestbuy before 2 months. Still I didn't receive the product. I contacted them by phone and mail .But didn't get response properly

                              I had order two jeans from 100bestbuy/ Ref : 25741941 & 25741830 but both the jeans sent to me are wrong so I call them and told them that they had send me wrong products and they told me that sir u should send ur orders back on our adress and we will pay ur courier chages & I send the jeans back to the company through first flight courier and tracking no. of courier is MK0124781 and courier charged me Rs 265and the company received the jeans on 12 Oct 2013 & I put my request of refund but now they are just harrashing me by saying Sir plz give us 2-4 Days more Every tym the same thing r being told by their representatives and once their representative ARSHITA give me their Senior representative phn no. [protected] named SAHIL VERMA and when I call him he just pick the phn once and told me that he will call me back within 1 day and solve my prblm but he doesnot do anything And nw When I call him either his phn is switched off or he doenot pick my phn. sir plz do something sothat I can get my amount back My phn no is [protected]

                                I got a call from them to participate in contest which includes depositing Rs 599/- at first then Rs.4999/- which I did ... on the behalf of this they promised me to deliver a sonilex tablet and a watch instantly...and a samsung phone in lucky draw and 100% buy back money... but after continuously calling them for 15 days they sent me the defaulted Tab which is nothing but a junk and does not work... they have not sent me any watch till now... I call them on their coustomer care services but they dont pick up the phone... I mailed them my complain but of no use... and in contest they promised me that I can buy the goods worth the same amount if I did not win the contest which includes samsung phone... but when I tried to purchase the T-shirt from the amount they claimed is a buy back money, they made me pay Rs. 185/- more in that which is 50%of the cost of the product... I paid that too in terms of refunding my money slowly . but they took the money online but has not sent me the product till now, ... they dont reply back... dont pick up the phones now... and dont reply the mails also... .And cheated me of my Rs5700/-... Its amazing that they are doing fraud online openly and nobody is taking any action... this way they will be continuously cheating lacs of people in future too... If possible kindly as them to return my hard earned money and they should be punished severely too...

I have not yet received the product or the shipping number. I have been calling your customer care number numerous times buy the only response I get is the product will be shipped the next day. ID: 22287771, amounting to Rs. 839/- through COD basis through online from 100bestbuy.com, C/O Suksh Technology Pvt Ltd, Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore - 560087 & I have received the parcel by paying the above amount, on dt. 04.07.2013. I am sorry to say that, I am not happy with the product & I have returned the ‘Belmonte’ watch to company ( 100best buy) with original box through 'First flight Currier' vide docket no. MU0684791 & they have received the same on dtd. 22.07.2013 . Inspite of my regular reminder through mail & by phone call the Company have no response in this regard & I am harashed due to negligence of this type of job. It is not a good manner of a reputed company. The company’s people were cheated to the customers by giving the false message & time. Now, I want to refund my money with courier cost from company, either cash or Credit point at an earliest.
