Its been 3 months since I am going through all this nonsense. I ordered a shoes from 100bestbuy.com. Firstly, I did not receive the order in time then I cancelled it. It was told that my order was delivered but I did not receive it. Now they are not cancelling my order just making it a time pass. I need my money back. They always reply that they will send the matter to their high authority but then again no necessary action is taken. Now I just want to cancel the order and want my money back at the earliest. Kindly help me out.

    i i didnt recieved my product of 8gc pen drive as i had ordered on 21 dec 2012.....as i mailed them many time they always say they will check it and give a reply but no reply came back....what can i do now as i had paid the money onl9 and money has not refunded to my account yet

    I had sent my order id 11412866, Addidas shoes for replacement on 8 July but till now my replacement is not shipped and they are telling me to wait 3-4 days everytime i call. ship it or refund it immidiately.
    I bought a product from 100bestbuy.com which never got delivered to me.
    In the month of Dec’13 Your representative Mr Sourabh (cell no. [protected]) approached me for buying a product on your website and told me I will be given a gift if I purchase product worth Rs 8, 000/- from your website in the next 2 years but for becoming eligible for the gift I had to do the payment then. Hence, he asked me to do the payment of Rs 8, 000/- for IBall 6318i Tablet (Cost on your website was Rs 7, 999/-) and he promised that he would put this amount in my credit and then send a mail that he is shipping camera instead of tablet. He did credit the amount on your website in my account and sent a mail which said and I quote “Mr. Neeraj,
    Your payment has been successfully done, and we are shipping Fujifilm Camera instead of I-Ball Tablet.

    Thank You For Shopping with Us.”

    Unquote, but in his very next mail he smartly changed the camera code and said that he is sending camera of same brand Fujifilm FinePix Digital Black Camera (AX650) which is relatively cheaper than the one which he has promised to give.
    The mail said and I quote, “Congratulations!

    I had earlier finalized the gift as the red color camera (Fujifilm FinePix Red Point & Shoot (T500))
    But I received the tablet on 6th Jan and on the same day I sent a mail mentioning my grievance but yet no action was taken.
    Hence, I request you to kindly replace the tablet with the camera as promised by your representative.
    I tried to call your representative but he has been avoiding my calls since then and causing mental stress to me.
    Then I received an email from 100bestbuy.com which read as:

    Then I wrote to them as:

    Dear Sir,
    The product has been sent back to you by First Flight Couriers Ltd.
    Your Tracking Number is B991B0329911 and date of booking was 20-Jan-2014.


    Since then I have been sending reminders but getting no reply. I called the customer care number too and everytime they say that they will send the camera but they actually never send it.
    Kindly look into the matter as already 6 months have passed and I am yet to receive my camera.

      I have paid Rs.230 for 100bestbuy.com contest samsung galaxy MOBILE on date 12.4.13 after some days i recieved call 100bestbuy custemor care he says you are selected contest under 12.if you have paid Rs.8000 that you increase your chance to win contest mostly 10 persons but today no reply anyhting by them and i shipped ambrane mini laptop & wrist watch so i paid the amount Rs.8000 by credit card. By 100bestbuy customer care he did not say me this mini laptop is working on android base.And i do not recieve my wrist watch also. I call many time but not gave the correct information .i think it is very fraud online shopping site. Please band it and action by domain cc avenue amd pay u .please help and return my amount or shipped my order. I belong to middleclass family .i loose large amount please help me.

            The main source of problem is, I was browsing in the net suddenly I have been directed with the Apple I-Phone Contest, As the Amount paid will be credited back if a person don’t wins in the contest was highlighted in the website portal and even on the terms when I made a online payment. So I thought that’s ok if I lose even the contest the paid amount is refundable, I thought its fine and I made a payment of RS. 699.00 Initially it directly popped and directed to 100Bestbuy.com and in return I received a login details like the Username and the Password to my E-Mail Id. So I thought this is the Shopping portal so I took it light and after few days approximately two to three days I received a call from 100BestBuy.com from Guarav (Agent) stating you have been enrolled in the Apple I-Phone Contest and your name is shortlisted in the Group of top 12 members, And in the April 2nd week you’ll be receiving a confirmation E-Mail or Call thou you lose or win the contest and the persons who have won will listed in the portal and an E-Mail will be mailed about the contest with Winner Name and Address, But for participating in the contest as you have already been shortlisted In the top 12 members you’ll be having a chance to win the I-Phone so kindly make a payment of RS. 4999.00 in ordered to take part in the contest, so I thought this would be correct and on 03/16/2013 I made a payment through online from my credit card, Till the payment they were communicating good and the concerned person Guarav(Agent) was only calling daily and updating regarding the payment and there was E-Mail marked to my E-Mail ID stating you have been selected in the Top 12 members and you’ll be receiving a Vox &-Inches Ultra slim Tablet PC & A Reebok Watch on 03/15/2013. And from there the movie has started I received only the VOX Tablet PC first delivered item by 100betbuy.com on 03/23/2013, I placed a mail on the same day stating I haven’t received the Reebok Watch which need to be delivered with the VOX Tablet PC, I dint received any Reply to the E-Mail I have drafted to 100Bestbuy.com so then I have called and explained that I received so and so call and I was been selected in top 12 so Guarav said that will be receiving Tablet PC and the Reebok Watch so they said to forward the E-Mail Which I received from the 100Bestbuy to [protected]@100bestbuy.com so I have said that I have already mailed so the call was disconnected from their END, So I tried on the next day the same was repeated and after few days I received and E-Mail stating your complaint have been registered and the Reebok Watch will be dispatched within 7 working days but honestly the 100Bestbuy is really fraud Web portal I still haven’t received it. So I called after the March month in April spoke so the reps were able to get my point that what exactly I was having the problem with the delivery I received so they said they will raise and complaint and will dispatch the watch within 7 days I kept calm and E-Mailed all the conversations and I never received any reply to my Queries the issues I have with the 100BestBuy.com, Most probably on 04/15 I placed call and spoke with some customer executives regarding the contest so they said that you have loosen the contest so you can know make the shopping with the credit points in your login, and on 04/16 when I called I spoke with a customer support agent Named Nitin(Agent) said that sir the contest will be result on 04/17/2013 so you need to wait for the announcement so I escalated him that I called yesterday your agents were saying that I have loosen the contest so I need to shop with the credit points I had so he said sir they were unable to give you the correct status you’ll be receiving an E-Mail from 100Bestbuy.com regarding the winner announcement on 04/17/2013, and h said he will take care of the issue I had regarding the watch and said that you’ll be receiving the watch within two to three days as it is in process and soon will be dispatched, I felt happy ok someone is working properly and I made a call on 04/17/2013 the call hold was literally for more than 15 minutes and getting disconnected stating good bye. Then I thought this is going wrong and I have ordered some products on 04/18/2013 day in the Morning at 02:58 Am ordered some items from my office as I work in the night shift I don’t get much more time to go out and order in the morning.
            So my first order was three different Branded T-Shirts on 04/18/2013 at 02:58 Am in the morning.
            1. Product Details:-
            1. Attitude at 18 Urban Polo Men White T-Shirt.
            2. ABERCROMBIE & FITCH-Collar Polo Blue Embroidery T-Shirt
            3. Xpress Polo Black T-Shirt with Red Lion Logo.

            3. Order Number:- Stated in the Order Confirmation E-Mail as “We Will be sending you the tracking number shortly”
            4. Cost Of Damage:- Damage was not with the product but was with the time and the money I wasted in calling the 100Bestbuy.com and myself respect towards the amount I have wasted and in even in my office many of my colleges have dominated me and I felt very bad about the self respect.
            5. Mode of Payment: - Online through my HDFC Credit Card.
            6. Your Residence Address/City:- H.No. 42-506/1, P.No. 81&84, St.No. 9, Fl.No. B101, Shirdi Sai Enclave, Gayatri Nagar, Moulali, Hyderabad-500040.

            8. Emails, If Any:- I have the E-Mail Confirmation that I have ordered the above mentioned products which I have mentioned In the Product Details but not the tracking # are even been send to the E-Mail Id # or the phone # given while registering.
            In the first order the two T-Shirts I received were incorrect Except the Express Polo Black T-Shirt with Red Lion Logo. And the rest of the items I received wrong not even specified by the merchant i.e. the order ID and the description like Xpress Polo White T-Shirt with Black Lion Logo and Xpress Polo Red T-Shirt with Black Lion Logo I have received only Xpress Polo White T-Shirt with Red Lion Logo. I was really shocked and embarrassed seeing the dispatch description and the inner product which was been packed. So I have called and explained to the customer support agents and they were not answering correctly and they have started disconnecting call.

            So my Second order was a Combo Shoes on 04/18/2013 at 03:22 Am in the morning.
            1. Product Details:- Combo(Flux Men’s Sports Shoes(1588) + Outlander Men’s Casual Shoes(3137)
            2. Date Of Purchase:- 04/18/2013
            3. Order Number:- Stated in the Order Confirmation E-Mail as “We Will be sending you the tracking number shortly”
            4. Cost Of Damage:- Damage was not with the product but was with the time and the money I wasted in calling the 100Bestbuy.com and myself respect towards the amount I have wasted and in even in my office many of my colleges have dominated me and I felt very bad about the self respect.
            5. Mode of Payment: - Online through my HDFC Credit Card.

            In this order the delivery was incorrect as I have ordered a combo I should receive two pairs of shoes. One would be Flux Men’s Shoe and other would be Outlander Men’s Casual Shoes. So I have called and explained to the customer support agents regarding the issue, there was no response from them and disconnected the call many times, On Next day calling to the toll free # no one were answering correctly and they have started disconnecting call.

            So my Third order was a Branded T-Shirt on 04/18/2013 at 03:25 Am in the morning.
            1. Product Details:- American Hollister Men Polo T-Shirt (Navy Blue)
            2. Date Of Purchase:- 04/18/2013
            3. Order Number:- Stated in the Order Confirmation E-Mail as “We Will be sending you the tracking number shortly”
            4. Cost Of Damage:- Damage was not with the product but was with the time and the money I wasted in calling the 100Bestbuy.com and myself respect towards the amount I have wasted and in even in my office many of my colleges have dominated me and I felt very bad about the self respect.
            5. Mode of Payment: - Online through my HDFC Credit Card.
            6. Your Residence Address/City:- H.No. 42-506/1, P.No. 81&84, St.No. 9, Fl.No. B101, Shirdi Sai Enclave, Gayatri Nagar, Moulali, Hyderabad-500040.
            7. Receipts/Invoices: - Nothing no description or any response on this product from the 100Best Buy and when calling to the customer support no correct response.

            In this order I never received any confirmation E-Mail or any invoice # or the Reference # or anything. So I have called and explained to the customer support agents regarding the issue, there was no response from them and disconnected the call many times, On Next day calling to the toll free # no one were answering correctly and they have started disconnecting call.

            So my Last order was a Branded T-Shirt on 04/18/2013 at 03:29 Am in the morning.

            2. Date Of Purchase:- 04/18/2013
            3. Order Number:- Stated in the Order Confirmation E-Mail as “We Will be sending you the tracking number shortly”

Cost Of Damage:- Damage was not with the product but was with the time and the money I wasted in calling the 100Bestbuy.com and myself respect towards the amount I have wasted and in even in my office many of my colleges have dominated me and I felt very bad about the self respect. This is the only product which I have received correctly.
            5. Mode of Payment: - Online through my HDFC Credit Card.

            Summary of the Complaint is no correct response from the 100Bestbuy.com to their customers who places orders and suffers allot and k now see I want to show you one more thing even there was a fraud on the amount charged to me please check the below listed items and the deductions made to me in the sense of the products shown in the web portal when asked for this issue even there was no response from the Customer Support Team or the E-Mail Support Team.

            I made a payment of of Rs.8999 under the impression that i am buying samsung galaxy grand mobile but now thy are saying its a contest however when they sent an email they never exposed the contest related things. Now they are saying amount can not transfered and you need to buy anything which is available at oyr website.
            I am filing complaint in online cheating invetigation.

              I Bharat Arora from Faridabad, before 20 days one call was came from 100 best buy & asked me that you have won one apple iphone, & you have shortlist top 10 from our side, but one terms & condition you have to follow, you have to purchase one watch Rs.950/- in that product we have mention coupon code and offer id etc. & when you received the product we will called you and asked about the coupon no. & offer id etc. but I have passed 25 days but no single call will come from their side. Please help me.

                    In February 2013, I came across this site http://www.100bestbuy.com, where they had advertised that by paying Rs. 699/-, one can become eligible for a draw for Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile. And, if we happen not to be selected in the draw, then they will give 100% cashback in the form of points, which can be used to buy any item in their site. So, I went ahead and paid Rs. 699/-. Around 6th March 2013, I got a call from them, saying that I need to deposit another Rs. 3000/- in order to be eligible in the draw. I refused. The caller immediately disconnected the call. Later, I tried several times reaching them on their number[protected], but I was unable to reach them. So, I thought of redeeming the points that I had in my account. I thought of buying a shirt which was listed at Rs. 599/-. But, the catch here was that I had to pay Rs. 75/- as shipping and delivery charges. Finally, when I received the shirt, I realised that it wouldn’t have cost more than Rs.200/- in any garment stores. Also, I have 175 points right now in my account, which is a loss to me.

                          My name is Reju.V. 100bestbuy.com is pakka planned fraud website. I was unknowingly paid for a samsung tablet contest Rs.499. After one month, I get a call from 100bestbuy.com. they told me you are selected for the contest and so we are offering a Reebok watch worth Rs. 899 and 50% cash back as a reward points by which i can purchase some other products. I told that customer I didnt understand the actual process. So u send me an email, after that i confirm. But that stupids call me a confirmation call within 15 mins. And they send me a road side watch which was already broken and kept safely. Then they send to me. I was getting irritated and called them 10 times. They told me to return the watch. i went to Blue Dart courier office to return the watch. They ask me Rs.310. And one of them from Blue Dart told me since you return the product they must have Blue Dart account no. Then you can return the watch by free of cost. So i called those to ask the account no. they disconnect my mobile. So, now i was confused if i return my product, will i get money back. And I came to know they are fraud by following reasons:

                          1. First i visit two different Blue Dart Courier Offices. From both the offices, they told me 100bestbuy.com is fraud website. When they deliver the product people tried to beat them, the 100bestbuy.com sell watch for iphone
                          2. Second There is no bill for the watch even no tax information, nothing was there.
                          3. Third all the forums, mentioning the same type of fraud they are doing..
                          4. Fourth, in their website in the testimonial section, they mentionining that i receivet the reebok watch within 2 days. its awsome. But i complained for that watch Because they send me a broken watch. They are making the people fool.
                          5.Everybody knows they are fraud but no action was taken. Thats y they still cheating the people.

                          I didnt return the watch till now because again i need to pay for the courier fees Rs.310. Already i paid Rs.899. So if they are not refund my product means i will again loss my money. If they refund my 899 Rs. and courier charge means I will return it.

                          Those have to be arrested.

                            1) They called me once - to pay some 500 for contest (for the TAB...) They said i can use the points in the site to shop. I agreed
                            2) Then after few days they said my position is very high (and i have chances to win the contest) IF I pay another Rs 5000 they will send me a android phone worth Rs 5000 immediately and i can use Rs 5000 in their site to shop (as a mean of credit points)
                            3) They send me a 3rd class chinese tab instead of android phone.. Now i got suspicious and i thought i should use my credit points and shop ..
                            4) In the mean time i almost got 3-4 times call from their agent to pay more.. (and same old story my chances are high to win the samsung galaxy tab) ... They are FAUDS ..plz someone get their CEO arrested !! If this would be in my city i would have made sure this guy would have gone to jail!...
                            5) Anyway now i tried to shop and added so many products - all in vain i just cant checkout properly ...for this i called their agent who gave lame excuses every time..sometimes they say the server is down, sometimes they say i have to shop between 4 to 5 ...sometimes they say try tomorrow (today server is down) ...sometimes they say send a email to [protected]@100bestbuy.com and they will processs your payment... .. THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS... the call center guys do not have any power and they are just sitting ducks...i scolled them but what to do..i need to know the CEO's / owners phone no so that they should face the music... I want to file an FIR and get this company shut!...

                            I would suggest not to buy any products through 100bestbuy website. Big Fraud company... I have participated in a contest in 100bestbuy.com. for this i have paid Rs.999 and the amount was deducted from my account and also they have sent one third class reebok watch which will cost you not more than Rs.100/- and also credited the points (999). Now my problem is not able to redeem these points for other product, when I tried redeem the same it is allowing only Rs. 200/- do not know the logic behind this.                               I have participated in one contest, in that contest they have told we have select 10 people through draw suppose we will selected we will give you one Samsung tablet free of cost, but suppose you will not selected we will refund you amount through point, Initially I have paid Rs. 699/- for participating in contest, as per commitment they have credited 699 point in my account but when I tried place a order and use that 699 credit point
                              they have restricted that you can't use more then 60% of you point , so i have placed one order on[protected] for women dress material for the value of Rs. 538/- and we paid another Rs. 188/- after adjusted my 350 point, after 10days when we have not received any material i called on customer care they told your material has been dispatched you will received soon, so i wait for another five days, on 15th april i called once again to customer care on this time sales executive has told your order has not been completed due to unavailability of stock so we will credit your amount as point in your account but it is cheating you received the amount and credit as a point without informing me when i try to use that point, we can't use more than 60% so every time he will kept my amount however just Rs. 538/- in my account instead of 887/-

                              I bought a combo from 100bestbuy.com on 28 oct 2011 for 599 rs ( Order Number 1221941) i paid for the same through Internet banking through axisbank the amount got deducted from my account . but after that i got a mail from best buy that the transaction was not complete and i will get the money back in 24 hrs . when i didn’t get the money even after 72 hrs I contacted my bank , the informed me that the transaction has been done and provided me with the payment reference number cca11jbdn987 when I tried to contact 100bestbuy regarding it there is no way to contact them all the contact numbers are either always busy or switched off it seems the website has runaway with the money please help

                                actually i got an offer from an online shopping site...and site name is 100bestbuy.com, when i register on this site after some time i got a offer...offer is you can win samsung s3 in just rs599...and when i deposite that amount to 100bestbuy a/c. than next day i got a call...and they told me you are selected in top 10..and now u have won a sure gift from us...the gift is zen pc tablet,4gb pendrive ,headphone,,these three thing prices are 14000above..but u can get this gift ..when u deposite 5999..then i thought some thing is wrong..i didn't deposite 5999 rs..but which amount i have deposite in there account...that is not refundable when i m trying to shopping ...they replied u can use only 60% of deposited amount...i can use only 360rs...of my 599rs....

                                  I want to tell you that in the month of Dec12 I participate in the contest draw by that company inwhich they are making promise to sell expensive product in cheapset cost or 100 precent cash back gureentee. For this I have to pay 498-. After that I get call from that company that they are sending coupon with their two product(Reebok watch and ipot ) For that I have to pay 1020- But both items were duplicate. I make a compliant agauinst these product to their represetative and they ask to return the same and return my money. I do the same . In the month of Feb I return their couurier . After that I make many times call to them but they always assure me by saying that Your amount will be show on your acoount within 48 hours. But I get nothing. Now they are saying that they havent received the courier. First I have pay 498- then 1020- for courier then 200- courier and moblie bill. I have made many times call to them.Every time I have to pay but get nothing.

                                  Now you are requested to please look into matter and take a action against that company because they are befooling the people.

                                  I want my money back. Because I do a lot of hard work to earn that money I dont want to make it waste.

                                  In future I will never ever make a online shopping.

                                  Please do me a favour.

                                    I have applied in a lottery for Samsung Grand Phone on www.100bestbuy.com, and paid Rs. 799 on 5th April, 2013. The condition was (mentioned on the site and advertisement), I get the Phone or money back.

                                    After a week I received a call from some executive mentioning that I got selected in the first round, and to move forward he came up with an offer - I pay around Rs. 6500 and get goods worth more than the amount. I denied, and demanded my money back.

                                    Again today (15th April, 2013) I received a call asking for Rs. 949 for some gift, and I will be promoted to the next round of game. I denied again, and asked for the money back (Rs. 799). Then comes the trick, he said, I would not get the money back, unless I pay the amount of Rs. 949, which is no where mentioned on the site or advertisement.

                                    I would request your guidance and support.

                                      I took part in Apple I phone 5 Contest and paid Rs 699/- on line on dated 27/2/2013 to 100bestbuy.com. On 5th March 2013, 100bestbuy.com called me and asked me to pay Rs 5999/- as I have been among selected persons for this contest , which I paid on line and for the same I got confirmation mail also

                                      I received a tablet Zync Z930 which is not usable because of battery problem. The battery is not charging. I returned the tablet in total for replacement to 100bestbuy.com banlgore address speedpost receipt no is EG[protected]IN. Although Mr Rakesh[protected] who called me on my mobile and told to that replacement may take 10-15 days. till the date it is not received

                                      Also , I am not allowed to purchase on line fron 100bestbuy using 100% credit points available. Only 25% credit points are being allowed for any new purchase. This looks cheating only. I should be allowed to use my credit points 100% on next single purchase...

                                      This 100BESTBUY.com is a FRAUD ... THEY MUST BE ARRESTED!!... I AM REALLY FED UP I JUST SAW 25% OF MY PAYMENT.. I want to know who is the owner of this company and give him a tight slap. I almost called 20 times to their customer suppose and the customer care execute are just dont know how to talk (just bunch of ) !! Can anyone give me the phone no of the so called CEO (these are basically criminals who operate online) - they just made me pay and send me old non-functional product and now i cannot even checkout ... they are just FAUDS.. these people just operate from bangalore and just think no one can get after them. .. Can anyone tell me the name of this company's stake holders ... i want to file an FIR !

                                      1) They called me once - to pay some 500 for contest (for the TAB...) They said i can use the points in the site to shop. I agreed
                                      2) Then after few days they said my position is very high (and i have chances to win the contest) IF I pay another Rs 5000 they will send me a android phone worth Rs 5000 immediately and i can use Rs 5000 in their site to shop (as a mean of credit points)
                                      3) They send me a 3rd class chinese tab instead of android phone.. Now i got suspicious and i thought i should use my credit points and shop ..
                                      4) In the mean time i almost got 3-4 times call from their agent to pay more.. (and same old story my chances are high to win the samsung galaxy tab) ... They are FAUDS ..plz someone get their CEO arrested !! If this would be in my city i would have made sure this guy would have gone to jail!...
                                      5) Anyway now i tried to shop and added so many products - all in vain i just cant checkout properly ...for this i called their agent who gave lame excuses every time..sometimes they say the server is down, sometimes they say i have to shop between 4 to 5 ...sometimes they say try tomorrow (today server is down) ...sometimes they say send a email to [protected]@100bestbuy.com and they will processs your payment... .. THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS... the call center guys do not have any power and they are just sitting ducks...i scolled them but what to do..i need to know the CEO's / owners phone no so that they should face the music...                                       I already paid Rs.399 for contest. after that they told me i won the contest and they r giving offer as reebok watch for Rs.899 and 50% cash back offer as a reward ponts by that i can buy other products. They send me a broken watch with no bill, no warranty. I called them and told me to return. If i want to return again i want to pay Rs.310 for courier fee. So i called those and ask for their blue dart account no. But they disconnect my phone. If they are really true they have to return back by their cash. But already they planned and send me a broken thing and for that i want to pay again to send back means its really hard to me. And then i dont believe that . If i get my money back (Rs.899+ Rs.310-corier charge) then i will return. Otherwise i wont. Because they are original ISO9001 FRAUDS.
