Hi, I have taken subscription from 2x7fresh.in via Order No.[protected] paying Rs. 1026.00 on 28.4.2016, for Milk subscription. No delivery attempt has ever made, they are cheating people. After some time, there customer care people said they will refund the money, now even website seems to be down and their CC No.[protected] is also not in use.

Till date, no refund has been received from the company.

Can someone update on this.

I m happy to your home delivery is very good but your deliver person not provide carry beg so milk is hand over give me so pls say to your delivery person and give to proper packing and carry beg with milk..

I opted for a milk subscription service from the site and also ordered few items

This was in May 2016. After repeated mails and calls to customer care, i got no resolution.

Till date i haven't received the refund or any item from them. Now i get to know that its a fraud company and they have shut down their business.

I want the refund of amount Rs 1198

I have above mention order & paid advance payment for rs. 1944.00 through online, on dt. 09.02.2016, but till date i have not recd. Our order, if company not able to serve order so please return my amount but no one give me suitable answer, i have mail to company many time but no one give me reply.

Even after paying the full amount for a month's supply in advance in April 2016, the supply of Amul Gold milk did not start. The company has not responded to my reminders or informed me about the refund. Initially they sent two mails stating that the supply would start by May 25, 2016. But this promise has not been fulfilled so far.

I made the payment for milk subscription in July-Aug. I made the payment upfront.Till date the subscription has not started nor have I got the refund. There is no response on their customer care and their email Id. Their website is also not opening now. Please help me get my money back. I made the payment through paytm. Earlier I made lot many calls on their customer care but of no avail.

I have ordered a subscription of one month milk on 24x7 fresh.in. On contacting the office number mentioned on there website no body picks the phone and a pre recorded message tells the office is closed.

As i got only 10 days delivery (in breaking) :
09 days with two packets of milk and 01 day as single packet milk. (in total 19packet)
(i.e 1 packet milk refers for the 515 ml of nandini milk as it described on your website.)

My subscription detail as follow:

I have given Rs.1649 on 11.04.2016 for one and half kilo milk for a month and 4 weeks egg vide order no.10000123. Made compliant number of time. No use

I have made number of phone calls more than 500 times to their customer care number [protected] and sent mail to their customer care. Also sent my views and comment to their site from April 2016 to resume the order and supply.

They dont have a proper communication with their company and customer care, simply say supply will come in due course for the day one!

I Shall be grateful if you could kindly pursue the matter to get my money back as soon as poosible, please

I paid Rs.2164.00 to website 24x7FRESH for Monthly Subscription of Milk and Vegetables. But, even after so many Mails and Follow-ups I didn't get any of the Products Delivered to my Address.i raised a complaint earlier as well and haven't received any refund. I als have all the details of the payment proof and order ID. I made so many calls and sent so many emails but neither any order was deleivered to me nor the regfund is made. Now the website and all email address and contact information is also blocked. I also received a mail from CYBERCRIMECONTROL.IN to provide them with all necessary details which I did but haven't received any further information. COuld you please help resolve this issue an get my money back

I had placed order for coconut water and milk delivery for a month.

I did not get the coconut water supply for a day also i was told one week later/one week later; Milk supply i got for 7 days.

They stopped services and I was told i will get my money back in 60 days but i still have not got my money back. I am really disappointed. Please ensure i get my money back

Regarding this company complaints have been made at different channels of government. It is highly surprising that even after thousands of complaints through different forums no action has been taken towards this company, Even if taken, it has not been informed by any readdress agency. Funniest part is a recent reply from Nation Consumer Helpline, which is in response to a letter written to highest authority in India.
A part of it is quoted: "Inspite of best efforts of NCH, company has not responded to your complaint. You are requested to send a written complaint to the Company head office. In case you do not get any satisfactory reply from company you may move to consumer forum..."
If a company is responding to a esteemed government organization, whether it will bother to write to a common man?
Whole of the episode by this company seems to be a scam of multiple Crores of rupees.

I had paid for 1 month subscription however after lot of delay finally the delivery started for about a week or 10 days and stopped again. I have been trying to reach them as well as call them but no response. Please help with the refund of the amount of the remaining days. My customer order number is order #[protected] for the reference. I have also attached the photograph of the email conversation to help understand the issue. This is more than 10 months now and even the website of 24X7 is not working.

Ordered first time with this site surprising got nothing just wasting my time in just follow up around 100 mail i sent and got nothing.

What a billiant telephone... No body pick up... Just for fraud purpose and what a government lots of complaint againt them still not resolved but they doing their business pretty well... Jago grahak jago koi benefit nahi hai iska bhi... Please everyone pull up your socks and detain them to molest any consumer.

In mail lots of promises i only received sir you will get milk next day other day and surprising got nothing. What a website... Block that domain and all... Saale c bnate hai... Paise bhi advance do follow up bhi karo or karela khao... Bkl... Paise wapis karo woh bhi asap.

Humble requesting you. Kindly refund my amount asap. 90 days of graceperiod got expired.

Dear sir/madam,

I have taken cow milk subscription for 500mlx2 nos.
I have paid money for 30 days of 1 liter milk delivery in mid april 2016. After following a lot the delivery was started from 12th june 2016 and was stopped on 25th june. Thereafter delivery was not resumed after discussing and complaining on phone. Only 12-13 days of milk is deliver and remaining 17-18 days of delivery is not made and no refund for the amount.
I will like to register complain for same with amount refund of rs.700/-.

Hi,

I made an order on 24x7 fresh for milk delivery this year on 10 may 2016 (Order #[protected] for rs. 2050) but didn't got any positive response yet. Infect there contact number is also not reachable now. I don't know how to contact them now, i even mailed them but didnt got any response.
Now i just want my money back nothing else.
