I have got the online offer from www.100bestbuy.com, to get a chance to win samsung galaxy mobile by paying Rs 699. in that offer they confirms that if you dont win then you can Rs 699 for online purchase through the www.100bestbuy.com. for which i have made payment through online card payment which was credited to my account. later i also got call from their sales executive that your name is being selected among the 10 people who needs to buy ann mobile costing around 9000 by paying Rs 1899. they delived an GFive mobile that cost around Rs 900 by taking 1899 on COD. and also that mobile is missing battery also.
i reach out to their customer care executive about the different mobile delivered. they told me to return back and they will return back the mobile as promissed. so i retured back mobile at my cost.
and now it is almost 1.5 months since i have retured the mobile but did not receive mobile from 100bestbuy.com. i tried to reach out on their Customer care number but now i was not able to talk on their customer care number.
i write several mail at [protected]@100bestbuy.com, but i only gets the response your item will be delivered in few days.
and also i have also made purchase from 100bestbuy.com by paying the through the credit points added to my account earlier, was also not delivered to me.
so can you please take action so that they either return my money back or delivered the product purchase from them asap.
they are using my mobile number for managing my account and that is [protected].

      I participate in 100bestbuy contest for samsung galaxy grand and give payment of 699/- . In contest it is clearly mention that winners will be announced at march 1st week.In terms and condition it is also mention if i will not be winner my full payment will be refund in terms of credit point by which i will purchase any product of worth 699. After 15 days when i was not get any email for that site i'll order one product, but when i was using my credit money it shows only 70% of total money i have used for my shopping and other charges i have to pay and for every purchase only 70% of rest money I have been used. It means in every purchase I have to pay and it is compulsory to purchase any product.
      This thing is mention in T &C
      2nd point: when I order one product I got email from the site that u r winner and confirm your address to get ur Samsung galaxy.
      After getting this mail I reply ok cancel my previous order because I m winner and placed order because of late announced result and send my Samsung galaxy.
      But I have doubt that this contest is fake contest to earn money by making fool and they really don’t send my winning price.
      I mail to them please send me winner list with emailed so that I’ll confirm that really it is a contest but they don’t sent any email.
      I got my product of 349/-
      When I told them that cancel my order and send Samsung galaxy grand then why they sending me product.

      It is totally mental harassment and wasting of my time .
      For evidence I will show all emails.

      I want to see all winner list if I m not winner . and if I m winner I want Samsung galaxy grand .
      Because my time was waste and time is also money . so return my money of 10000/-

          I posted complaint http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/100bestbuycom-loose-amount-c810752.h... but seems I am suppose to create new complaint -

          Worst people - highly unprofessional people - They don't even respond. On top of it. they cheat. I had 599 Rs as credit so I thought of clear it off by ordering -

          When I ordered worth of 602 and tried to pay thru credit amount, I was given error that I cannot use more than 70% of credit !!!(what the heck????) Why can't I use my money 100%?
          For pen drive of Rs 380, Shipping charge is Rs 150 !!! (Is it worth?) I can go to SP road and buy or there are many good sites do not charge such a big amount.

          When I called and asked for Rs 50 Free recharge, they said I won't get as I used credit amount (But I paid extra 204 rupees too outside credit amount due to RESTRICTION of NOT USING 100% CREDIT). I am calling every alternate day and I am being told that issue is going to resolve by today but no progress.

          If I click on track order, it doesn't show any order but one message that some rep will call you.

          Then I clicked on contact CEO -
          I sent mail on 16th march and till date no one even bothered to acknowledge.


          So better to cancel everything and refund my money (599 + 204) otherwise give me at least 1 reason why shouldn't I go to consumer court for mental and financial harassment.

          1.Since I paid Rs 204 against that partial order so I am eligible to phone recharge credit and inspite of talking every alternate day and reminding, I still did not get credit at my mobile mentioned to Abhishek.
          2. Even today I tried finishing of my ramaining 180 credit but now insted of 80% it's restricting me to use only 60% of credit. Really worst site I even saw. (Being in software company I know how bad your site is)
          Pls refund my money for my unused portion (Rs 180 still with you out of 599)

              100BestBuy Runs fake promotional campaigncontest - Asks people to enroll with small amount promising high end products through lotto. On register, they further puts terms and condition to purchase promotional products with higher amount than the enrollment amount and promise to cashback.

              I fell into one such trap by 100BestBuy.com online shopping mall. I received the promotional package of Rs1194 on Mar 4 2013 and found that

              1. The box was tampered which was well packed from outside.
              2. The box was missing items as mentioned in the delivery parcel ( still hold the parcel )
              1. The participation contest coupons missing
              2. Along with the discount coupons.
              3. The promotional items sent along is not worth the amount that was paid.
              4. The product that sent was also completely unusable for immediate start.

              I have immediately tried contacting via Phone on the number mentioned on the website but the call always returns busy and no response. Failed to contact, I looked for online complaint posting but the website doesn't have one (may be intentional). They I searched the website like a mad and found a email address for communication. I sent them email and there wasn't any response from them on the issue. Now it is almost end month since i logged the complaint with them and still without response.

              Now, I have 100% dissatisfaction with the company 100bestbuy.com. I left with a feeling of being cheated on money & products and fell into trap of 100bestbuy.com. Please help on the same, I found this website after a search with a hope that I will getback my money and hope other not to fell into the same trap.

                I have returned the bag immediately after receiving to that seller's address.
                Also They didn't send any invoice with this product.

                As per the advertisement published in their website,That I was supposed to get the same amount as a credit point as I returned the items in original condition within 15 days.

                Till now,I didn't get the money back in my credit point.

                I surprised that they didn't answer any mails or phone calls.

                  1. 100 best buy.com charges 150 rs for shipping which I dont think any where mentioned in the website.

                  2 . I[censored] return a product they wont return money , But refund the amount in terms of credit point.

                  3. When you become happy about this.. I also want to say i[censored] redeem your points the next time you can redeem only max 75 % of the points/amount.

                  (ie) if you pay 600 then you can buy only product worth rs 450 and if you return it because of some reason then you can buy product worth only 300.
                  Remaining you have to pay.


                  4. If you call their customer care. no one will pick the call . and its not a toll free number as in other online site..


                  Solution:


                  Go for flipkart , jabong, myntra etc where none of these problems are there

                  I again called your number . But it deducted 6 rs from my recharge and no one is picking the call and I called you on a peak time and not on week end.

                  What ever i have mentioned is not an issue which I am facing. Infact its not a issue. Its the rules of your website.

                  1. shipping charges 150 extra even if a customer buy a product for 50000 rs.
                  2. we can use only 60 percent of credit point if we return a product and want to buy some other product.


                  so if I call you and give you my details will you change these 2 things.
                  Initially when I tried to redeem, it allowed to redeem 75 percent of credit points.

                  The second time It says I can only redeem 60 percent of credit points.

                          Please don't buy any product or deal from 100bestbuy.com

                          I have 699 credit points, while trying to purchase a product i cannot utilize my all credit point to a single product.

                          It is showing only 50% of credit point on the product which i have choose to purchase. THIS POINT IS NOT THERE IN THE TERMS and CONDITION.

                          See the attached screen shots (100-cp.JPG and 100-cp1.JPG)

                          Whenever you open the page the time will start from the time 11:59:59 and cheat you.

                          Already all the products are so costly and they are doing this type of FRAUD work.

                              I have bought a deal and received an email like below

                              "This is in response to your mail that, contest result has been already declared.you can see winners list in our website.According to our contest and term conditions the amount you paid for the contest has been added as credit points in your 100bestbuy.com account already.you can use those credit points for further product purchase in our website."

                              No where in the website they announced the Winner's result. The entire page contains only about offers, products, etc..

Before the purchase their call executive told me that you will get Apple ipod with 2 years warranty and reebok watch. i received the product with in 5 days but when i opened it, there was a local/duplicate company mp3 players not ipod. And the watch really not of reebok company. it is very disgusting to see this kind service. All products are fake and worthless. i request the company to send me the original products as i was told by their sales executive. Either i have to go towards legal action.

                                      This 100bestbuy is a fake company ,they are just playing a fake contest in which they just take money online and while any body go for online shopping then also they are taking money first.
                                      I have order one shoe but they are not sending my products and if i am calling them then they never pickup the call, and also when i am calling to one of senior executive no.+91-[protected] he also not pick up my call.

                                      They are playing with too many peoples in our country and please take necessary action so that we will get our money back.
