      I have purchased a contest coupon from 100 best buy for a contest of Samsung Galaxy Grand for Rs. 699/-, for which they said 100% cash back in terms of credit points. I have decided to buy some product from them using my credit points but to my surprise when I try to buy a product of Rs. 374/- it used my credit points and also asking for an additional payment of Rs. 315/-. This is ridiculous and I have found myself cheated. If you could find a solution. please let me know what can be done on this.

      I have purchased a contest coupon from 100bestbuy for a contest of samsung

      If I contact to customer care, Every time they ask about all the case and they simply deny for any refund but we give you credit point, also, we don’t have any policy.

      I have decided to buy some product from them using my credit points but to my surprise when i try to buy a product of Rs.374/-it used my credit points and also asking for additional payment of Rs.315/-.

      Even, 100bestbuy customer care Always hold me for long time and disconnects my Phone. when I re-connect my call to customer care, they always ask and collect all my case history and in the end, they hold me for long time and disconnect my Phone.

      This is ridiculous and i have found myself cheated. If anybody could find the solution please let me know what can be done on this.

      See how they are cheating like this. How can they say I can not use my all credit points, Its my money. Either they have to provide all credit points(ie: Rs.699) or just refund my money. I don't want any other product transaction with this cheating company. Again and again I called the above number but they simply put on the call to hold. Don't cheat the people, definitely you will suffer for their crying tears.
      Please please Please take necessary action to close 100Bestbuy company. Lot of peoples suffered by this type of lucky contest.

          I purchased "Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors)" online form this stupid website : www.100bestbuy.com on Sepember 24, and made the entire payment too. Even today, Oct 7th, they have not even shipped the product. Every time you call them they tell server doen, cannot check status. Nobody will reply if you mail to '[protected]@100bestbuy.com'. Finally they replied from '[protected]@100bestbuy.com' telling that they cannot ship the product as it is out of stock. Management of 100bestbuy. i have just one question. HOW CAN YOU SELL A PRODUCT WHICH YOU DONT HAVE STOCK, AND ASK CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR IT. Also it was written in the website that COD (Cash on delivery ) is not available for this product. So it is very clear that they are doing this online business 100 % to cheat the customers who pay on their website. I am a regular online shopper form various genuine/reputed websites. But this was the first time i had a miserable experience.               On 16-Aug-13 i have ordered shoe but i did not received exact shoe which i have ordered, i returned that shoe and ordered another shoe on 28-Aug-13 but till now (27-sep-13) i have not received my product and if called no proper response from their side they will cut call or they act like they wont understand English and many drama from them in call.

              the story is like this:-
              First time when i ordered online it was FILA shoe in your website by looking at that i ordered that shoe.
              but i received flux shoe, why?
              As i was not in need of flux shoe i returned it and ordered out lander inserted of flux.
              The price of flux which you sent is 595Rs
              price of out lander which i ordered is 697Rs
              So the price difference is 102Rs
              so i called customer care for many times and they told they will collect remaining money when goods delivered.

              With this i was waiting for outlander shoe but again i received same flux shoe which i received first time and not as per i want.

              What should i do now to get outlander shoe and why you people are not listening what customer want.

                I want to report about 100BestBuy.com where this company is running advertisements for inducing customers to its website and offering stuffs like iphones for as low as Rs 500 in draws. If you cannot win it they do not give your money back and ask you to buy something else. They call this CASHBACK, which is completely fraud. I have been cheated by this company.

                My experience is also similar with 100 Best Buy and its contests, which are fraudulent, fleecing customers. There is no transparency in their contests. I participated in Lumia 920 contest by paying Rs 600. Company demanded to make further purchases of substantial amount to be eligible for final draw with commitment that the entire amount will be in your account as credit which can be used for further purchases in case you are not a winner. I made the purchases in the name of CASH BACK. I was told that winner as well as others who have made purchases but not successful in the final draw will be intimated through email / phone. I have sent them multiple mails to confirm if I am successful or not as well as list of successful contestants but there has been no response. There customer service - [protected]@100bestbuy / [protected]@100bestbuy does not give you a straight answer and customer care executives are awful, hiding behind the garb of terms & conditions.

                Even you can not use the credit in single or two purchases but every time you have to make part payment (about 60%) thru credit card and part amt is adjusted from the credit points. This way you end up getting further trapped into this cycle. Items are also priced higher than other online sites. Others are advised to be careful.

                  Don't buy anything from 100best buy, images in site and the products they send are completely different. I have ordered for OUTLANDER shoes, these guys sent me OUTRANGER which looks like some road side product, better avoid 100BestBuy for online shopping.

                    Hi all I ordered for a 5 pack coutons shirts [size 40] from this website and within 5 days, i received a pack on 5 shirts for a cost of 1211rs. The shirts were as below 3 shirts with size 36, and one of them had a big ink mark and other had a small hole in it. None of them belonged to couton’s 2 shirts with size 38 and neither buttons nor the holes for the buttons were present in those shirts. one of them didnt have a collar too. So i was cheated with cheap quality cloth for a sum of 1211Rs, They dont pay back money nor do them give us a receipt, and also dont allow us to have a look at it when the courier guy delivers it. so whom should we contact for these kind of fraud guys. really feeling desperate

                          Sir/Madam I ordered a pair of shoes from 100bestbuy.com in the month of july around 20th which they delivered at the month end, but the color of shoes was different from which i ordered, then I contacted their customer service and they told to return it back to their address, i returned it via DTDC courier Tracking No. B02988195 on 1st August and they got it back on 2nd August. They gave a reference no. 23814056 and told they will inform me in 3-4 days. They keep telling like this whenever I called or sent mail. Till now I haven't got my shoes. 2 months got over but I haven't recieved any proper response.If they can't return my shoes I want my money back i.e shoes price + courier amount 719+60=779.                                     i ordered for Adidas Mens Sports Shoes (336121) size 8, not Adidas Mens Casual Shoes (L42992). This 100bestbuy people are making me go crazy over just one order. don't know what's the problem.even lesser known online stores provide way better services than theirs. though they are providing me with a higher value product instead of what i ordered, i don't need that. I have mailed them more that 30 times about the same, and even called their customer care for about more than 10 days, but no use. They take my complain send me the same bogus wrong order confirmation mail. So arrogant they are, that they don't even care my mails nor the bill I have to pay as their no. is not toll-free. Such a fraud site. Shame on them. After repeated mails to them saying about the problems regarding their order confirmation, still they are fooling around. I requested them to Cancel the order immediately.they don't have the product I ordered for and then they try and impose something on me which is not at all to my liking.they don't have what I ordered for,absolutely fine (though the product is still shown available at their site),why the hell are they substituting it with another?                                         I had ordered an RR T-Shirt from the website on 6-Aug-2013, below is the link, to gift it to my friend who was leaving on 15-Aug-13.

                                        Though there was COD available, I opted to pay through credit card. The payment was done and the amount got deducted from my account and received a message that they are shipping the item

                                        After 7 days I went through my mails to check whether they have shipped but I found none, and so I wrote to them on their id i.e. [protected]@100bestbuy.com
                                        but never received any reply. Finally I decided to call them, but was never able to reached the helpline number, which for some reason is always congested, after N number of calls finally I was able to get in touch with a person who told me that the item is out of stock and he will ship once it is available (and was about to keep the receiver down) then I told me the reason for my purchase and asked him to refund the amount since it is not displayed on their website whether the item is out of stock. He said that the payment will be done through check, after lot of argument I agreed.

                                        But till date 2-Sep-2013, I have neither received check nor any confirmation from their team that the amount will be refunded.

                                        Since my purchase was only worth INR 483 so it is not a huge loss, but the amount of time spent on calls and endless email follow-up is really painful. I would never recommend an one to use this website, they are bunch of fakes.

                                        Just the amount was deducted and after that have never received any communication from you.

                                        Its been over a week since I have shared my contacts details on your registered email Id, after receiving this message.

                                        I don't think that you ever go and look for the customer feedback on your email [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com.

                                        Don't waste my time by unnecessarly requesting details which you already have, this clearly shows your attitude.

                                        I had again sent all my details on 12-Sep, if you take your customers do refund the amt without procastinating any further.
                                        I don`t know why ou people don`t respond to your email.

                                        Its been over a month since I have raised the refund request, now if I don`t get it back I will register the complain in court.

                                        I am still waiting for ur feedback
                                        This is serious fraud, anyone who is following this post please take a note never ever buy a product from 100bestbuy. From last week of July till date I have not received any communication from these people and you can see that in this post as well.

                                        I will now have to take serious action against this website
                                        Can anybody suggest me what should I do to escalate the issue
