I am Amit dhatterwal.I participated in a Contest on 100bestbuy.com in January . I didn't win that and so i got credits for my money then i had placed an order for formal wallet and belt combo on 6th Feb at 100bestbuy.com for which 441 Rs had been deducted from my account.
my reference no=15744539
Firstly , i told them to recharge my phone because there was a scheme to get recharge of Rs 50 for every product you purchase from 100bestbuy.com
i got mail on 14th feb in which they feel sorry for inconvenience but there was no order no. for Formal wallet and belt combo, i was shocked to see that.

then on 16th feb i got another mail for my recharge and again they feel sorry for delay in delivery but this time they gave order no=8584819
but there was no Formal wallet and belt combo !!!!!!!

Neither i get any recharge nor my product and its been 22 days.

i called customer care many a times and they were kept saying that sir , you will get notification in next 2 days. on 19th feb suddenly they said that my reference no is not valid and hanged my phone !
I have mailed them around 10 times but no satisfactory response came.
and Now they don pick my call

      Dear Sir,
      I participated a contest which was playing through 100 bestbuy.com just Rs. 499/- for one Samsung Galaxy Note. I applied for one Samsung Galaxy Note for that i made payment of Rs. 499/- but on the end of the month i have not selected for lucky draw winner. Then i called them to revert my paid amount but they denied and said that the money paid by you is not refundable. If you will not win, your money will be added as credit points by that you can purchase any products from 100 bestbuy.com website. Then i ordered Sandisk 4 GB pendrive (knowing that Rs. 499/- is much more than its market price) and received the same after 15 days.
      After receiving again i got a call from 100 bestbuy.com saying that there were 12 winners selected against Samsung Galaxy Note contest including me. In addition to this, their representative said that your position stands 11th among all 12 winners. For this, they said that you will be given Zebmate Cinema 4.3 (Market Price Rs. 6800/-) for just Rs. 930/- including one more second chance to play and win Samsung Galaxy contest. I ordered the same but after 2 weeks i received a courier having Zebronics Media Player Node (Market Price Rs. 400/-) against my paid amount Rs. 930/-.
      Lastly, all i want to say please beware of internet cheating sites like 100 bestbuy.com. It is fraud and cheater site. I will not suggest anyone to purchase any item from this site.

      I had enrolled in 100bestbuy's Samsung Galaxy S3 Contest in Feb 2013 by paying Rs 599/- . One week ago( around 28th Feb) their executive contacted me and told that I have been shortlisted for the contest and they would send me the contest coupon which i have to keep with me and 100bestbuy.com will contact me on 15th March 2013 to announce the contest result. If the lucky winner number matches with the number of my coupon then i will win the said product. For this they told me that i have to pay Rs 1041/- extra and they will send me one t-shirt and one Lotto bag along with the coupon and other discount coupons. I received the courier on 6th Feb 2013 by paying Rs 1041/- and checked that all the things were mentioned on the courier slip, but when i opened the parcel there was only a blue color t-shirt and a cheap looking bag inside. The contest coupon and the other discount coupons were not present inside the courier box

      For safety/Evidence purposes I have video recorded the receipt of the courier from the courier boy, paying the money and then opening the parcel in front of the guy to find that there is only t-shirt and bag inside and no contest coupon or discount coupons.

      Hence i would request 100bestbuy.com to dispatch the contest coupons at the earliest(before 14th March 2013) so that i can participate in the contest on 15th March 2013

      Kindly reply to the above mail urgently and do the needful

      I tried contacting on the number of 100bestbuy.com but it is not connecting or even if connected no one picks up the phone, 100bestbuy.com should atleast have the courtesy to answer the call and give a solution to the queries as people like me have invested hard earned money into their contests.

      Hence i expect that 100bestbuy.com to be transparent and ethical in behaviour.

        Hi,

        I had placed order for Nokia Lumia 920 offer best buy deal on September 5, 2013 by paying Rs 599/-

        Order was confirmed as well. I received a call from one of the team members and was told log on to website and check for confirmation. But after that there no response or refund as promised in website.

        I have not received my ordered ID and tracking ID even today.

        Please look into this immediately and resolve this.

          I have made a participated in a mobilie winning contest announced by the company online and intended to purchase SAMSUNG SMART PHONE. The company on the same day informed me over my mobile that they are sending the below mentioned mobile phone along with a Reebok watch reqesting me to pay Rs.49999/- I ve agreed and paid the amount through Internet Banking facility on 14.02.2013. The company on 18.02.2013 informed me the product name and order mentioned hereunder.

          Despite my two reminders the company neither replying over phone nor email about the status of the order.

            The 100bestbuy.com is cheating the public by giving false advertisements. I am one of the victim of the company. I have deposited an amount of Rs.3386/- and RTs.699 on 12.01.2013 to purchase a mobile. The company also confirmed the receipt of the above and allotted a order no.8018699 and also advised me that I will receive the above product within a week or so. But to my surprise the same was not yet received till today. I have also conformed that the amounts transferred to A/c. No.[protected] and [protected] of state bank of Hyderabad. The requests for payback was not accepted by the concerned site. The phone numbers given in the site are bogus. Please educate the people and request you to take steps to return my money.

                This complain is regarding a very strange incident, I came across this page via an advertisement on my facebook page. I further clicked and went through the website on 22.01.2013 and apply in contest and that instant my a/c has been debited for Rs.699/- I was ask that you have 699 points in ur cart .after 10 days i redeem my point and order product namely :-Super Turbo Racer Car with remote (ID-1772)(Qty-1).ref no.16342204 which cost Rs.588/-
                .
                It asked me to register by submitting details such as name,mobile number and address. I just went through products and order Super Turbo Racer Car with remote (ID-1772)(Qty-1). i clicked further and found that the Shipment is free without delivery charges.

                On 20.02.13 I received a call regarding the shippment of that watch within 2 days ! I asked the CC executive which product you will be delivering as per telephonic it was as per my order put on my behalf.,He said I have your address and you will get in 2 working days the product as per your address mention. need to pay .

                on 22/02/2013 I recived the product by Blue Dart Courrier wide way bill no.[protected] but after opening it I was very shocked as I have order what and i received what it was Tiny car costing Rs.14/- as per MRP at same point I call to the call center no.[protected] one of the CC executive Mr.Suraj Chandan kumar attended me i explain all about the things but he reply arrogantly and could not satisfying my complaint but at same time i have ask to give your higher authority contact number he game cell no. of Mr.Rajeev Kumar cell-[protected] i try to call on cell but it was switch off for the rest of the day.
                All the thing i.e.., ordering the product was done on internet shopping from the website 100bestbuys.com .
                However I have receive a tiny car which cost Rs.14/- and order for Super Turbo Racer Car with remote (ID-1772)(Qty-1).ref no.16342204 which cost Rs.588/- not received. I was fraud by the said on line company but such an unusual behavior Delivering the wrong product which will hamper the trust of online shoppers like me.

                  i zia ur rahman of hyderabad.one day i got a call from 100 best buy regarding ,i m the lucky winner of the contest so i wil be getting an apple ipod from the company so i orderd this they told i will be getting this parcel in next 5 to 6 day and i have to pay Rs.950 and i will get 50% money back,the parcel person did not return any money .Insted of apple ipod i got some local watch,and i lost my Rs.950 also,i didn't expet this from 100 best buy.                   the same happen to m today.. i lost my 899 today.. because of best buy, i got call from them saying u won i phone 5 jst u hav to pay 899 n u got reebok watch worth of 4000 thou.. that watch sucks man..

                    I purchased a shoe from 100bestbuy on 15th Jan 2013. It has been more than a month since the purchase that I made payment through net banking. I have already made my payment. Till now I have not received my item even after a month. I was provided my mobile no - [protected] during the purchase. I received only one sms from them saying that your order has been successfully placed and payment has been made. But I did not receive any details of my order like Order no, shipping details etc on my mobile or mail. So I am not being able to track it. I also tried several times to contact their customer care department on[protected]. It's IVR services keeps you waiting for hours saying that someone will response even after infinite wait and no one responds. This way I also lost money trying contacting them. The whole service is just like a fraud.

                    I request you to take action against them.

                        Few days back I purchased online Adidas Mens Sports Shoes from the website - http://www.100bestbuy.com/product/footwear/sports-and-casual-shoes/adidas-mens-s... , but in terms of original product and what I paid to them (Rs. 2499) for the original product, they sent me local shoes that’s value is not more then 300/- Rs with the name of Original Product.

                        They are doing fully fraud against the online shopping terms and conditions and using brand names for the local products and its price.

                        My request is you to take strict action again this website so that their online payment gateway can be cancelled, there bank account can be SEIZED and the domain can be BLOCKED by the authority department.

                        Please let me know what is the way to file FIR against this fraud?? So that they can return my money and can’t do same activities again to anyone.

                          Hi,

                          On Nov 22, 2012, I Paid Online Rs. 399/=, to enter into a contest to win "Samsung Galaxy Tab 745" @ Rs. 399.00 or 100% Cashback offer. You claimed that either you win the TAB or get 100% Cashback.

                          I neither won the Tab nor got the refund of the amount. Moreover, you also claimed to give us an Talk Time Recharge of Rs.50/= on our Mobile, but that was also not done. I wished to claim back my money [Rs. 399/=] that was mentioned in my account as credit amount. I had ordered for a Sandisk Cruzer Blade 8 GB Pen Drive (White) from my credit amount of Rs399 n paid additional Rs150 as shipping charges. After the payment, I received a mail saying that they would send me a transaction ID, but they didnt.

                          I tried to search about their website and found out that they are complete fraud and have fooled many customers too. We now understood that all those claims and commitments were to fleece the people and are totally bogus and malicious, and therefore not worth considering any more leniency. I will make sure their fraud comes in limelight and they cannot cheat anymore people with any other fake websites or offers. I will surely take this matter to the consumer forum.

                          For safety/Evidence purposes I have video recorded the receipt of the courier from the courier boy, paying the money and then opening the parcel in front of the guy to find that there is only t-shirt and bag inside and no contest coupon or discount coupons.

                          Hence i would request 100bestbuy.com to dispatch the contest coupons at the earliest(before 14th March 2013) so that i can participate in the contest on 15th March 2013

                          Kindly reply to the above mail urgently and do the needful

                          I tried contacting on the number of 100bestbuy.com but it is not connecting or even if connected no one picks up the phone, 100bestbuy.com should atleast have the courtesy to answer the call and give a solution to the queries as people like me have invested hard earned money into their contests.

                          Hence i expect that 100bestbuy.com to be transparent and ethical in behaviour.

                            I purchased a shoe and wait for 15 days. Didn't get my product. Now I tried to trace my Order, got a screen as attached. Now I start to call the CustomerCare number. No one took the call, please note that the CustomerCare number is not toll free. I lost a lot money here. I tried many days. Once one took my call, but he dont try to understand what is I am saying. So I ask to repay me. Now today, 25th day some another cusomercare executive called me, and ask me to enter my addres again to ship my product. I don't know what to do. Any way, I told him "I dont need your product, Please repay me". He agreed, but i am not sure to get this money back. Waiting for further reponse.
                            I suggest the name 100worstbuy.com instead of 100bestbuy.com. I purchased many products from many other sites. This is first time I am facing a hell like this.
                            One of my Friend told me that, in 100bestbuy.com site, the payment page comes even if the customer doesn't enter his Shipping address. They take the money, but dont know where to send the product. They are real frauds.
