i received one call from this co. i participate in one contest on a bases on 100 % money back commitment , related to this i received one phone call that i win contest and they are sending Samsung phone (40000 rs ) by first flight but sorry to say i am not receiving any stuff till now , i call them but they are not taking my call also it means they are cheated us ,
i call in Mumbai where the money goes they give me another no. but they also not picking phone
this shows they are cheated peoples on line
now i am going in consumer court for fighting

        Dear Sir,

        I got a promotional mail from 100bestbuy.com, which says that an Apple iPhone5 contest is gong on, for which I need to participate in purchasing a Reebok T-Shirt, with which the 100bestbuy would register my name in AppleiPhone5 contest.


        I purchased a Reebok T-Shirt from an online retail website called 100bestbuy.com. After a month, I got a call from 100bestbuy customer service that my name has been selected in a lucky draw and I would receive an Apple iPhone5 for it. The customer service also said that to receive the Apple iPhone 5, I need to purchase a Cash On Delivery Order(COD) of Rs 1040 and buy an Mp3 portable player and a pen-drive.

        Unfortunately, the courier came to my house and I paid Rs 1040, but I did not receive Apple iPhone5 at all. On cotacting the service desk, they say that there would be anther round of contest.

        IT SEEM TO ME THAT THE WEBSITE IS TOTALY FRAUD AND ALLURING PEOPLE THROUGH THAT CONTEST TO BUT CONSUMABLES FROM THEIR SITE.

        I REQUEST ALL OTHER FACING SIMILAR PROBLEMS TO TAKE JUDICIAL ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUDULENT SITE.

          Myself Ashutosh Gupta. I thought to buy a product so i registered my id with 100bestbuy and credited my amount 1350 Rs. And on 7/02/2012 I ordered 1 pair of Lotto shoes of about 950 Rs. Niether i got my shoes which they claimed of Delivery soon nor they returned my credit. It's been more than 1 year. I tried so many time to call but no one pick the call neither they ever revert. They are really jerk, dont know how to talk... I've been frustated with them.. I want my money back or they send me product of same amount...

            I ordered 2 Shirts on 4th of Nov, 2012. Its not over 2 months and they still not delivered product.

            It is a Fraud company which charge you and never deliver your product.

              I participated in online contest at 100bestbuy for 990 Rs and bought a Tshirt. One month later, I got a phone call informing me that I have won the prize a samsung galaxy S3 phone. Then I was told that I need to buy a watch and a flash disk 4Mb for 1222 Rs and I will get 50% discount on purchase and my original 990 Rs will be refunded as I have won. I said yes.
              One hour later, someone called me again and I asked when will the phone be sent and then the operator said that I havent won yet and I will have to pay 1222 Rs and purchase more stuff as above and then I will stay in the context for next month.
              I was furious. This is outright cheating. I would understand if I dont win I had already forgotten about the contest. But then someone tries to make a fool of you the second time and this is really bad.
              I think a full investigation should be done on this website, their business model, how do they cheat people and then they should be punished. I am going to lodge a complaint against them in the local police station and lets see what happens.

                DONT TRUST THE ONLINE STORE 100bestbuy.com, its a fraud group
                This is to register a complaint as follows:
                I received a call from the 100bestbuy contact no. that is given on its website +[protected]giving me the reason to believe the Caller, named Atul), on 27th Dec. 2012 at 10.39 am (the registered call duration is 5.28 minutes) informing me that I am one the ten winning contestants for the Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-2 (for which I entered by paying Rs. 399 on-line). According to him, as a pre-condition to receive this winning item Samsung galaxy tab-2, I'll be getting a courier in 3-5 days on my registered postal address (for which, a address confirmation call will be coming followed to his call) and the packet will be having a mobile with MRP Rs. 9000/- and a reference code for claiming the Samsung tab-2 (which will be looking like bank's ATM PIN no.) and I have to pay Rs. 1899 for this courier and keep this number to tell the next Caller from trhe 100Bestbuy within next 3-4 days. I asked him to sent me all this in writing on e-mail and he responded that he has done it already at 7.30 am and will be forwarding again if I do not receive it. He suggested to save the number he was calling from and said that I need to ask for his name when I make a call. I got this courier and one of my family member paid the amount Rs. 1899/- in cash. While opening the pack, I found inside a mobile product in the name of Gfive (having a written MRP Rs. 1300/- and not the stated Rs. 9000/-) and there is a plastic card in Chinese scrip and no Winning code/reference no. as was told in the call from so called Atul. Further, I have not been contacted by anyone from 100bestbuy to give me next update and the winning item Samsung Galaxy-tab-2.

                Now, I need to put on records as my complaint that I have called on the given number almost everyday to contact him /any responsible costumer support person but each time my call either failed, or got disconnected. It was connected twice with some one (male voice 3 days back and once today), the Caller today informed that my name is not in the list of winners and the person named Atul is not available to get connected. I asked him to connect me with some senior officer, but he put me on hold and then disconnected.

                I have written to the CEO 100bestbuy expecting a clarity on this whole episode, as I felt cheated by misinforming me, imposing a useless Gfive mobile on me (worth of throwing) and just not being reachable to address this grievance.

                I want my money back and an apology for this kind of misinformation. I waited for a responsible answer and due action by a return mail from the company but in absance of the same I am compelled to take necessary legal remedy for this cheating (including putting my on-line reviews /experience sharing about this 100bestbuy website), still expecting an immediate and responsible response from the CEO's/company's end.

                I REALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND YET WHY THESE TYPE OF FRAUD SITES ARE RUNNING SO LONG.. AS 100BESTBUY IS RUNNING FROM THE PAST 2 YEARS AND MAKES A LOT OF FRAUDS WITH INNOCENT PEOPLE.. WHY INDIAN GOVT. DIDN'T TAKE ANY ACTIONS AGAINST SUCH FRAUDS WHO ARE IN THE MARKET FROM SO LONG TIME..
                NOW, I WANT TO TELL YOU MY STORY : -

                I made an order on 17/11/2012 but didn't received the product yet after more then 1.5 months..
                Product is : Omron HEM 7203 Upper Arm Bp Monitor
                I made a call on their customer support number and they told me that product is not available.. and advice me to select some other product..
                I told them that i already search your whole site and i din't need any other product..And kindly refund my amount..
                They give me an other e-mail ID ([protected]@suksh.com) and told me to send my concern to this person as he/she is dealing in refund's only..
                I send the mail almost 3 times to this e-mail ID but didn't get any response.. I again interact with them through e-mail as you feel very lucky if anybody make response on phone.. they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait..
                So, I again interact with them through e-mails and they told me that they will refund the amount in 3-5 working days.. But when i again contact them after 5 working days.. They stop replying my e-mails.. I made a call today and they disconnect the phone.. when i talk to them about this whole process..
                I have all e-mails record they send to me.. IS there is something which can help me out..
                AFTER THIS INCIDENT I DO NOT PREFER ANYBODY TO GO FOR ONLINE SHOPPING FROM 100BESTBUY.COM...

                SO, IS there something which is going to help me out.. OR anybody suggest me how can i use the consumer court..

                  Please look at the trail of mails. I booked a flux sports shoes on 4th Jan 2013 and paid vide credit card for Rs540/, and when I contacted for shipment number they are not able to provide. The customer service department hardly responds to telecalls and their service is pathetic. I spoke to Sujoy once again today ( 10.01.2013). He says he has couriered yesterday, but I am yet to recieve the shoes. Further there is no invoice, nor shipment no was adviced. When I asked Sujoy for Shipment number he is blank

                  I had also contacted First flight courier office – Mr Karthik – Chennai – Periamet Branch – mobile no – [protected]. He said without shipment number he cannot give details.


                  MAY I REQUEST IN YOUR OWN INTEREST TO ALL CUSTOMERS DO NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD, INSTEAD ACCEPT TO PAY IT ON DELIVERY. IT IS PURELY YOUR PERROGATIVE BUT PLEASE USE A SAFER OPTION. ITS TIME THAT WE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN FOR RIDE.

I will put the entire trail of mails in " Indian Consumer Complaints" under consumer forum, advicing all customers to purchase only by paying cash on delivery and would request them to avoid paying by credit card in thier own interest.

                      I made an order on 17/11/2012 but didn't received the product yet after more then 1.5 months..
                      Product is : Omron HEM 7203 Upper Arm Bp Monitor
                      I made a call on their customer support number and they told me that product is not available.. and advice me to select some other product..
                      I told them that i already search your whole site and i din't need any other product..And kindly refund my amount..
                      They give me an other e-mail ID ([protected]@suksh.com) and told me to send my concern to this person as he/she is dealing in refund's only..
                      I send the mail almost 3 times to this e-mail ID but didn't get any response.. I again interact with them through e-mail as you feel very lucky if anybody make response on phone.. they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait..
                      So, I again interact with them through e-mails and they told me that they will refund the amount in 3-5 working days.. But when i again contact them after 5 working days.. They stop replying my e-mails.. I made a call today and they disconnect the phone.. when i talk to them about this whole process..
                      I have all e-mails record they send to me.. IS there is something which can help me out..
                      AFTER THIS INCIDENT I DO NOT PREFER ANYBODY TO GO FOR ONLINE SHOPPING...

                        I deposited online several times a some of about Rs. 5000/- to be the part of different contest, the rule is given by companey taht if you are not selected as winer then your amount will accomolated as points which was valued same, then i participated in different contest my points are reflecting some days after that they are disappears, then after i request them to refrlect my points in my account the assure that your points will be reflecting withing 5-6 days, but yet i am awaiting for my points so i purchase any thing by company. please do needful and help me i am hopless by this attitute.

                            Hello,

                            I had received a call from number [protected](100bestbuy customer care no.) in which i was informed that i have been won a Apple iphonegalaxy tab-2 for which i will get a confirmation call and will get a courier in which i will get a coupon and pen drive and watch and will have to pay 1086/-.
                            Then i will get a call from 100 best buy to confirm the coupon number and will get my gift. But i didnt received call so i call on the same number but was told to wait till 25 dec but still i didnt got any confirmation so i again called up but i was told to wait till 2nd jan.
                            But still i didnt got any confirmation so i called on 3rd jan in which i was told that i have not won any gift but on asking for wrong committed my call was been disconnected, so i called again and was told that information was given by sales guy so he will call you and will give you gift. But i have not received any call nor my gift.

                            So request you to do the needful by which i can get my gift(Iphone or Galaxy tab-2)ASAP.

                              I would like to draw your attention to the following order, pertaining to which, I am utterly disappointed with the services provided by 100bestbuy.com (Suksh Technology Private Limited ). I reiterate the the following grievances which I have communicated to your customer care executives of the company multiple times, without any resolution although.

                              1. The order (order id: 7208482) was placed on November 16, 2012 at 17:25 Hrs.
                              2. it was a iphone contest, after payment email send to me that this company will give me some dilivery of reebok watch or Polo Tshirt free of cost.
                              3. Since then 41 days have passed (today is December 28, 2012)no body give me the update of that contest as well as winner, on other hand the goods has not been delivered which they committed me.
                              3. We contacted the customer care through e-mail on December 06, December 8, December 11, December 18, December 19, December22 and December 25, 2012. Every time the customer care executives apologised for the delay but unfortunately the apology had never been converted into action. The executives committed to personally give update about the matter by calling us. But the calls never came.
                              4. In addition to informing the customer care, we also sent an email. every time they reply me that their sinior person will assist me on this matter but we did not receive any reply from any person for the same. In the website there is no email address / phone number for LODGING COMPLAINTS.
                              5. We were informed by the customer care executive that, as per the service level agreement,100bestbuy.com is contractually obliged to deliver the goods by 8 days which have already passed.

                              I also inform you that, we are posting our problems to the social networking websites, e-Commerce forums and other consumer grievance forums so that potential customers can be aware of the poor services of 100bestbuy.com and can take informed purchasing decisions henceforth. I hope you appreciate this for the sake of healthy competition within the industry.

                              Please give me guidance to take legal actions against the company.

                                I have received a GFIVe mobile from 100 Best Buy on 13th Dec by cash on Delivery. I paid Rs.2000 for this. After seeing its quality and performance I returned the same on 15th dec through Courier. The delivered challan of Courier is attached. Last 15 days I tried with thier customer care through phone and email, i didn't get any reply for refunding amount. every time they are postponing the refund date. Please take the complaint and do the needful.

                                  I was told that I won a gift on 100bestbuy.com. They told that I won
                                  1. Polo T-shirt (XL size was confirmed)
                                  2. Nexus watch
                                  3. 50% cash vouchers
                                  4. Apple ipod scratch card
                                  But I have to pay Rs. 1026 for this gift worth Rs. 7000
                                  When I received the gift I found T-Shirt size was M. The T-shirt size is really small to me.

                                      I have placed the order[protected] of One saree worth RS. 1140 in www.100bestbuy.com on 12th November 2012.
                                      But they didn''t ship that for more than 20 days. And when i asked they told that this was technical issue.
                                      Your amount will be credited in the form of credit points that is 1140 credits within 72 Working hours. This was happened on 6th December 2012.

                                      Finally i got the credit points on 14th December 2012. When i tried to purchase for RS. 1140 that site says only 50% of Points only you can use for a purchase.

                                      But i have paid 1140 Rupees. But that was not delivered. And they gave my amount in the form of Credits with conditions. Please make this as a complaint. Please take necessary actions.

                                      I made an order on 17/11/2012 but didn't received the product yet after more then 1.5 months..
                                      Product is : Omron HEM 7203 Upper Arm Bp Monitor
                                      I made a call on their customer support number and they told me that product is not available.. and advice me to select some other product..
                                      I told them that i already search your whole site and i din't need any other product..And kindly refund my amount..
                                      They give me an other e-mail ID ([protected]@suksh.com) and told me to send my concern to this person as he/she is dealing in refund's only..
                                      I send the mail almost 3 times to this e-mail ID but didn't get any response.. I again interact with them through e-mail as you feel very lucky if anybody make response on phone.. they answer 1 out of 10 calls and other nine you have to disconnect after a long wait..
                                      So, I again interact with them through e-mails and they told me that they will refund the amount in 3-5 working days.. But when i again contact them after 5 working days.. They stop replying my e-mails.. I made a call today and they disconnect the phone.. when i talk to them about this whole process..
