1mg — Order cancelled, stating out of stock through the product shown available on the website

Hi,

This is to complaint on 1mg - online pharmacy portal regarding my order placed in this website.

Details:
i have placed an order (Po[protected]) for adoclear hq cream on 21st may 2017, 09:30 pm which actual cost is 2800/- however, with the offer/coupon they provided it costed around 2300/-.

but the problem is that they have updated stating the product is out stock after 2days, wherein the product is shown up available on the portal (Still available)

assuming that might be a technical/any other issues, i have again ordered (Id: po[protected]) the product on 23rd may 2017, 12:17 pm and they also called, verified and confirmed the order.

But i got the same response stating that it's out of stock

If it's out of stock how can it be shown available on portal for purchase (It's still available, i could re ordered it again)
Hence, i wanted to bring this to consumer forum notice, as it's is a cheating/fraudulent act , becuz it's clearly visible that to you are bluffing the consumers incorrect promises

We're an online marketplace and fulfill orders via vendor partners in cities local to consumers.Hence, a physical stock verification is done once an order is received. Also, to avoid any further inconvenience we have marked the product de-live on our website.

I placed an order urgently needed for my mom's eyesight on 1mg. After waiting for the order for days, on the expected day of delivery I get a message of it being out of stock. My mother is ardently waiting for her medicine and has been asking everyday about its arrival. This is very disappointing especially as the first experience of purchasing the order on the app. 1mg should make the stock outs to be real time. At the time of placing order if the order is confirmed by the seller then it should be fulfilled, as medicine and health is not like leisure shopping.
Alternatively, In such sudden stock-outs, a replacement call for a smaller pack/strip would have been helpful. Now I have to source the medicine from some other app or local shops and wait for further more days.
