I got a mail, for lucky draw contest for rs 599, stated condition as 'If not selected total money will be given back', i have paid the 599 rs in November. when i contacted customer care, they told that money will not be given back, and i will be given equal points and with that i can purchase any item.
I tried to purchase an item in february, and surprised it is allowing to take only 75% of my credit points out of 599 points. This was not mentioned anywhere in the site rules & regulations. This is completely fraud site, blaming all the customers.
I purchased one remote car worth 620, using 75%credit points, i have paid extra cash through my credit card for 180 rs on 23rd Feb. Waited for one week for their response. I got only one confirmation mail, stating my transaction is successful for the product. But didn't mentioned any Order Id,tracking id. I have enquired CEO ([protected]@bestbuy.com;[protected]@bestbuy.com)about the product. I got a call from them after two days, and that fellow is offering me again 180 credit points for my second payment as the Product is not available. Really this is ridiculous. How can you offer me credit points, i ve not participated in lucky draw, if product is not available that is your problem. Either give me product, or credit my money back to my card.
I suggest you all, be ware of these websites. Before buy anything enquire and ensure for money security.
