I have purchased a product Chiffon Printed Saree with Blouse – Black from 100BestBuy.com, Ref.No. 5641025. So far I have not received my product also money is not refunded back to account. I have been trying hard to track the order through customer care [protected] but every time unlucky to get connected as it say "Either all the customer care executives are busy attending other customers or you have called after office hours." Then I have mailed at [protected]@100bestbuy.com regarding my complaint but no one had courtesy to reply over mail or call and update the status. A request to other buyers. Please be never buy anything online especially from 100bestbuy.com.

Hi,

I have ordered a sunglasses from 100bestbuy.com, what they have charged I made the payments online. Then they send me the wrong item, pirated one, I sent them back the same. Now I am looking forward for my item to be delivered, but there is no response from the site as well consumer executive. It's been more than 1 month, I ordered the glasses.
Very very poor service and bad behavior.

My product is not delivered yet, i ordered it on october 31st 2012. they gave me a incorrect tracking number.
I have ordered a pendrive from the website on 31st October and I have not received the product yet. It was just a pendrive work 330 and they charged me 150 as shipping price and when I try to reach them there is no response from them. No proper answer through email and finally I got connected on the call and they gave me a tracking number and it’s a wrong delivery to some other person.

8 Months back I ordered two Tshirt from 100bestbuy.com and made payment online. When ever I call them at there customer care number[protected] they say Sir we will send your Tshirt within 4 days but they never did so and I regularly keep on calling them and as it an STD number call costing is also high.

Its been 6 days since you have dispatched the shoes and still hasn't arrived and there has been no communication from your side. First of all you are not delivering the shoes I had ordered and you said its out of stock I was fine with it because I just wanted the shoes to be delivered and get over with it. Its very disappointing that shoes has not been delivered. Please refund my amount I have lost interest as well as belief that the shoes will be delivered. Firstly, i told them to recharge my phone because there was a scheme to get recharge of Rs 50 for every product you purchase from 100bestbuy.com
i got mail on 14th feb in which they feel sorry for inconvenience but there was no order no. for Formal wallet and belt combo, i was shocked to see that.

then on 16th feb i got another mail for my recharge and again they feel sorry for delay in delivery but this time they gave order no=8584819
but there was no Formal wallet and belt combo !!!

Neither i get any recharge nor my product and its been 22 days.

i called customer care many a times and they were kept saying that sir, you will get notification in next 2 days. on 19th feb suddenly they said that my reference no is not valid and hanged my phone !
I have mailed them around 10 times but no satisfactory response came.

On 04 jan 2013, in an online contest i paid rs 399 through net banking for samsung tablet from 100bestbuy.com. condition given was in case you do not win tablet, your money will be debited to your account. I did not win nor my money, on complaint also my money was not debitted to my personnel bank account but in 100bestbuy account . To get my money back I was compelled to do another bewakoofi, i ordered one hand bag worth RS 864, I paid Rs 565 (864 minus 75% of my amount with 100bestbuy account) on 12 mar 2013. order no. is 513edbbaa832da. After repeated follow ups i have not got any status update of my order. I complained for this thru another consumer complaint forum on 27 mar 2013. I got following message from 100 bestbuy through the forum on 29 mar 2013:

"100Bestbuy has just left a comment on your complaint with the ticket number #173639. Below is their response.

Dear S Philip,

We apologizes for inconvenience happened from our service, we will send your product very soon.Due to some technical problems your product delayed from us, we will be sending you the product within 7 working days,please wait for few days ."

But i have not recd my product till now and to my surprise in my a/c of 100 best buy today my cart is empty and credit balance is Rs 964, i,e my money is blocked and i have not got the product.

My request to all fellow readers to be careful while doing shopping from such sites.

i got call after this post on april11 and their system allowed to buy thing using my credit points, but next day it disappeared from cart and i did not get any product till date. I need help to sue these 100 best buy people for cheating people. i did online shopping on other sites. they did not cheat.

i see lot of people are cheated by this site. could we all unite to teach these people some lesson.

    Had participated online contest at 100bestbuy.com and done payment through credit card on 19th April 2012. Later followed up with call center team [protected] wide Reference No[protected] for product delivery, in last 16 months I had contacted more than 50 times....have spoken to so many executives and few say they received my payment and within 15 working days product will be reached....when i call up again saying product not delivered, the executive says we have not received your payment....same has repeated many times, have taken up with higher ups Mr. Raj Singh & Dinesh ([protected]) who confirmed the issue will be resolved and product will be delivered asap. I had experienced such worst and worst service never in my 15 years of corporate life. Payment proof receipt screenshots has been sent to [protected]@100bestbuy.com....whenever i call up the executive says we will check and get back to you, in 16 months not even a single call or mail has been received on this subject....I finally request 100bestbuy.com to refund by amount with 10% bank interest rates for whole 16months plus Rs.2000/- expenses towards call center STD calling bills which i had spent in this 16months...else will charge a complaint at local police station

      I have ordered Samsung Galaxy and paid 1143.00 but I have not received the product yet. I have not received any E-mail of your contest of march13. What is my position. M. R. NO. 8726245 & 8726292 Dated 12.02.2013 for Rs. 1143.00 Refund my money back.I am not interested in this kind of contest.I have not found any terms and conditions like this before. On the contrary I was waiting for my Tracking No. which I haven't got yet. That is why I asked to refund my all money back.         Hello Guys, by mistake I have placed an order from 100bestbuy.com one of the worst online shopping service for a dress. The amount I've paid is 863/-. I've placed the order on 19th June and till now there is no response from them. Tried calling their customer care service almost for 100 times but luckily got connected only once. The answer they gave is that the item is out of stock and they are yet to get it seems and tt'll be delivered in 10 working days. Then I blasted him saying it is already more than a month delay wot is the gaurentee that I'll get it in 10 days and that too after calling n number of times to their customer care. For this the guy gave another mobile no. [protected] (Dinesh Kapoor) saying he is my manager you can contact this guy if the product is not delivered. Now, it is already 15 days over I am calling this guy he is not picking my call. Guys I am very frustrated with these guys. Please be carefull...never ever order anything from 100bestbuy, it is bloody a fraud company cheating people.

            This complaint is in continuation to my Previous compliant subjected "CHEATING AND MENTAL HARASSMENT FROM LAST 1 MONTH".

            After a months effort from my end, I received a package from "Styleho.com". But when I opened the package it was not as per specification and the product itself was an outdated one. hence called up the CCE but as usual there is no one to respond to my calls & mails. And after posting a "COMPLAINT" in www.consumercomplaints.com, received a call from their CCE, who said there is no other option and asked me if i would like to get "REFUND" of the amount. I said rather than INCREASING my HEADACHE and SPOILING MY HEALTH I would definitely like to get my MONEY back.

            The CCE informed me that he will speak to his SENIOR OFFICER and get back to me. BUT it has been more than a week there is no response from them and as usual my calls & mails are going unattended.

            I would request the members of this FORUM & all others reading this complaint, to help me in Filing a case against "STYLEHO.com and "100bestbuy.com" for cheating me, for loss of money & for spoiling my health by harassing mentally"

              On August 5, 2013, I ordered the product Neel's hakoba kurti in the color red for rs. 516. I paid for the item with my card during check out itself, Not only was the product delivery delayed and late, I have received a completely different item. The ref. number for this purchase is 11829457. Since the day of the delivery, I have been trying to contact 100bestbuy.com through the customer service and the 3 different emails they have given. The customer service number that is given is a sham as no ever picks up. I have tried calling during all almost every single hour of the day for about 1 week. It is August 15,2013 and they still haven't responded back to any of my emails. I have attached pictures of the incorrect item and also gave them my cell number. I have asked for the proper product to be delivered or that I should receive a refund for this mistake. No one has contacted me and helped me resolve this issue.

                Received a CALL from "100bestbuy.com's" CCE executive ARJUN singh regarding a CONTEST / DEAL, when I asked him to mark a mail with the details he had sent the same as mentioned below. {the complete mail with specification is attached }

                " Congratulations!
                You are one of the lucky customer of the day and selected for Best Deal Of the day. In which you will Pay just Rs 4999/- and will get

                1) VOX 7 Inch Tablet Capacitive Touch (V-91) which is having configuration like :
                2) And a free gift of Reebok watch worth Rs3800/-
                3) 20% discount on Samsung Galaxy i.e. if you will buy Samsung Galaxy from our website then you are getting 20% lower price than market

                Following this mail and on the basis of assurance given by the CCE as well as on the basis of my personal experience of online shopping I went ahead and accepted the deal. I wanted to make the payment through Credit card, the CCE said that CREDIT CARD payment has to be made via "STYLEHO.com" and confirmed that both "STYLEHO.COM' & 100best buy.com" are n the same. I made the payment and I received a confirmation mail of the ORDER from STYLEHO.com too. I awaited for the product for more than 10 days time.

                I was informed that I will receive the product in next 7 days. But since I dint receive it, I had to call & mail their customer care for the details. After a month of follow up they gave me Tracking number of FedEx saying they had dispatched the product on 03-07-13. Simultaneously I had submitted my compliant in "www.consumercomplaints.com". It was after submitting this complaint that I started getting replies for my mails and received call from their side. (else it was me calling them n number of times and end-up listening to their CHARGEABLE recorded VOICE.

                On Following-up with Fedex I came to know that the Tracking number doesn't belongs to their service. Had to write back to Styleho team and then came a mail from them saying that the tracking number was of "INDIA ON TIME" courier services. And as per their receipt the product was dispatched on 05-08-13 only. 06-08-13 passed. and on 07-08-13 when checked it on their (IOT's) website the remarks were product undelivered and the reason given was Address incomplete. MY NUMBER WAS VERY MUCH PRINTED IN the PACKAGE with the address and only the street name was missing though had given the entire address while making the ORDER. SOMEHOW TRACED THE CONTACT Numbers OF IOT ( Navi Mumbai) and retrieved my PACKAGE.

                I thought Finally ALL IS WELL now and can RELAX but when I opened the PACKAGE it was more SHOCKING to know that I have been CHEATED.

                I still dont get why we need to pay for the products we won. seriously? it doesnt make sense. the guy that called me was very nice, explaining that i was the 2nd place getter for an Apple iphone 5 and a tablet, after which he tells me i needed to pay US$140 for the product, which was F$278.08 (FJD) but was fully refundable once i had confirmed that i had received the product.
                now after i had made the payment i was browsing through FB and came across alot of complaints about their products and service, and i started to have second thoughts about the trnsaction. That same afternoon i went to the bank to lodge an electronic dispute/complaint and was forced to block my card. its almost a week and i still havent received my tracking refrence #. every morning theyd call and tell me i won, ech tym a different staff, tellin me the exact same thing, "Congratulations maam, you have won an apple i phone and tablet...etc" everytym i answer the phone i keep thinking its one of them confirmin the shipment so i could ask them, but they js interested in debiting my account.

                          On 6th January 2013, I have taking part of a 100bestbuy contest : Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 :Pay & get a chance to win Contest Coupon. I paid Rs.399/-. I am not wining that contest. They told in the advertisement that they refund the money if anyone not win the contest. I write a email to 100bastbuy regarding this. They told that money will not refundable. Then I have purchase the product on 4th july 2013 and utilizing the previous Rs.399/-, They send a confirmation mail saying that they soon send the tracking number. After that day they have not send any sms or mail or phone call regarding this. I send some complain mail to 100bestbuy. Till today I am not received any mail from 100bestbuy regarding my complain. My total amount of the product is (399+109) = 508/-. I made all the payment through SBI debit card.

                            From the above it is apparent that two gifts had to be sent while only one has been sent i.e. Reebok watch worth Rs. 3800/- not yet sent. This is clear fraud.

                            b. The Lephone cost referred in the mail states Rs. 5999/-, while in your invoice is Rs. 4999/- & further on the box of phone it is MRP 2500/-: It is a clear case of fraud not only with customers but also with Tax Authorities. It is also a Tax Fraud.

                            c. Your invoice is unsigned / stamped: Apparently this is fraudulent acts being done by your company. Misreporting to Government Authorities.

                            The invoice has been made only on 24.05.13 i.e. after my 2nd reminder which apparently indicates that you did not have any intention to sent the gift till 11.05.2013 while the payment made online had already been made on the same day. Not only this, the above are all in contrary to your T&Cs.

                            Looking into the above facts and circumstances it is quite apparent that you are indulging not only in Cheating but also in Frauds & various other criminal acts, which is punishable under the provisions of Indian Penal Code.

                                I had purchased a tablet from STYLEHO.com on 28-06-13 but till date have not received the product and neither I am getting a proper update/response on the status of the product from them. I was routed to STYLEHO.com by 100bestbuy.com. The executive from 100bestbuy.com called me and introduced himself as ARJUN singh gave all the details of the products and said that if payments are made via Credit card, will have to do it through "STYLEHO.com". I did as guided by him and I received a confirmation mail for the same. I was informed that I will receive the product in next 7 days. But since I dint receive it, I had to call & mail their customer care for the details. But its been more than 1 month and I am yet to get the product, After mass mailing to all the available mail Ids in the website I got a reply saying the product was dispatched BUT when I ask the Tracking number, they cant even provide the 'TRACKING number" of FEDEX courier service via which, they claim to have dispatched the product.

                                Below attached is the mail communication, which reflects their pathetic service.....{ I am following up with them since 1 month and they mark a mail on 31-0713 saying they need few more days to give me JUST the TRACKING number.
