Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have take part in the 100bestbuy contest on 18th August. At that time I have made my payment through net banking.They had cut Rs. 444/- twice from my account.When I complained about it.They replied that "you will get refund of Rs.444/- very soon." But till today I haven't get it.After a month they declared a result of their contest.I was told that you are not the winner.So you have to purchase any product. So I purchased a wrist watch on 19th September 2012. But till today I haven't get my product.So they cheat me twice {1} They haven't refund my access money Rs.444/- and {2} They haven't sent me my wrist watch.
I have complained many times via phone call and emails, but the reply is same "we will made arrangement very soon". So I request you to resolve my problem

    Sir,
    I participated a contest conducted by 100bestbuy.com for samsung galaxy tab and i paid Rs. 399/-. After 2 months they informed me that i was not selected for contest and a special gift is gained which is an Universal MP3 player model NP 950 + 2GB memory card of Rs. 5999/- worth, and i have to pay only Rs. 921/- excluding the 399/-. on saturday i received the product which is very cheap quality with a 2GB card. As per the telephonic conversation, they informed me that Universal Branded mp3 player worth 5999/- was to be given to me. But 100bestbuy.com cheated me in this regard. I had not received the chager of the MP3 player. They send me a simple "Singh Universal" mp3 player which may costs about 500/- or below. This is injustice. So kindly give reply in this regard to [protected]@gmail.com mail id.my mailing addres is 7/fg,laxmi industrial estate,new link road,andheri west,mumbai-400053 on which courier was sent, pls reply within 12 hrs.Otherwise i will approach to Consumer court.i am from media sector u think and reply immediately on this matter ........AMIT TIWARI.

        the website shows me that it running a online contest and ask to invest the money after 11 hours that they will select a winner from a lucky draw and for others who lost it will get refund of 100% but not received and I tried to call their customer care but not even picking the call i waited for more than 15min in a call hold please help me
        yes 100bestbuy.com and seventymm.com is cheating people, with their poor quality products. They are doing lot of online advertising to cheat people.

        When we ask them about the fraud they tell us to read Terms and conditions.
        I had ordered 'Express Polo Red T-Shirt with Yellow lion logo'(attached image) but I have received 'Express Polo Yellow T-Shirt with Blue lion logo' . The second thing is that the package was tampered when it had reached to my place. The delivery person didn't discuss anything about it. Neither the contact number work(no one picks up the phone).

        I am still awaiting their reply.

        I made an order on 17/11/2012 but didn't received the product yet after more then 1.5 months..
        Product is : Omron HEM 7203 Upper Arm Bp Monitor
        I made a call on their customer support number and they told me that product is not available.. and advice me to select some other product..
        I told them that i already search your whole site and i din't need any other product..And kindly refund my amount..
        They give me an other e-mail ID ([protected]@suksh.com) and told me to send my concern to this person as he/she is dealing in refund's only..
        I send the mail almost 3 times to this e-mail ID but didn't get any response.. I again interact with them through e-mail as you feel very lucky if anybody make response on phone.. they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait..
        So, I again interact with them through e-mails and they told me that they will refund the amount in 3-5 working days.. But when i again contact them after 5 working days.. They stop replying my e-mails.. I made a call today and they disconnect the phone.. when i talk to them about this whole process..

        It is in process from the past 1.5 month..
        Can you explain exactly how much time do you need to refund the amount.. As you told me on Jan 17, 2013 that it will process in next 15 days...

            My phone number is [protected] and I paid Rs.569 for buying Ladies hand bag and Ladies watch through online with www.100bestbuy.com on October 11,2012 paid through online. But, while sending Order Number they mentioned only Ladies Bag in the Order Number 6496850 and I received only small ladies hand bag. Immediately I sent several mails to them from that day onwards and I received following mail from them.
            "
            Dear Damodaran Radhakrishnan,

            We regret for the inconvenience that you have shared with us.

            This is in response to your mail that,

            We received your complaint & your product by the ref no: 10363110 is yet to dispatch from here. I will forward your issue to my senior department. They will take action immediately and dispatch it as soon as possible. So please wait 7 to 10 working day.

            Till now I have been getting same mail from them again and again and not received Ladies watch from them.

            Even I tried several times to call their phone number and no one is picking the phone and it is just ringing.

              in which you told that I have to purchase Promo free gifts worth Rs.987/- to qualify for the contest & I will get a lucky draw
              coupon with the parcel + Rs.500 in 100bestbuy a/c

              On 10th Nov I got your courier with a Reebok Watch & Lotto Gym Bags & we paid the Rs.987/- for the same but I did not get the coupon that you told for Lucky Draw to win Galaxy S2 mobile . Also I was told that I will get Rs.500/- in my best buy a/c for any
              other purchase .

              So now I feel cheated , because I did not want to buy a watch or a bag but I wanted to qualify for galxy s2 contest .
              I continually tried to contact 100bestbuy.com via email & telephone but I did not get any response , infact no response from both .

              So I request you to send me Lucky Draw coupon & Rs.500/- in my best buy a/c.

                    In July-August I had bought a jeans pant from 100bestbuy.com. The size they sent was wrong (34 instead of 32). I asked them to either change the product or "refund the money", equal to 1357 rupees. I talked to one of their customer care representative named "Pavani". She said I should courier the product back to them and they will refund me the money and "it won't be as credit points".

                    I couriered (returned) the product at my own cost (Rs 200) and have been waiting for the refund of the purchase price (1357) till now! They gave me a reference number for this problem in October, the number is 7363255. They are being reluctant to refund and today asked me to get credit points instead which will force me to buy from their site. I called them today. The person ended the call saying he will call me back but didn't!

                    transaction's (Transaction id no: 621777 of Rs 699/- and Transaction id
                    no:381832 of Rs 12, 499/-) was made between 7.15am to 7.45 am on 100best buy .com.DUE TO SOME
                    EXIGENCY(death of the person for whom the intended purchase) I WANTED TO CANCEL
                    BOTH THE TRANSACTION IMMEDIATELY. Accordingly as per their cancellation policy
                    contacted customer care within 24
                    hrs(i.e on 17.08.2014 at 3.10 pm) for cancellation
                    and the Reference id No is: 32022980 &32023104 respectively.Customer care
                    gave me assurance that both transactions were cancelled and the total amount of Rs 13, 198/- will be refunded immediately to my credit card.But till date (20.08.2014) no refund has been made, over an above the same amount has been debited from my credit card.On asking the customer care I was informed that equal amount of credit points is credited to my 100 bestbuy account which can be used for any future purchase.Frankly speaking on seeing their track record of complaints I am not interested in purchasing any product from this company. Kindly use your good office to ensure that an amount of Rs 13, 198/- is refunded to my credit card.

                      I had ordered an item Shri Dhan Laxmi Yantra on 18/10/2012 online for which I had already paid an amount Rs283/- from my sbi a/c(debit card).

                      After completion of all transaction and deduction I got a confirmation mail that I have to pay an amount Rs815/- as courier charges which is just a fraud type behavior as during the complete transaction system never told me about such charges.
                      As I am not able to afford the courier amount I had request to cancel the order and want to get the refund on same day.
                      It is going to complete one month still I am not able to get my refund.I am posting here to highlight some fact for those who going to buy product from this site that
                      * site is a cheated one as they charge no of times towards courier fees.just think is it possible to have a courier charge 815 for a amount 283 which is near by 200 gram.
                      *As in my case if somebody transact then neither product nor refund will receive.
                      *No transparency in any specification as other sites do
                      *Before trying any transaction please just give a call to there phone nos. from that point you can imagine the weight of this site.If you cant able to contact before placing a new one then after loosing your money you can imagine the fact what i am suffering.
                      *No response to your mail even from there ceo also.
                      So it is m heartly request to every one just read this facts and try to use your hard earned money somewhere else where you an get atleast a respone.

                      But they send me the pack of non branded shirts on 9th Oct 13 via Blue Dart Airways No [protected] so I returned it on 16/10/13 via DTDC Lite Ch No M93477391.

                      I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money but till today they not responding my mail or calls.

                        I have participated 100 best buy contest (Samsung Galaxy Tab ), and an amount of Rs. 399/- from my Union Bank account a few months back.

                        But a few days before, i got a call from 100 best buy informed me that, i have qualified for the contest, and the prize will be reaching my home within two weeks and also an amount will be given to the concerned courier person as the packing charge etc..ut

                        But till date i have no response from any person and also not getting the product.

                            I participated in Iphone contest through 100bestbuy.com, I sent email to cancel my participation on same day but i din't get any response from 100bestbuy customer care and even not getting any response from this number

                            For 999 they added some credits to my account as i was not getting any response , I thought of purchasing any one item for this credit points available in my account.
                            I ordered one yellow kurta invoice ref number is 11275995, when i click on track your order link nothing is getting displayed instead am getting advertisements to buy some more products . even i tried to call numbers listed in Invoice[protected],[protected],[protected] but no use, no one is picking up the call. I sent several mails but still no reply.

                            i paid rs 599 thru debit card on24-11-13, for cotest but they were not reflected in my a/c, after several reminders they credited 599 credit points then i ordered bedsheet worth rs 660, they asked me to pay rs 481 /- i paid the amount thru credit card, and took rs 171/- from credit points and showing the balence of credit oints 420/-but now they have changed the bed sheet to lower quality worth 481 only, but that too they have not delivered so far, it shows their intention to cheat me for 599+_481=1080/-where my 171 points gone? can anyone guide me if i can register the fri in neares police station i have got the proof of payments

                              I had entered my card details online on watching an attractive price of rs 99 for a product. After getting registered & paying up the money from the card i came to know that it was a contest like a lucky draw where in if you win only then you get the product. However this nowhere specified earlier. Also there is clearly mentioned on the site that they give you a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you dont win however this money back is not in cash but you get points which you can use to buy products at regular price from their website. So at the end you need to add more money in order to get something & you are paying normal amount. So if you want ur money back you got to buy something. This is how they fool people into buying things & scamming people.

                                I made online payment through netbanking of Axis bank for a saree on Oct.24 2012 but the item was not delivered till today.I sent them a number of emails[the record is saved]but they did not bother to tell me the actual status of my shipment.I called at the phone no.given in their website many times but after a long wait nobody attends your complaint.Since this is not a toll free no.,much money goes waste in this effort.Now I fear that this is a fraud done by them and my hard earned money goes waste.I request this forum to listen to my grievance and force them either to deliver the item or refund the money.

                                  i booked a US polo tshirt in 100bestbuy.com 10 days back still there is no response from 100bestbuy team. The site even not showing the track ur delivery status. I am recieving mails like ur order will be delayed. When i called customer care number nobody is talking. Most of the customer care numbers are not working. Can anyone help me regarding this?

                                      This is case of clear cut customer cheating and befooling them.
