I purchased a combo of 5 pack shirts from the site but it was not delivered at there commited time so icancelled It, as it was of no use afterthat (22nd oct) they commited me to refund my money in my cc ac in 7 days max but still not reversed, , , as i called in the morning one of customercare executive rudely ignored my call after sometime later icalled again sommeone picked up & talked in abusive language Ref no. 26581244 Plz help Ashwani [protected]

    I took part in a contest in 100bestbuy.com. It was for Rs699 for a lucky draw contest of samsung s3 galaxy. It was for Rs699 so I went through the rules of the contest which said whether we win the contest or not, our money will be refunded in the form of points in the website and we can buy anything from the website using the points. So i registered. After sometime they called me up and said that I won the contest but since I am on the top 15 list, I need to pay Rs6999 to get my Samsung s3 galaxy and this amount will be credited to my website account. Not only that complimentary gifts - Swipe 3D life tablet and Reebok couple watches will also be delivered to me.Since the previous amount of Rs.699 was credited back immediately to my account, I paid this Rs.6999 as well, as per the instructions of the customer care ( he was guiding me on the phone and was waiting on the call till I paid the amount through my credit card). All this happened on Oct 2, 2013 The next day again they called me up and confirmed my winning and also my address. On Oct 12, 2013 between 2.30pm - 4.30pm the products got delivered.I was shocked to see that only Swipe 3D life tablet and POLO CLUB (not Reebok) couple watches got delivered. Within few mins I called them up and enquired about the mobile- because the contest was for the mobile. They said that mobile will get dispatched after 25th oct, 2013 before 31st Oct 2013. But I did not receive it at all. I called them after 28th (do not remember the exact date)because the watches stopped working within 2days and also to know about the mobile, they said that the contest is on Nov 15th only. I got annoyed and said that "you told me to pay 6999rs saying I won the mobile, now what". They immediately cut my call. After that whenever I call they say that the server is down and that they will call me back with the details, but they never called back and very poor response. On Nov 1, 2013 I called them up and said that I will sue them in consumer court, they said there is no stock so they will dispatch the product after 3days. My money Rs7598 is still in the website and I am not able to utilize that money because any purchase I make, only 300 points I am able to deduct from the site, rest I should only pay, which means I should keep buying and buying form the site to make use of my 7598Rs. moreover the website has very poor quality products and high price. I am now surprsied because when we call their customer care after 6:30pm, it says working hours between 9am-6:30pm. but that day that customer care person kept calling me till 9pm forcing me to pay that 6999rs. Lots of people have faced this problem because of this site. Pleas help

But when I check the product it found that it is differ from that I have ordered. I got outranger instead of Outlander and al local sports shoe instead o[censored]rban Terrain Black & Red canvas shoes. I need a reply for the changes in the ordered and delivered product.             1) They advertised Nokia Lumia @ Rs.599/= - Then they said it is a contest. If I pay Rs.599 I will get a chance to win Nokia Lumia otherwise your money is safe. You can buy whatever you want after the draw is over. I paid on 30.9.13 2) Within 48 hours they phoned many times and started telling that to qualify for the contest I have to pay Rs.4999/- which will also be at my credit, but they will give one IPOD and One watch immediately within a week. They also said I always have the option to redeem the money which has been credited as points in my account. I paid Rs.4999 on 7.10.13 Now today is 26th. they just send one email that they will be sending the above items. Not sent. When contacted over phone they said stock is not available. I find from the blogs that they had cheated 1000s of people like this. I want to get my money back. I need your help

            Hi on 30th Oct, I received a mail stating that they are sending the gift for participation in contest vide tracking number F[protected]. Till date nothing has come. I tried the link against the tracking number and it showed error. So they havent sent anything and it is fake number. I sent 3 emails asking them when did they conducted contest, what was the result, who was the winner. NO REPLY. I want it to be published in news paper so that this will get highlighted and a forum can be created to take up the case up to Supreme Court level -

            don't listen to them you should file a complaint against them is court they are not going to refund our money this a fraud company. For last 2 months i have been continuously calling them yet they haven't returned my money, you move legally.

            I am also a victim of 100bestbuy.
            First they said chance to win a samsung mobile worth Rs.25000 plus, if I pay Rs. 599.00. If I do not win money, it will be refunded. Later came to know that credit point will be added to be encashed against future purchase. As expected they cheated and no prize was won. They did not announce the winner too.
            I tried to contact thru mail. No response!!!. Their number[protected] is always busy. Today I tried continuously. Only recorded message, advertising their product was heard. After 6 minute, it gets cut off automatically.

            After 4 tries, i.e. 4 x6 minutes = 24 minutes was wasted. On my fifth try, some Sunil Kumar came on the line. What he spoke, I did not understand. Just murmuring voice only.and just cuts it off after his 2 minutes murmur. Another time I tried.He only came on the line again. I fired him for his behaviour & asked him to talk properly and told him to cut off the line only after I am satisfied with his answer. Still, his behaviour was same, who disconnected the line immediately.

            Finally, I tried in the website. I came to know in the site that the credit points are adjusted against the purchase and no cash back is made. So, I tried to purchase worth Rs. 745.00, thinking that I may have to pay Rs. 745 .00 minus 599.00 = Rs. 146.00 for this product. But, alas, the credit considered is Rs. 120.00 only instead of Rs. 599.00. That means, I have to buy 5 times more of such valued products to avail my credit of Rs. 599.00 in total! And the products are not worth at all. Even the product of value Rs. 25, 000.00 the credit considered is approx 120 only!

            What a cheating!

            It is not cheating; but a day light ROBBERY !.

            This is another cheating company like - SPEAK ASIA, who are closed now after cheating several thousands of people. Their promoters are being arrested!

            100bestbuy will see the end very soon.
            100bestbuy company is big cheater.
            Please do not deal with them.
            This is for your own good.
            It is the same story for every body. I had lodged complaint with Chennai City Police. I had given them print out of all the correspondence. I hope they will take some action on such cheats. I want every victim to file a case so that all the persons involved in this company are behind bars.

              Complaint about 100bestbuy.com for delivering wrong product. On[protected] i have ordered for a Philips trimmer model QT4019 and i made a online payment of 1608/- rupees for it. I saw the product on the web site 100bestbuy.com on seeing the picture on the site i ordered the product, in the web site they have put a picture of the model i needed and they have given the model number wrong they have given the model QT4005 which is not the product shown in the picture. The first conformation mail received to me on[protected] showed that i have ordered for the product QT4019 and later on[protected] they send me a mail stating that they have dispatched the product QT4005 to my address. On receiving the product i contacted the customer care and they asked me to send it back to the address provided on their website (Suksh Technology Private Limited Salarpuria Hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore - 560087, INDIA. ) i have send the product to them on[protected] via DTDC courier my courier reference number is R12195285 on checking the status of the courier i have sent on the above company address the product is delivered to them and after that i have been continuously contacting them asking my money back. I need my 1608/- back to my account from which the transaction is done. As its been 2 months since the product is returned to them i need my money back as soon as possible.

                  My name is Pankaj Kumar and I would like to complaint about 100bestbuy.com. I came across a fraud by this company made to me. These company is running many contenst and on behaft of those contests doing a lot of fraud with us.

                  1. As per the contest details if I pay Rs 399 and particiapte in the contest, I might get lucky and win a Glaxy Note. Once I made the payment from the next day I started receiving calls from there department saying

                  (a) First call : If I buy a combo of Rs 8000, I would be selected in first 15 customers to win the Glaxy Note
                  (b) Second call : If I buy a product of 80000, I will be selected in first 10 lucky customer
                  (c) Third day : spend 5000 and you are in first 5 lucky customer. Then I realized, they just mean to take money from me any which way.

                  2 I ordered a watch from there website and as per the detailes show on the website, i shold get it in 6 to 8 days. It's been more than 3 weeks and I have called many times to customer services and also sent them many mails but not getting any help. It's really a harashment. I would request you to please help me to resolve this.

                    Hi, My name is Prateek Mishra and I am writing this mail to complain about the fraud done to me by 100bestbuy.com. On 8th October 2013 I ordered a pair of shoes (outlander men casual shoes – 2409) and one shirt (copper line full Sleeves plain shirt – CPL0900). On 10th October 2013 I got a courier by 100 bestbuy.com and after paying Rs 1687 to The courier, as it was a Cash on Delivery order, when I opened the package I found out that the model of shoes Was not the one which I had ordered and the shirt was missing, although they charged me for both the items and Outside the package the contents which were written were the one which I had ordered. I called on their customer care phone number and was told to courier back the product to their office address in Bangalore And was assured that I will get my desired ordered Products within 3 days of receiving back the wrong products by them. I couriered back the products on the same day at their mentioned address. On 16th October they received the courier sent By me and I was notified by the courier company and since then they are not responding to me. I called them many times And even mailed them for more than 10 times and I was given a complain number 6610694, but no action has been taken Regarding my issue and now they just hung up my call after listening my complain. Kindly help me over this issue. I would be very grateful to you.

                        My Name is Chaitanya. I have placed order in www.100bestbuy.com and ordered a Pen Drive. I have Placed Order On September 16th 2013. After 9 days i.e on September 25th 2013 i received a confirmation mail and my Order is Delivered on September 29th. To my Surprise i found that they delivered the wrong product. I have Ordered For SanDisk Cruiser Fit 16 GB Model but they sent me San Disk Cruiser Witch 16GB Model. After making email communication and making phone calls to customer care, i was told to send back the product and they will sent me the correct product. I have sent the Product Back on October 1st through Professional Courier with Tracking Number PRO738882. Courier Guys Delivered the product on October 4th. I have Proof of Delivery given by professional carrier. From October 4th to till date i.e almost 20 days till now i didnt received the product. I called Customer Care almost 10 times in this 20 days. They are always telling that it will take 48 hrs to deliver the product. When i called recently i was told that it will take 10 days to send me the product and also they are not properly behaving with customers. Also i sent a mail to [protected]@100bestbuy.com 2 days back but still i didnt get any response. Cost of my Order is 1008 but each and every time i call customer care, for almost 4 minutes they are picking call and i am getting charged. Till now i spent around Rs.100 for Customer Care only. My Shipping Location is Chennai but i am not able to Understand why they are taking these many days to deliver the Product From Bangalore to Chennai. Please help me in getting back the correct product to me as i am not ready to loose Rs.1000. Please take any action on this company as this is company is cheating customers and earning money.

                        What the bloody hell you guys are doing with the business. Its already 10 days and i still didn't received product or any mail regarding this. I called to your customer care and they are telling to wait for another 7 days. Is this the only word you have trained your customer support "Please wait for 7 days. you will get your product". what ever question i ask they are replying with same answer. I want any of your senior executive to contact me and i not satisfied with your service.

                        Dear consumer complaint, please take any next step of action on this guys and i will co operate with you. These guys are killing my money and time.

                          Team, I did not receive the dress what I have ordered. I got a different one which is a worth less product. And I dont like it also. Is this the support you provide for your customers? I did not expect this from you guys. I am very disappointed.
                          These guys are wantedly delivering wrong product to make more money. I also faced same issue and they are never deliver product till date. Still i am fighting to get my product

                                7days, 7days 7days... it's going on. will u send me the product or not. u r telling technical problem. customer care has told me that the product is out of stock. what is true. or it's your strategy. by this style you take money...and so far u tell product will send tomorrow or within 7days. and it's going on. i have read so many customer complain about your company. many customer says that u take money but not send product. and u creat so many excuse like technical problem, out of stok etc.

                                  I booked by Telephone by SMS product code number for 5 nos sarees of value Rs 999 + courier charges 149 on 1st week of Octomber and assured by company representative on telephoneicdiscussion that it will be get at your home up to saturday means not said date. to day it s completed time of day nearly 15 days. to day on 17.10.2013 i got email that courier for sarees is dispatched of value Rs 2448on chash on delivery basis..i really shocked how can company can sending without getting me conformation of chnging choice and incresing amount . i Think its cheatting and its totally fraud.
