DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR PRODUCT “Philips Stereo PC headset” ON 21ST JAN 2013 ON 100BESTBUY WHICH HAS BEEN CHANGED TO “Frontech 3442 Headset” AS THE NON AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT WITHOUT GIVING ANY INTIMATION TO ME EITHER THROUGH CALL OR MAIL. SO THAT I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THROUGH EMAIL & CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THEY TOLD ME TO REJETC THE COURIER I.E Frontech 3442 Headset, WHICH HAS BEEN REJECTED BY ME ON 19TH FEB 2013. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE REJECTED COURIER. BUT THEY DIDN’T TRY TO CONTACT AND WHENEVER I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THE RESPONSE I GET FROM THEM WAS NOT SATISFACTORY AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN REPLY MY MAIL. AFTER COMPLETION OF 45 DAYS ALSO NO ONE WAS READY TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET TO THE SOLUTION. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS CREATED FROM THE 100BEST BUY COMPANY.

    Everyone please beware of 100bestbuy.com people calling you....

    100bestbuy will take your money and give no response after that. Their representatives from Bangalore call you telling you have won a contest where you have to pay 4999 to get a tablet for free as the INR 4999 will be converted into reward points of equal value. The website shows that reward points have been converted however there is no shipment of the order i placed as well as the contest reward they promised.

    I have yet to receive any response on products by the ref no:17205800 and ref no:17206195. & I have called numerous times. Reviews everywhere tell me that they are cheating a lot of people like us.

      In 3 phases I have paid Rs.800/- for product from 100bestbuy as they didn't send rather requested me to take another one. About 3 months passed unable to get the product. I have sent many e-mails, but no responds. The details I am citing below. Please help me.

        I had enrolled in 100bestbuy.com 's Samsung Galaxy S3 Contest in Feb 2013 by paying Rs 599/- . One week ago their executive contacted me and told that I have been shortlisted for the contest and they would send me the contest coupon which i have to keep with me and 100bestbuy.com will contact me on 15th March 2013 to announce the contest result. If the lucky winner number matches with the number of my coupon then i will win the said product. For this they told me that i have to pay Rs 1041/- extra and they will send me one t-shirt and one Lotto bag along with the coupon and other discount coupons. I received the courier on 6th March 2013 by paying Rs 1041/- and checked that all the things were mentioned on the courier slip, but when i opened the parcel there was only a blue color t-shirt and a cheap looking bag inside. The contest coupon and the other discount coupons were not present inside the courier box, so i would request 100bestbuy.com to send the the contest coupons before 14th March 2013.

        For safety/evidence purposes I have video recorded the receipt of the courier from the courier boy , paying the money and then opening the parcel in front of the guy to find that there is only t-shirt and bag inside and no contest coupon or discount coupons.

        Hence i would request 100bestbuy.com to dispatch the contest coupons at the earliest so that i can participate in the contest on 15th March 2013

        Kindly reply to the above complaint urgently and do the needful

        PS:- I tried contacting on the number of 100bestbuy.com but it is not connecting or if connected then no one is picking up the phone, 100bestbuy.com should atleast have courtesy to answer the call and give a solution to the queries as people like me have invested hard earned money into their contests.

        Hence i expect that 100bestbuy.com to be transparent and ethical in behaviour.

        DISCOUNT COUPON — NON ACCEPTANCE OF DISCOUNT COUPONS

        During 2011 i ordered Casserola set to homeshop18 by paying Rs.1200/- i received the product along with Rs.200/- Gift Coupon(as advertised in Homeshop18 channel) which is valid upto 31.3.2012. Now i want to order Micromax mobile Phone which is advertised on 18.3.2012. Now the HS18 people are telling that Gift Copupon is not valid on purchase on purchase of Electronic goods. I told nothing like that is mentioned on coupon.

            I ordered shoes from 100bestbuy.com on 17th Feb 2013. While placing the order and while accepting the payment they have written that we will deliver the product within 3-5 days. I waited for so its 7th Feb 2013 and its been around 18 days that i have not recieved my product. Whenever i email them i get a reply that your request has been forwarded to our senior and services department they will help you in your case. When i contact customer care they say that they have some error in their server but you product will be delivered to you soon. I have already paid them Rs.548 through my ICICI debit card and they are not even bothered to tell the status nor they are sending the product. moreover the shipment number provided on their website while tracking the order is also not valid when i checked it on the courier website associated with the"Blue dart".

            So i want the consumer forum to take the necessary action against them and should cancel their licence and cancel the license of selling things online.

            Its been a great mental disturbance for me and if my product is not provided they are one who are culprits behind this Scam. They ask for my details as well so name: Vineet kalia, Address:#1497 sector 42 b, chandigarh, mobile no [protected]

                  I got a mail, for lucky draw contest for rs 599, stated condition as 'If not selected total money will be given back', i have paid the 599 rs in November. when i contacted customer care, they told that money will not be given back, and i will be given equal points and with that i can purchase any item.
                  I tried to purchase an item in february, and surprised it is allowing to take only 75% of my credit points out of 599 points. This was not mentioned anywhere in the site rules & regulations. This is completely fraud site, blaming all the customers.
                  I purchased one remote car worth 620, using 75%credit points, i have paid extra cash through my credit card for 180 rs on 23rd Feb. Waited for one week for their response. I got only one confirmation mail, stating my transaction is successful for the product. But didn't mentioned any Order Id,tracking id. I have enquired CEO ([protected]@bestbuy.com;[protected]@bestbuy.com)about the product. I got a call from them after two days, and that fellow is offering me again 180 credit points for my second payment as the Product is not available. Really this is ridiculous. How can you offer me credit points, i ve not participated in lucky draw, if product is not available that is your problem. Either give me product, or credit my money back to my card.
                  I suggest you all, be ware of these websites. Before buy anything enquire and ensure for money security.

                    sir i was really impressed when i 1st saw the attractivot advertisement in 100 best buy .but wn i register i didnt got any confirmation email from the company. and so i am tnking that such advertisement are fraut..my 99rs for a phone go waste..
                    this company or whatever... they only want money ...before they call us and told that ..you are the winner you are getting ...ipad or tab ...whatever may be ...just they exiting us and after words they didnot give any product...

                      I visited the 100bestbuy.com via facebook adverticement. there i saw a adverticement about a contest. i clicked that link for contest and registered . thats all. but after some days they called me and informed that you won a price(media player). you will recieve the courier in 5 days and address conformed. they told me that to pay 929 rs and we will give 50% cash back after the delivery.that product is only worth to 150rs. i am dissapointed and they didnt give the cash back also. i tried to contact customer care . they are not picking the call. So Please dont go for 100bestbuy. whats the solutions for this

                        In February 24(Sunday),2013 I was received a call from "100bestbuy.com" and they brought-out some eye-attracted facility to me. They told me that "I have selected in a contest and if I want to make sure of my place in the top 10 then I have to pay 2999 rupees. And if I will able to pay the money then I can get free gifts REEBOK SHOES, SUN GLASS & WATCH with 100% CASH BACK GUARANTEE(in the form of credit point). Again they also make me sure that my chances of wining the contest is 95% sure to win the APPLE I PHONE and BLACKBERRY BOLD.
                        Subsequently 9 days passed away of my deposit but till now I couldn't be able to to get back my gift pack. Also there is no such type of information available of my deposit in the credit point(i.e my credit point isn't shown in my account). Regarding to this problem I called back to them and they were made me assured that the problem will be resolved within 2 days. But now they aren't receiving my call. And when receiving my call, they are giving me a sympathy that we will be back to you within 2 min. or saying our server is down etc.
                        At last I request you to kindly make a attention to my problem such that i will be able to get my gift pack and my credit point.And to take some severe action against the website.

                          i booked a VOX (V81) 7 inch Ultra Slim Tablet (order No 8641795 ) in 100bestbuy.com 10 days back still there is no response from 100bestbuy team. The site even not showing the track ur delivery status. I am recieving mails like ur order will be delayed. When i called customer care number nobody is talking. Most of the customer care numbers are not working. Can anyone help me regarding this?

                            This is with reference to my order No. Order No.[protected]c42a to online shopping platform 100bestbuy.com

                            I participated in one contest for Samsung Galaxy III @ Rs. 599/-

                            As per contest, If i win I will get the mobile otherwise I will be given 100% cash back in the form of reward points, from which I can do online shopping.

                            On 22nd February 2013 I shopped for Shoes of cost Rs.1309/-Wherein I utilised 75% (As allowed by site) from this reward point amount and rest from my account i.e. Rs. - 860/-
                            I was given order No. detail by mail and with message that the goods will be dilivered at the earliest.

                            However, so far I have not recived the goods, niether the balance is showing in my cart of 100bestbuy.com

                            I followed up with their customer care mail ID [protected]@100bestbuy.com, and call center No.[protected] but there is no response form the websile.

                            I also lodged comlpaint with Akosha team, they take up matter and mail forwarded to them by 100bestbuy.com is as under:-

                            we will send your product very soon.Due to some technical problems your product delayed from us, we will be sending you the product within 7 working days,please wait for few days .

                            Mail Today — non delivery of subscription reward goods

                            This is a complaint regarding the Mail Today subscription which i had taken/ bought.
                            The booklet number in concern is : 481663
                            Voucher No 1003086

                            This was a 999/- Rs subscription for Mail Today which was entitling me for a free REEBOK pair of shoes.
                            For the last 1 month i have been following up with the Reebok store in Ambiance Mall, who have been claiming that no stocks have come in from Mail today end for a very long time.
                            i have also checked with other outlets and the story remains the same.
                            on top of this the number mentioned in the booklet for any help[protected] no one responds on this number.
                            i have tried calling several times but have received no help from this number.

                            If this email is received at a proper valid address please respond to the same or call on the number mentioned below.

                            Programs like this should not be run by newspapers and agencies if they cannot adhere to the fulfillment of the same.

                              I watch a add on net thats u can win a samsung mobile thru prize @ 399/- dt. 29.11.2012(100% money back)
                              but after 15-20 days i call them lots of time then they are saying not win the prize so we are credit ur points, i cant understand & saying that kindly refund my money or give me some products approx rate 400/-
                              but now 3 months past they are not goving any response ... i call them lots of time but no response doing mails also

                                I had registered for the Samsung Grand contest on 100bestbuy by paying Rs. 699/- I received a call from 100best buy customer care saying that they will send me a courier containing 1 gift + 1 discount coupon + 50% cashback voucher and to join the contest I have to pay Rs. 949/- to the courier.

                                I did receive the courier and paid the said amount to the courier boy. However, on opening the packet I was shocked to see that it contained an EMPTY box of wrist watch and nothing else. No voucher, no coupon, nothing...........I feel 100best buy is FRAUD and are cheating people.

                                Please help me in getting my entire amount refunded in CASH and not credit points of 100bestbuy

But today not recieve my gift. I call and mail many time but not gave the correct infor mation .i think it is very fraud online shopping site.                                   I had enrolled in 100bestbuy's Samsung Galaxy S3 Contest in Feb 2013 by paying Rs 599/- . One week ago( around 28th Feb) their executive contacted me and told that I have been shortlisted for the contest and they would send me the contest coupon which i have to keep with me and 100bestbuy.com will contact me on 15th March 2013 to announce the contest result. If the lucky winner number matches with the number of my coupon then i will win the said product. For this they told me that i have to pay Rs 1041/- extra and they will send me one t-shirt and one Lotto bag along with the coupon and other discount coupons. I received the courier on 6th Feb 2013 by paying Rs 1041/- and checked that all the things were mentioned on the courier slip, but when i opened the parcel there was only a blue color t-shirt and a cheap looking bag inside. The contest coupon and the other discount coupons were not present inside the courier box

                                  For safety/Evidence purposes I have video recorded the receipt of the courier from the courier boy, paying the money and then opening the parcel in front of the guy to find that there is only t-shirt and bag inside and no contest coupon or discount coupons.

                                  Hence i would request 100bestbuy.com to dispatch the contest coupons at the earliest(before 14th March 2013) so that i can participate in the contest on 15th March 2013

                                  Worst people - highly unprofessional people - They don't even respond. On top of it. they cheat. I had 599 Rs as credit so I thought of clear it off by ordering -

                                  When I ordered worth of 602 and tried to pay thru credit amount, I was given error that I cannot use more than 70% of credit !!!(what the heck????) Why can't I use my money 100%?
                                  For pen drive of Rs 380, Shipping charge is Rs 150 !!! (Is it worth?) I can go to SP road and buy or there are many good sites do not charge such a big amount.

                                  When I called and asked for Rs 50 Free recharge, they said I won't get as I used credit amount (But I paid extra 204 rupees too outside credit amount due to RESTRICTION of NOT USING 100% CREDIT)

                                  If I click on track order, it doesn't show any order but one message that some rep will call you.

                                  Then I clicked on contect CEO -
                                  I sent mail on saturday and till date no one even bothered to acknowledge.

                                  So better to cancel everything and refund my money (599 + 204) otherwise give me at least 1 reason why shouldn't I go to consumer court for mental and financial harassment.

                                    on 4th Feb 2013 I received a mail stating the Cost of One pair Flex sports shoes is 552/-(including transporting charges).So I ordered the same.at payment option Our Bank Screen appeared,I made payment, Bank says Payment Success and given the reference No,as SBI Ref No,IGF9391288 at the same time the merchant has not acknowledged the payment and still says you are one step away to receive the parcel.27 days over, they have not sent the shoes or money back. According to my bank statement, on 4/2/2013,my A/C has been debited with Rs.552/- and the same has been credited to A/C No.[protected] of Ibibo web Pvt Limited.So I request your good selves to Kindly see that the merchant has to sent the Shoes or money.

                                      I have paid 5000/- rupees in name of participation for Samsung Galaxy S II contest.
                                      The result of the contest is not declared till now.
                                      When i tried using my credit points, I ordered some goodies, but did'nt get them.
                                      I kept on calling customer care, but no one picks up the call.
                                      Finally I have sent my friend who lives in Bangalore, to go their office personally and talk.
                                      They said that the order was automatically cancelled because of technical issues, and that they will refund my credit points in next 3 days.
                                      Although I got the credit points back into my account, but now , whatever i select to buy, the website asks to pay 50% of the price in cash.
                                      What crap is this?
                                      This is a cheap,fraud way to suck money out of people's pocket. I think this should be taking into account seriously.
                                      I have filed a complaint in Police station as well.
                                      I am sending a legal notice through court.
                                      Lets see what happens, but i am least hopeful of any result by posting it here.

                                        I purchased through 100bestbuy.com product which was Nokia C5-03 for that i made a online payment worth Rs. 8500. After receiving the product i saw that headphone had broken and i got shocked. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com. then after sometime i sent a mail to 100best buy.com and they replied me replacement details and i also called customer care of 100bestbuy.com and they told me to courier the product to our side, after receiving we will send your replace product to you. Then i did courier the product to their address and within 10 days i got new product then i opened the product that was really good, so now m feel very happy and they did not charge for replacement. thanks
