Sir, Kindly refer my complaint dated 5th February 2013, and in continous of reminder dated 15.02.2013, 17.04.2013. Still my problem has not been solved, I have sent more than 300 emails to 100bestbuy.com for reminding of refumd of the amount of Rs.5316=00 or to send the product what I was orderded (Running spike). More than a year passed the problem is still not solved ! What can I do for geting amount or product! Or Shall I go for consumer court. My contact address : K. Soundararajan, Computer Division, P.O. My complaint about online purchase of Running Spike. I have ordered for purchase of one pair running spike through online to m/s. 100bestbuy.com. on 2nd Jan. 2013 (order confirmation by email). It cost of Rs.5316=00 was paid by me through my credit card (Standard Charted Bank A/c. xxxx0722). During order they have inform that the goods will be delivered within 7 working days. So far I have not received the goods from 100bestbuy.com, after I ordered for more than one month. In this regard, I sent an email on 30th Jan. 2013 for cancel the purcahse order and return my amount of Rs.5316=00. Kindly I request you to register my complaint, and help me to get an amount of Rs.5316=00.
