I am in receipt of the Lephone C03 (invoice attached). Further attached screen shot of your mail dt. 11.05.13. I am enumerating the issues as below:

1. Leaving asides the Contest & results at this stage of the Samsung Galaxy Contest. I await reverts on the same.

2. Ref the mail dt. 11.5.13:
a. It states "Your fee gifts are ready to dispatch" & "...then you will be getting lephone Rs. 5999/- and Reebok watch worth Rs. 3800/-...":
From the above it is apparent that two gifts had to be sent while only one has been sent i.e. Reebok watch worth Rs. 3800/- not yet sent. This is clear fraud.

b. The Lephone cost referred in the mail states Rs. 5999/-, while in your invoice is Rs. 4999/- & further on the box of phone it is MRP 2500/-: It is a clear case of fraud not only with customers but also with Tax Authorities. It is also a Tax Fraud.

c. Your invoice is unsigned / stamped: Apparently this is fraudulent acts being done by your company. Misreporting to Government Authorities.

The invoice has been made only on 24.05.13 i.e. after my 2nd reminder which apparently indicates that you did not have any intention to sent the gift till 11.05.2013 while the payment made online had already been made on the same day. Not only this, the above are all in contrary to your T&Cs.

Looking into the above facts and circumstances it is quite apparent that you are indulging not only in Cheating but also in Frauds & various other criminal acts, which is punishable under the provisions of Indian Penal Code.

Pl let me know accordingly, else i shall proceed with my actionables.

    Hi,
    This is Sandeep. The complaint is regarding a online shopping site (100BestBuy.com). I had ordered a Denizen Men Jeans on 19th June and I paid the money online via my debit card. The HDFC transaction Id is[protected].
    After one week I got a call from them and they told me that they could not deliver Denizen Jeans as they don't have it. They have given me other option. Then I selected a NewPort jeans and asked them to deliver and they told it will reach to me in 4-5 working days. But I did not receive any product.I called them after a week and they told the NewPort jeans is also not available.Then I told cancel my order and refund my money. The guy said OK but they are not refunding the money neither they are picking up or replying the mails.

    The reference no of my order was 22553092 and my mobile number is [protected].The order date was 19/06/2013.

      Dear Sir,

      I have cancelled my product order on same day and confirmed from call centre 5 times .They assured me you will get the refund with in 7 working days. Ms Rekha Gupta has confirmed order id 22683263 has been cancelled.I have given my account detail also.

      But still not got proper reply from call center and i have called more than 50 times .My amount is only Rs 601 rs and i have wasted more than that on call.

      Kindly help me for refund or replacement.

        In June 12th june I got a mail from http://www.100bestbuy.com/ and there mentioned that give 599/- to participate to win samsung galaxy. I paid that amount through online debit card payment. In 14th june I got a call from the customer care that I have to pay 3999/- to get the price. I refused to give that amount of money. When I send mail(mail id: [protected]@100bestbuy.com) to them to ask my order status and regarding 3999/- they answer me that it is not necessary to give the amount and tell me to wait 2nd week of july. And they also mention in the mail that the amount is not refundable but I can buy a product, the amount should be what I already paid.
        They give me login credential their site(http://www.100bestbuy.com/) but order number and status not show in their site. In mail they give me one order number which is 11125700. I am sure that, this website is fake and they make fool their customer.

        I used credit point 599 Rs. and also paid 381 Rs. extra for purchase a product. And the reference number is 11789340. I paid this extra 381 Rs. through online banking. My bank statement shows that the 381 Rs. already debited 100bestbuy account. After an hour I got a mail that they are unable to obtain authorization for the following Payment 18548843. The order status is also not showing when I logged in. Even my credit point also lost when I logged in.

        I requested to consumer forum that please verify what kind of business 100bestbuy doing. Because I'm regular user of lots of online shopping site. But using the service of 100bestbuy.com, I got that after paying money, they make their own rule.

        I am not getting any suitable product to buy from their site.But they insist to buy their own product. I paid total 980 Rs. (599 Rs. is credit point which I paid previously and 381 Rs Paid today). I'm worried for my money which I already paid to 100bestbuy. I am really frustrated using their service.

        Can you tell me how can I use my credit point ? Because I already use this credit point and also added extra 381 Rs to buy a product. My Reference number is 11789340. But same as like before, there is no order status shown when I am logged in. This reference number I'm getting through mail. I think you don't think what customers are thinking about you.

          I had participated in the online contest launch by www.100bestbuy.com on dated 12th Feb’2012 and also received a confirmation mail from them on the same date, mentioning that “if you are not the Contest Winner then u will get back Rs. 399.00 and it has credited to your account”. Instead of returning the amount to my account they had credited 399 points in my 100bestbuy account for few months. They had shown these points in my accounts for few months and without giving any intimation to me they had reversed the points from my accounts. I had contacted several times to them by email and phone they had responded but never credited the amount Rs. 399.00 in my accounts.
          On dated 5th May’2013 on of customer care executive contacted me and told that you have won the contest and within 15days you will receive the Samsung Galaxy Mobile Phone. He also told me that this prize would only be given to me, if I would to pay them Rs. 799.00 for purchasing the combo offer of wrist watch. The executive also told me that the amount paid by me only at the time of delivery and 50% of that amount would be credited in my account as points. In this regard they had also sent me a confirmation mail mentioning that your COD order is qualified.
          Still, either I have neither received the gifts nor the points in my accounts.
          Sir, by this way, I am writing to you that how 100best buy.com making fool to people and cheated the amount of people.

          Still, I have not received any points/amounts. Why you should not refund the money in my account? What about the product which I had won as told by your one of executive?How much times you have required, can U tell me?What about the interest on my amount which you have taken forcibly from me?Hope you will come out with complete solution.
          This type of reply I have got several times from 100bestbuy.com but they never interested in resolving the problem. I have called terir customer care but they not responded, their way of talking is very ill and uncultured.
          What about the gift which I had won as told by their one of customercare executive. Regarding this, I had also received a mail from them mentioning that "Your COD order is qualified" on dated 05 May'2013. I think their aim is only to cheat the people and make money from them giving a lolypop to customer.

            I have bought Adidas Mens Sports Shoes for Rs. 1062/- vide item No. 336121 from 100bestbuy.com and selected the money option as cash on delivery. At the time of delivery courier person asked for Rs 1239 and I paid that amount (I thought extra amount for delivery).
            I am shocked to see that the packet contained Chinese SHOES Not adidas brand but some other local brand (worth would be Rs 300) which was different from the one I chooses. The colour of the shoes mentioned in the courier packet as Silver while the shoes received to me inside the courier was of Black colour. Secondly the courier sticker of Blue Dart mentioned Discount Coupen 100(Id:14934) which was not received.

            in rakhi ' went to the jaipur . I am regular coustomer of vishal mega mart malviya nagar jaipur . we went to thevishalmega mart malviya nagar jaipur for purchasing. we purchased lot of item on 16 aug 2008from above store
            All item checkedby cashier and cash payment given At the time of exit all the item again checked;& found correct. they repacked &given to us.
            IN evening come back to ajmer by car.next day morning we checked all item but shoes was missed.
            we checked every where but shoes not found&myson started cried for sport shoes/we checked bill also for confirmation of purchase of shoes
            I cheked contact number of vishal mega mart malviya nagar jaipur but not printed in bill &plastic bag otherwise i can confirmed &can do arrangementof courier from jaipur to ajmer
            due to abscence of telephone irushed to your store from ajmer to jaipur by car on 17 aug 2008with bills
            In store complained to manager for misplaced of shoes but he could not satisfied¬ given proper answer.at last request to checked they refused finally i told please check because came from ajmer for shoes ultimatly i found shoes after in3hour discussion

            I, have renewed my subscription throuh credit card at that you have promised to send ADIDAS SHOE Black colour but till date I, have not recieved the shoe where is the delay

            I ordered an ADIDAS sports shoes on 18 APRIL 2012.The item was sent through ARAMEX courier.On 21APRIL 2012 the item reached their KOLKATA office(as I tracked by my waybill no. [protected]). But neither I am getting the item nor they are responding to my query telephonic ally.Why such a harassment?

                -Lucky Winner will get the mail for confirmation.Please go through the all *T&C

                I have paid 699 Rs to this site & hoping for get a Samsung Galaxy Grand moblie in 699 only.
                Next day , i got a call from these company executive saying that you have chosen in 15 lucky users and you have to pay Rs 4999 for get chance to win the Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile.
                I have anticipated that as per online terms and condition it was not mentioned that you have to pay any more money to get the mobile. but the 100betbuy executive replied that this is mentioned in our terms and conditions. Please refer the below terms and conditions.

                I received an email from the below address and i unknowingly responded to the same. then i received the below mentioned email and a person is coming tomorrow at mumbai international airport at 9am. at mumbai international airport.

                At night i checked on the internet and found out that these people are fraud and has sent similar emails to many.

                if the person calls me, i am going to ask him not to come here and never to contact me and if he does i am going to call the cops.

                    I had taken part in contest related to Apple Laptop for Rs.299 with 299 credit points for online purchase. I had received only Rs 210.00 .And was also assured watch,lucky coupons and 20% cashback vouchers on the payable amount of Rs.840/-.
                    I had received only watch and paid Rs. 840/-. Neither I received coupons nor 20% cashback credit points.
                    earlier I paid received 300/- in contest which were neither redeemed nor any product was gifted to me.
                    in addition to the above problems, on trying to recharge my mobile no.,my Rs.50 were deducted and my moblie was not recharged.

                        Moreover they are neither replying to my mails nor to my calls on customer care.

                        All conversations with them are in trailing mails.

                        They have duped me of Rs 1500 making false promises. There may be may more like me being duped by them.

                          As I m writing this mail to u, I don't know that whether you r going to read this or not but still I am writing. On[protected], I have placed an order at www.100bestbuy.com having ref. No. 22273256 and made payment online, but till date and time I am writing you this mail, I don't receive my order nor received the tracking no. of the very same whereas during order placing it is showing in your website the order will be dispatch within 2-3 days and you will get your order tracking no.

                          1. This is not still over here only. When not getting the tracking no. in 2 days I called your customer care on[protected] regarding this issue then your executive has registered my complaint and gives me a complaint no.5776025 and assured me sir you get your tracking no. within tonight and your product will deliver at your place within 02 days.

                          2. After not getting my tracking no. by[protected] I made a call again your customer care on[protected], then I talk your senior customer care executive Pawini (MS), then she assured me your product will deliver at your place by[protected] but still I have not received the very same nor its consignment tracking no.

                          3. After this I again called your customer care on[protected], then I requested your executive to transfer my call to Pawini (because she told me if you dont recieve your order then call customer care and ask our executive to transfer your call to Pawini) but your executive is making excuses of not transferring my call to Pawini and made some false commitment again for the delivery of my product by[protected] and sending tracking no. by[protected] evening.

                          Now I can ask few questions to www.100bestbuy.com in context with the above mentioned incidents:

                          1. My product is going to be delivered at my place or not.

                          2. Your customer care center is not having enough power to solve the customers problem or there are sitting there to just give false commitments to the customer this not the first time case with me it happens earlier with me also.
                          3. Is this a new way adopted by www.100bestbuy.com to harass the customers and find a new way of wasting the money and time of customers.

                          Now at last I would like to say that if such incidents are repeated in future then the day is not so far then the name of www.100bestbuy.com is going to be known for cheating. I advise you to please take some strict action at your end to remove these sorts of inconvenience to your customer.

                          I request you to kindly look into the matter with your concerned department for ensuring the immediate delivery of my product.

                              I am a senior citize and to submit that during October 2012 I entered a contest on 100Bestbuy.com and in haste I paid an amount of Rs.798/- through online net banking of HDFC. Since then I am waiting for any fruitful result of contest. Since then number of times am calling their call centre and every time I call they assure me to credit my points in my account and somehow after great persuation I have able to get 798/- credit point in my account. During Last month when I try to purchase few things amounting to total of Rs.798/- they ask me to pay this amount again. I wrote few mails in this regard to honour my credit time at one go and finally I was assured that I will be able to get this response dated 8th June 2013

                              "This is in response to your mail,

                              we have proceeded your request to the concern team, we kindly request you to proceed with your purchase after 48hours, so that you can utilize all your credit points for purchase."

                              After more than 72 hours Yesterday I again logged into their site and tried for the purchase, I was not able to get full credit point.

                              Again I wrote them yesterday and now I am in receipt of their mail today vide which they informed as below :

                              "Dear Customer ,


                              This is in response to your mail that,

                              As per our terms & conditions you cannot use full credit points at a time whatever we are offering from our side you are eligible to use that much amount of credit points only.

                                Dear sir,
                                On 23rd Aug 2012, I received a call from Mr. Rohit, a sales executive of 100bestbuy.Com. He informed me that today we are offering a special deal on purchase of travel package from us. He told me that if you purchase one travel package then you will get a iball mobile free and if you purchase two then a blackberry mobile and if you purchase three then you will be getting a dell laptop free as complementary gift. I told my requirement that I need only one package at the moment, so I am ok with the iball mobile as free gift. Then he told me that the transaction should be done today itself and I have to provide him the order no. I purchased the first order vide order no.5349148 and provided the order no. Then Mr. Rohit asked me to purchase another order to get a blackberry mobile phone. I resisted but he convinced me saying that if you purchase the second order then it will be like mobile phone worth rs.9000/- Will be absolutely free for you and the travel package can be used by within one year or can gifted to anyone. I agreed and purchased the second order vide order no.5349376. I provided the order no. And he assured me that within few seconds I will receive the confirmation about the order and free gift details but I didn't receive. After a weeks time I received the travel vouchers but didn't receive the blackberry mobile phone. I called them atleast 20-30 times but no response from their side. Spoke to Mr. Ravikant once from Mumbai but the call got disconnected in between and thereafter no revert from their side. I have written atleast 20 complaints mails to them but still no revert. Moreover today my travel vouchers which I have sent them for hotel booking included in my travel package got returned from the company address with the reason no such company exist. The company is totally a fraud and I request concerned authorities to take strict action against 100bestbuy.Com. Please get such companies shut down with their entire business atleast in india.
                                The response which I received from the companies official mr. Alex and ms. Loveleena was as mentioned below: dear mr. Mohit thareja, as per our telephonic discussion in regards to the complaint raised please find the below resolutions. You will receive new availability for north Goa hotels maximum by Friday and upon your confirmation the same will be booked by Saturday i.e. 6th oct 2012 for the dates mentioned in the booking form. You will receive the blackberry mobile phone within 7 - 10 days from today. Warm regards, 100bestbuy team but I would like to share that till date I haven't received any confirmation for my booking and didn't received the gift also. I would sincerely like to request the department of e-commerce to take legal action against this company and get its business shut down.
                                After a period of 9 months still I have not received the free gift i.e. &quot;Blackberry phone&quot; as committed by the company in the mail dt. 03 Oct 2012. Even after putting in writing the company failed to fulfill its commitment and didn't even bothered to respond or take feedback from me. The service is so pathetic and i can't believe that the company is so shameless that even after giving a commitment no action has been taken by them. All the company officials involved in this case should be terminated with immediate effect.

                                Same person Mr. Rohit called me and My friend and we both booked two packages but none o[censored]se get the Blackberry phone and whatever you written is correct. No response of calls, email and 100 best buy mails are also getting bounced now.

                                I also booked a package of 4N/5D through 100BestBuy and paid Rs. 5999 in Aug, 2012. Now I want to book the hotel for Kerala which is given in your resorts list as well but Mr. Arun Kapoor simply denied me and told that he can only provide me Goa, Jaipur. What the hell as these people anytime will have Goa available but not the other locations. Why should I go to Goa when we are planning for Kerala. Also I am intimating 50 days in advance but still he is telling there is no availability other than these two locations.

                                My Booking no. is - 5380848.

                                Now I want my money back. You must have earned a good interest on my money in last 10 months but I just want the amount which I paid you. Let me know if you can refund it or else I should see the Consumer Court help. Email also gets bounced from 100 Best buy IDs and these people are also not helping me to get booked.

                                Let me know if you are going to Consumer court then I can also join you.

                                The funny thing is when I called to this bloody Rohit, he told to call after 15 minutes and later somebody receives the call and told that "My son is sleeping due to fever".. You can understand now how these all guys are cheating the people...

                                They do not even bother after selling their packages.

                                  There is a call from 100bestbuy.com some of them executive called "Sudarshan" told me said sir, u have visit on our side and u choose for some gift and u have to just handling, courier charges amount Rs.900 apprx. I said I don't want that item and he is starting abusing me I don't know why.

                                    I participated a contest which was playing through 100bestbuy.Com. So I applied for one Samsung product and paid Rs.599 and end of month I was not selected for lucky draw, then i called them to revert my money and they told me that this Money will not be refundable. if you win in this contest, you will win the product free of cost which will be chosen from you by 100bestbuy website.
                                    If you don't win your money will be added as credit points in their site, by that credit point you can purchase any products from 100bestbuy website. Then i ordered a Saree to present my wife on our wedding anniversary on 17 May 2013. I received a confirmation mail saying that I will receive the track no. shortly. But till date I haven't received the product (8 June 2013) three weeks over since I ordered the goods.My user id is [protected]. Again the credit cannot be used fully as they said only 50 percentage only be used and to use balance 50%, I have to buy another product. You will be trapped to buy another product through their website. Even when I try to order another product, I couldn't use balance credit points as it accepts only partial amount. I couldn't find this kind of terms and condition in their website. I have still Rs.299 balance credit is with them. Apart from the credit claimed Rs,300 while ordering the saree and balance money Rs.868/- paid through online gets accumulated with them. Now I have not received goods from them. Mails remain unattended, Phone calls remains get transferred with false promises. Total money lying with them is Rs.599 credit money plus Rs.866. I do not know how I can get my money back.

                                    Why do you give false promise? Last time you promised to refund my money was on 10 June and you mentioned that payment has been initiated. Now you mentioned that you will forward to your accounts department. Let me see whether I get my hard earned money or not. I feel I have been cheated and repeatedly my calls are ignored & emails remain unanswered.

                                        I went to herbergers on 2/16 and bought a adidas sweatshirt i tried it on there to make sure it fit before i bought it and everything seemed fine until i got home and my wife noticed a thread hanging by the pocket as i looked closer the thread litterally had unthreaded half of the pocket which now i will not wear due to this of course..
