I am try to it and one call receive from there site and one courier is came on my office address.They said that you were give 980 rupees for this draw and we are give One Mp3 player and 2000 rupees gift prize. They are not give this 2000 rupees gift prize. So i want to 2000 gift prize or my 980 rupees.

        I saw an Ad in my personal mail for an online shopping offer from 100BestBuy.com. I opened that link and there was an offer for online shopping and I chose blackberry mobile products where I was asked to make an online payment of 1589/- Rs. I made the payment through my Online Bank A/c.
        My Bank A/c got debited for the said amount and for which I have the transaction reference as well. I wrote to 100BestBuy twice but they just didn't respond and today I also called their customer care number ([protected]) but the call got disconnected with the message that I've called out of business hours whereas I had called lot of call but not attended
        Please let me know what else information I can provide or how can I help more to get the action initiated against this fraud.

I made the payment through my Online Bank A/c. My Bank A/c got debited for the said amount and for which I have the transaction reference as well after next day I got win to sms message but not call any or mail ( got sms received message are congrats ! we are send product to address ) from 100bestbuy.Com lucky draw team, confirm me that I am of lucky winners and you will get one product through coupon which they are sending namely blackberry. But till date thay have not published received the winner list nor mail send any mail regarding this and they send only sms contect win. I have continued mail for want of winner list but I got sms announce me win they send to product. But till date they have not received and 02/07/13 on morning 11.06 am, I got call from 100bestbuy customer this no.[protected], he hold me u have pay rs4000 asking amounts after I send you product. After i continue the phone call them but not attend the call. I have distressed to call customer care 10 times. I have not replied.
        Please let me know what else information I can provide or how can I help more to get the action initiated against this fraud.

          I have booked an outlander shoes in 100bestbuy.com (on-line) @ Rs.624.00 on 22.01.2013

          After a long struggle, I received the shoes on 31.01.2013. It is pertinent to mention that the representatives have informed me that the shoes I booked is out of stock and requested to accept other model after 08 working days.

          Moreover they assured that Rs.50 recharge will be done after booking.

          I have not yet received Rs.50 recharge till now (after 16 days of order booking)

          I have tried many times over phone, but no response. I have wasted Rs.20 for phone charges to avail this Rs.50 recharge.

          The funniest things to be noted are:

          1) They are not at all responding over phone.

          2) They are not even seeing my mail. Simply sending the recorded message at once.

          I have sent more than 40 mails. Still no response.

          I got sms ( sms received for message are congrats ! we are send product to address ) from 100bestbuy.Com lucky draw team, confirm me that I am one of 10 lucky winners and you will get one product through coupon which they are sending namely blackberry bold 9900 and i had paid rs.1589 /- from online debit card. I have ordered product which which have a contest coupon that which product I won.
          Now I have received coupon as mentioned above lucky draw product but no calls from 100bestbuy.Com regarding which product I won according to coupon.

          I have complaint to 100bestbuy.Com, they replied me that you are not the lucky winner.

          My question is, if I was not lucky draw winners then why DID you called me and confirmed me,

          I want my product or money..

          Notes : Pls do carefully, dont play to me cheating for content from online, So, i am working as layer from chennai highcourt it is real and i have lot of recommend person. i can do complaints to higher Superior power, what ever you cheat me and kindly reply to me respect for this matter.

          same problem happen to me, most of the offers are not valuable or just they giving in there describtion but not actually happen, I also face same problem also contact to customer care mail but no response.             I has entered a contest with 100 best buy.com on the 31st. They registered me with a payment of Rs998 which was immediately debited from my account through timesofmoney. I did not win (which is okay) and as promised the amount was credited in my 100bestbuy account as credit points. Through this credit point a purchase was promised. How ever the credit points cannot be redeemed in the site..there is no such option anymore. The numbers provide by customer care are non responsive. Emails have also not been responded to. I request an immediate action and that my money be refunded to me. This has also cause immense stress to me. I wish that to be compensated.

              My name is k. venkata rao I purchased products from 100best buy . then i aware about this company this total fraud company .... I am asking refund from last few weeks they given some amount only . I asked them credit card utilized amount too they need to refund 1598/- INR they said they will give refund i interacted with their Sr. executive Mr. Praveen also ( phno: [protected]) he said same but they didnt refund money , extending week by week nearly 2 months over..... they doing this kind fraud with all the customers ..... I want make the complaint against 100bestbuy to cyber police and i like to take legal action against them .... they have similar web sites nearly 4 to 5 they doing same fraud business and make them customers foolish ....

                Around the month ago I had paid rs 800 online for contest of I pad mini on 100 best buy. Two weeks before I got the call from executive of 100 best buy & he told me you are the among 10 lucky customer & won the mobile handset costing rs 7500 for that you have to just pay rs. 1899 on delivery for the taxes. I agree for the deal. Day before yesterday I received the delivery & paid rs1899 as per the term. After opening the packet the mobile handset I got is not as per the specification that I was told & the cost of the mobile is only rs1300. I don't want this product & want to sue the comapany for misrepresentation about the product. Please advice.

After 10-12 days when my product not arrive then i try to call them but customer care as always busy. then i mailed them my problem. after 12 day they mailed me due to stock unavailability we can't send your order.i asked for money back but they said u can buy another product from site and we will transfer money to site account. they transfer money after 4 day. then i ordered again. now come the end of a month for information about my order.i tried calling them it cause me about 100 rs money on phone still no answer from company. they are not showing any info on site so i can track my product.

                      I am Amit dhatterwal.I participated in a Contest on 100bestbuy.com in January . I didn't win that and so i got credits for my money then i had placed an order for formal wallet and belt combo on 6th Feb at 100bestbuy.com for which 441 Rs had been deducted from my account.

                      Firstly, i told them to recharge my phone because there was a scheme to get recharge of Rs 50 for every product you purchase from 100bestbuy.com
                      i got mail on 14th feb in which they feel sorry for inconvenience but there was no order no. for Formal wallet and belt combo, i was shocked to see that.

                      then on 16th feb i got another mail for my recharge and again they feel sorry for delay in delivery but this time they gave order no=8584819
                      but there was no Formal wallet and belt combo !!!

                      Neither i get any recharge nor my product and its been 22 days.

                      i called customer care many a times and they were kept saying that sir, you will get notification in next 2 days. on 19th feb suddenly they said that my reference no is not valid and hanged my phone !
                      I have mailed them around 10 times but no satisfactory response came.

                        100 best buy is an one line shopping co. which colluded with service provider when on 25th of January 2013
                        automatically opened an web page leading to their webpage Contest :::: Samsung Galaxy Tab 750
                        ::::Pay & get a chance to win with Rs399 or get 100% money back guarantee.Trapped by their offer
                        and on the faith of an opening page of the browser I had paid them Rs.399/ through Internet banking and got an confirmation to that effect. Upon receipt I find the money is gone and its dubiously collecting money from consumer which is never returned back as promised but only kept with them.Its open cheating.I must warn all who buy goods on internet should refrain from paying any money to them otherwise you would be cheated.Whatever it advertises are with malefide intention with a claims that it sells cheap and economical products but in fact it is a fraud company which cheats and defrauds the general public by flashing such messages to persons & collecting money describe that you have successfully registered for 100bestbuy contest . We will update you on the result by email ."Thank you for participating in contest and mention that Your username and password has been sent to your email id and phone..Rs.399 has been credited to your account.click here to check your account. This is Contest : Samsung Galaxy Tab 750

Upon inquiry on phone after five days I was told the money would remain with them only even I do not win the product to the contrary of their offer. This is an act of fraud and misrepresentation by the co. to cheat and defraud general public. Hence appropriate action be taken against 100 best buy co. amount collected to be refunded with exemplary penalty.Respective authorities like Financial Institutions,Cyber crime departments must issue notice to them

                        The IMEI number [protected] on Samsung Mobile model SGH C 200 is not identified. The mobile set was handed over to one Authorised Service Centre in Varanasi on 07.05.2009 for IMEI write against payment of Rs 470/-. the set was sent back by their Lucknow Service Centre on 26.05.2009 but with the lock breakage in mis handling at their end.
                        There is no E-mail ID or 'CONTACT US' connectivity to lodge complaints on their Web page. A number of addresses are misleading as Samsung India, Samsung India Electronics Ltd, New weather Control Refrigeration etc.

                        Really samsung's customer care services are very bad.
                        On 3rd of October, I had ordered for a ipod and watch combo from the website www.100bestbuy.com and after ordering I got a call from there side that I will get an Apple ipod shuffle with 2 years warranty, 16 GB expandable memory and many other features and a Fastrack watch and get delivered within 5 working days. On confirmation from there side I paid the amount by my credit card after that I got a message that I will get the products within 7 to 10 working days. Its fine with me.

                        The problem is that I got a mp3 player of some Dream company instead of Apple Ipod shuffle and a Reebok watch instead of fast track watch. Since getting the order I am continuously trying to contact them but the customer care executive are busy not taking the call. I didn’t get any bill with the order nor any warranty card with the mp3. Its cheating. They should provide me the Apple Ipod shuffle as promised on telecon.

                        Please help me in the matter urgently.

                        One day i saw in the 100bestbuy.com that they are providing some lottery on paying some amount. I booked one paying 111 Rupees for 11gm gold. I never received any update from them. If i am not winning i must get the list of winners who are winning.

                        so they are cheating dont performing any lottery simply making fool to people to earn money. No one is wining.

                        They are so cheat that in the website there is no place you can find your order history and the order no. So i am unable to say the order no.

                        Finally i want my money back to my bank account. Not the 100bestbuy credits because the cheaters are charging unexpectedly high shipping charges and also the price of products is too high on their site than flipkart, tradus, ebay and all other online shopping sites.                         This is srikanth from hyderabad, through a cheating company like "100bestbuy.com" i have participated in a contest by spending 699 for galaxy grand, initially the told me like if i win i will get that product for free if not they will reimburse my amt (699) or else they credit in my 100bestbuy a/c with 699 credit points with this point i can able to buy equal valued goods but they didn't say any thing about complimentary gift, they didn't say about point i.e., 1 point is equals to 0.40 paise. Now they are forcing me to opt for complimentary gift then only they can send a voucher regarding contest with a coupon no if not they don't reimburse my amt and the don't send any coupon for me. Really the custmore care guys are talking very ridiculous and unmannerly.

                        Please take action on 100bestbuy.com and shut the portal.. It's cheating much.. Im listed what issues i have faced till now

                        1. First they have given attractive by paying some money (e.g like pay 99 for ipad and get a chance to win it).. also given T&C.like winners will get call and other participant will get mail for the list of winners. I have participated at last they said all over and i asked for the mail status but non replied .

                        2. Tryed to check the same through mail ([protected]@100bestbuy.com) but they replied after 10 mails to them stating to contact customer care and they not at all responding properly.

                        3. Reverted those money as credit points and i buyed product using that and after 2 months they said product is not available and reverted as credit points once again.

                                I was declared contest winner item of Samsung cellphone worth around Rs.35k informed to me on Tuesday, 8th Jan2013 afternoon wherein I received a call from them. However since I did not get any call or any email notification, after repeated attempts to reach out on the available phones, I was able to speak to your representative on the Saturday, 12th Jan2013. The rep confirmed of me winning and further mentioned that I should be receiving the above mentioned by Friday, Jan18th. However I did not receive the item nor attempt to reach out on your available contact. Either the number[protected] was switched off, engaged or just ringing with nobody picking it up.

                                  - The company promised me Rs. 50 recharge and 100% cash back on acting over one its Contests. And so I did, keeping in perspective the various
                                  security protocol badges and brands it has on display on their website.

                                    I saw an offer while I was checking my mail about FLUX shoes available for 500. I had heard of FLUX brand so I decided to order it from 100bestbuy.com. I paid the money and they sent me the shoes in 3 days. Now the problems start:
                                    1. The shoes I ordered were NO.10..they sent me No.7
                                    2. The shoes are fake and not of FLUX company but some flow company.
                                    3. The shoes have an MRP of 160 on them.
                                    4.The shoes have a sole made of plastic and it is like a kid's shoe.
                                    5. I called their customer care and they say I have to courier it back. Why should I spend 100 rupees to courier it back?? Why cant they take it back themselves? Now I have to spend 150 for a 500 rupees product and I cant even guarantee that they will send me a replacement.
