On 11/1/2014 I ordered a kouton formal shirt combo (Order Id[protected] and paid through my debit card, but they sent me very cheap looking shirts (no match what was shown) and I returned back the same and they received the parcel on 21/1/2014. After that I made numerous calls ( very difficult to contact) and sent several emails (never answered). They neither refund nor exchange the product.
They are simply looting the customers. I am unable to understand how such companies are allowed to transact money through credit/debit cards.
