the worst experience with 100bestbuy .

i ordered satrang silk saree combo 86 and white legins white colour on 14th april in 100 bestbuy.com by paying rs1400 ,i yet to get it , i waited for 10 days , i made so many calls , wrote so many mails still no response at all , all the customer service center people are well trained to slam the phone on the customer face if they c't answer the client, i tried reaching them so many time ,i got answer some time they will send the product with 2 days , 5 days and some time 10days , some time promises that they will refund with in 5 days , again it d't happened at all .


After 46th day i got navy blue legin for the order of white legin , still waiting for my saree order , NO ONE TO GIVE ME RESPONSIBLE ANSWER !
ITS 31ST MAY 2013 . still waiting .

poor communication and no response , wrong promises , worst language .

its a unfortunate to come across the website , i lost my money and added some tension too

    Colour shown in Add was White,Red & Blue.

    But received 2 Tshirt of green colour & 1 Tshirt of blue color which is not acceptable to me.

    100best buy is cheating with client & response from your toll free number is really very very bad.

      I have recharged a number [protected] for Rs.150 using the website www.100bestbuy.com on 22nd May. The reference no is 21640242. The recharge was not successful at that time due to some technical problems but the money was deducted. So I called up the customer care and told the problem.They then told me not to worry and the recharge will be done in next 24 hours. Till today I haven't received the recharge. I am feeling as if i have been cheated.

        On 100bestbuy.com site I was participated telephonic-ally by the customer care of the Suksh Technology Pvt Ltd Bangalore and paid Rs.7698 on 21/03/2013 & up till now. They confirmed me that I will be one of the sure winner of the SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND contest out of 10; arranged in March2013. They told that the result will be on on 05th Apr and postponed to10th Apr, 20th Apr, 1st May and lastly declared that I am not in the winner of Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile phone. Also they promised to send the complimentary gift as a tablet+wrist watch; but actually sent only tablet of lowest price i.e. not compromising with the amount I paid. For the same I am following up to date; but every time their customer care answer is different from previous one. They promised to refund the amount in terms of credit points exactly matching to the amount paid by customer. Even they promised that the 100bestbuy earned points exactly matching to the amount paid i.e.7698 can be used to purchase anything anytime from the site online. When I go for the purchase of items from 100bestbuy.com these credit points can not be used; it shows "using 25% credit points" only and proceed to pay remaining amount. In 100bestbuy terms and conditions the procedure to use the credit points is not mentioned and by this way the company binds customer forcefully to purchase and spend the amount each time. By Indian contract Act 1872 behavior like this is not acceptable.

        Extract: 100bestbuy.com is totally a fraud business running online on the Internet with the bad features like
        * Attract the customer with false promises up to the payment
        * Put up very cheap Chinese false gift in the hand of customer to cheer up
        * No communication or reply by mail or phone with the customer after their plan success
        * No refund of money in terms of credit points also
        * Highest false rates of the items are displayed than they are actually on any other shopping sites
        * Contest execution is totally different from they mentioned in terms and conditions
        * There is no contest lucky draw or electronic draw; no winner every time, they just collect the money from customers showing dream only
        * If you asked for the winners details they fails to provide
        * They collect the money from so many people and give winner prize rarely to 1 to 2 people & not to 10 people as mentioned in t & c

              Recently on[protected] I have purchased 100/- Rupees recharge for Mo. [protected] (Ref No:[protected] from www.100bestbuy.com, after 5 days still Recharged is not done. I have talked with 5 ( Prashant, Ishan, Dharmistha, Yatin, Ravi Kumar) 100bestbuy.com customer representative, as well as I have sent a mail for the same. All have committed within 48 hours recharged will be done. But still after 5 days recharge is not done.

                  while surfing on some forum I saw an advertisement that this cheat site is offering samsung galaxy if we participate in contest, while filling registration form they asked me to pay Rs 800 which they will refund after contest.
                  that contest never happened, it was a trap laid by this fraud company.I asked for my money back and after numerous followup and calling their customer care I was being told that I can buy product from their site. when I tried that they say that I can only use 60% of that amount and will have to still pay rest 40% and then added shipping charges and cost of product increases even more than what it was earlier. product marked for Rs 100 after using 60% of credit points was offered to me at Rs 150.

                  Firstly they cheat people by luring them by offering expensive products at low price on name of contest and when they pay them they never turn up
                  customer care is just a big ***t
                  That executive disconnected the call when I told that I am facing problem

                  They say that after contest I can use credit points to buy product from their site. I tried to purchase from their site and it says that I can only use 60% of my credit money and I have to pay rest of amount. I checked and found that all their products are of cheap quality and say for a product of Rs 200 they will ask to pay more 200 rs though they have 800 credit point of ours and they are using 60% of it.
                  Even this 60% keep on reducing, now their site is saying I can use only 50% of credit points.
                  They mail me that it is their policy and on complaint forums they write it is because of technical faults.

                  Can this fraud company explain why cant I use 100% of it, its my money not something which is offered by you as some bonus or points.

                  On my complaint I was being told that I can buy from site but that means that I will have to still pay 40% amount and to consume my whole money I will have to buy multiple times from this site.

                  This is holy crap, I had seen this stupidity first time.

                    The company called me related contest information and for that i took a product and coupon cost Rs. 1000 and the product is shoe mountaineer black and brown Rs 711 and they gave me Urban black and red shoe Rs. 399 .. So i have told them to change the product and it should be their responsibility to change it and give the parcel in exchange but they are saying me to either courior them the shoe back for replacement either i should keep that shoe only.
                    I want to say that when they can parcel them why should i make payment for the courior also.
                    They should give compensation charges too.
                    This is a fraud that they have done and also ignorance.

                      i have seen mobile recharge offer "Mobile Recharge worth Rs. 150 for Rs. 50 – 100BestBuy" at savemoneyindia. Then i have bought 50rs coupons from 100BestBuy but i cant able to success the recharge because recharge page loading and loading. After reading the customer comments from savemoneyindia, then only i have recognized they looted my money and they giving 150 credit points. But no use of the 150 credit points. Who needed your credit points. We wanted only our money. Using those credit points we cant able to buy 40rs products too.

                      in those deal sites somebody posting as positives about recharge. All are fake positive reviews.

                          i kanishk desai from gujarat entered in context of sony xperia buy just pay rs.999 otherwise win guarntee gift but unfortunately they told me i am winning int that conset so ur money will convert in credit point which u can buy products from website.i orderd 2 products which amount of 998 but when i order they told me that i can use only 50% credit point so i call in customer serivce & mr Rajesh from 100bestbuy told me this is company policy which in T & C OK at same time we both open T & C page and in that there is no single word written for credit point so he then confrm that we can not talk or say our company policy to our customer walla waht a customer service ,,,,one more when they hold me but unfortunately thier speaker on so i heard that one of EMPLOYEE of 100bestbuy say that "yaar mujse ye nahi hoga,muje kahn pe baitha diya hain,ye wo hi kal wala banda hain main nahi attend kar payunga " his SENIOR say are "AISEY HI CUSTOMER HOGEN ,JO ULLU HAIN TO HI HAMARE PASS AYEGA" now they think ther customer r "ULLU".again one more thing thst when i talk for my problem sollution they told me our SENIOR PERSON WILL GIVE U CALL IN EVENING"this is continue from last 3 days no senior person will give a call not even a miss call because they dont have a balance or not pay telephone bill ya fir customer is nothing for them.....i just want say that i[censored] r not good in customer service then there is no need to do business in which customer involed. my name is Kanishk desai ,[protected]

I cancelled my order made from 100bestbuy.com and for the proceedings somebody called from its customer care and asked my credit card details through which I made payment of their order and after getting details of my credit card he/she made online payments through it and made a fraud. I just want to make all attentive about these kind of fraud calls.

                              1. last month 15 th (15/04/2013) enroled for context, at the time of context said that youwill refunded if you are not shortlisted like that they said and also mentioned while purchasing worth of rs 1398

                              2. they said result will be announced after a month i.e on 15/05/2013 upto now they does not say any thing and not refunding the amount

                              3.while i am contacting customer care no[protected] i am pressing 3 for customer care option and holding they re not picking the phone even for 10min and that time it was saying that please call in between 9am to 6 pm just now(12:06pm afternoon) also i called same number it was telling like that

                              4.please take a severe action on them

                                Sir,
                                I had purchased shoes worth Rs. 400 after redeeming my 120 credit points which I paid to 100 best buy earlier in some contest. I got the desired shoes within three days of the purchase. When I opened the parcel I was shocked to see that they have sent me shoes both of right foot & further adding to this of different color one of Black and One of Blue. I was astonished to see this as to how these two blunders have been committed.
                                Then I read regarding the Return/Replacement Policy of 100 Best Buy in which they have mentioned that the product may be returned with 15 days from the date of receiving, I returned the product within five days of its receipt by courier DTDC (Details are given below), which also successfully reached to them in two days. It also costed me Rs. 150 to sent them back. They received the product on 10 May, 2013 from me but till now no action on there part has been taken nor the product has been received my me, despite paying XTRA amount because of their fault. I m really annoyed by their irresponsible behaviour, Firstly, they send me the wrong pair of shoes and even when I return the product they dont evn reply to my mails.
                                I request to kindly look into the matter and ask them to return my Correct purchases as soon as possible. The details of order and my return courier are as under.

                                  I have got the online offer from www.100bestbuy.com, to get a chance to win samsung galaxy Grand mobile by paying Rs 699. in that offer they confirmed that if you dont win then you can Rs 699 for online purchase through the www.100bestbuy.com with not extra charges to be made.. for which i have made payment through online card payment which was credited to my account. later i also got call from their sales executive that your name is being selected among the 10 people who needs to buy an Tablet b paying Rs 6999. Nothign delievered yet! the reference number of the product is 21372697
                                  I tried to call the number i recieved the call from, they disconnect the calls. Then caled the customer care(5pm), first a lady recieved the call, did not speak, and handed over the call to a guy. He told me, office closed at 6, so I asked it is still 5pm. nevertheless, i doid not want to waste my time talking to another , they took my number n mentioned that i will get a call back tomorrow, with the contest detials,and now it is months since i made the payment 100bestbuy.com.
                                  i wrote several mail at [protected]@100bestbuy.com/[protected]@100bestbuy.com, but i only get the a stupid response that we regret the inconvinence caused.
                                  so can you please take action so that they either return my money back or delivered the product purchase from them asap.

                                  I ordered 02 price winning offer after satisfaction & commitment of definitely winning price Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) by Miss Mahi Sharma and i order both having order id no. [protected] on dated 25/04/2012 time 18:35:46. of Rs. 18,999/- & order id no. [protected] dated 25/04/2012 time 18:53:00 f Rs. 19,999/-

                                  After that i have receive a call from bagittoday on dated 26/04/2012 for confirmation of orders, i knows at the time of confirmation that it is not a confirm price, it will be depend on your luck, then i was cancelled above orders at the time of confirmation call. I send also a mail for cancellation of above orders on [protected]@bagittoday.com.

                                  After that i receive a call from bagittoday executive on dated 27/04/2012 evening, she told me why are you cancel above orders then i said that, i have cheated by Miss Mahi Sharma by wrong committing. i am in a big trouble please cancel these orders, she said to me that i will order to call you for order process from our group and you said to him that please process the orders after that she told me that i also order to give you another call for confirmation, then you told him, that you want to cancel these orders in urgent, and i was do which was she said to me, she also told me that i have your order file please do what i say and your above orders has been cancelled today i.e. 27/04/2011 & you will receive your refund after 7 to 10 days.

                                  This is a big cheating by your executive for your regular customers. i call your customer care number for refund status then i found that my one order having order id [protected] has been dispatched on 30/04/2012 and will be receive soon, sir i want to know that why it is dispatched on 30th April 2012, which is cancelled on 26th & 27th April 2012 on phone, mail & confirmation call.

                                  Sir, Mam please i am not interested to purchase or receive above materials because it was a big cheating by your executive to sale the items.

                                  Yesterday evening i receive your material through courier, kindly give me the procedure to send back above material to your group & get back refund at earliest.

                                  Today I found that i am very helpless after this big cheating by your executive on phone. She said to me that you will definitely win a minimum cash price of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) through demand draft or cheque, and she also said to me that if you are not interested in our products then you will be claimed for refund with in one month & you will receive your payment money between 7 to 10 days.

                                  Sir, Mam i am very tired after calling many times & claimed for refund to your customer care. Kindly solve the above reserve matter and help me to through out this big problem.

                                    i have participated in contest conducted by 100bestbuy.com...for that i have paid 399 rs which was debited from my account and then they have phoned me within 2hrs...saying that i have been selected in the 15 members list out of 500 members...so that they informed me to buy outlander shoes worth rs 930 but in other websites it's worth is 630...buy they have changed and given the shoe company...i have complained when they phoned me...they said that it was a mistake in packing section...and also they added that if i buy belmont watch worth rs 950 they will send me a coupon code worth 50% of cash back...but the watch worth is rs 640...they are getting more profit and cheating the customers...

                                        Please take action on 100bestbuy.com and shut the portal.. It's cheating much.. Im listed what issues i have faced till now

                                        1. First they have given attractive by paying some money (e.g like pay 99 for ipad and get a chance to win it).. also given T&C.like winners will get call and other participant will get mail for the list of winners. I have participated at last they said all over and i asked for the mail status but non replied .

                                        2. Tryed to check the same through mail ([protected]@100bestbuy.com) but they replied after 10 mails to them stating to contact customer care and they not at all responding properly.

                                        3. Reverted those money as credit points and i buyed product using that and after 2 months they said product is not available and reverted as credit points once again.

                                        4. Again ordered product using that and also for that after 1 month saying product is not available and reverted again as credit points

                                        5. and before buying another product contacted customer care and asked for the product avaliblity but they replied NO NO NO (60 % of the product which they are posting in website is not available)

                                        6. It's their mistake for not sending the product and reverted back as credit points but now they are not alowing to use 100% of my credit points and saying its company policy ( to use my money they saying its policy)

                                        7. At last WORST WORST WORST customer support i have seen in my entire life.. No proper addressing.. No speaking in customer language.. No responding correctly and just disconnecting is we ask for the status or transfer to supervisior

                                        PLS PLS SHUT THIS PORTAL AND HELP TO NOT TO BE CHEATED BY THIS PORTAL ANYMORE
