If not possible delivery pls re fount my amount...

Had ordered for monthly subscription of 2l amul toned milk from 24x7fresh company for rs 2052
They delivered the milk for the month of january
But when i renewd the subscription on 8 feb, the delayed a lot, and then delivered once and then stopped again (Product no.[protected]
They did not answer calls or messages for long
Then they replied saying milk shall be delivered from 1 march along with 6 alphonso mangoes...

My order id is[protected]. I placed the order of rs.2457-00 on april 29th 2016. Still i have not recd milk at all, even when i am calling customer care, there is no proper response. Very frustrating. These people are cheaters. The will keep money for some months and come back with silly reasons. We need to ask for the full payment along with interest. It is also requeted to save people from these cheaters to take legal action against him.br...

I have ordered milk and paid INR 1674 on 30 april 2016 . Initially they told that delivery will start by 15 May, then they told that it will start by 3/4/5th June. Now they are saying 7/8/9 June. I ordered on 9th may 2016 order no[protected] on fresh 24*7 site for milk delivery, but as writting before no delivery of ilk started even i didn't get my money back. i am waiting for someone to call on my registered no . i tried coustomer care no[protected] many times.. but always its not reachable. please any one can tell me how can i take refund of my amount. where is the option in site to cancel my order or where to call to talk about....

I subscribed for 1 litre mother diary tonned milk, eggs & fresh fruits and vegetables for 30 days.
I paid the full advance subscription of rs.3, 252/- on 22 april 2016.
The delivery has not yet started till date.
Whenever i called the customer care they always gave me wrong commitments and now they don't answer the phone calls or even give response to my emails.
I had even asked them for refund or to atleast start...

My order id is[protected] and booking date is 03/05/2016. They did not deliver even a single litre milk yet from booking date and they are not giving refun while 90 days over. I have phoned to customer care no[protected] many times but i have not got any solution yet. I have mailed many times but not got any solution. Althouh they promised to return amount (Rs.648) autometically after 90 days but no got yet. Please help me

I made an online order with order no[protected] on 25 april 2016 for rs 1539.00 for milk packets of mother dairy (Toned - 1.5 l).
But till now no response shown by 24*7fresh.in regarding delivery or refund.
The phone no supplied on the site is not responding.
Customer support email [protected]@24x7fresh.in is also giving no response to my query.

When i booked order from this site, On that day only i got a call ( from this no.[protected]) that pls give advance month for the month 1215/- for the delivery boy.
I have given the money to delivery boy(Neelesh as he told) when he delivered milk.

Next date there was no delivery.
So i called the person [protected] but he didn't pickup the call.(10-15 times).
Later he drop a message that due to un availability...

I have placed a order on 18th may for milk subscription, but i received a mail that 24*7 fresh are not able to process the order and i made a request for refund. It is near about 3 months and i have still not got any refund. I have send many mails but not got any response and its contact no is also has no response.
It looks like company is cheating people's.

Till today, there is no refund of money. I was able to speak to customer care and they confirmed that my refund will be done.

We subscribed for daily milk delievary on dt.14th july2016. On 18th your person come deliver milk and collected money of rs.1518/- for monthly amount of subscription. On 19th no one come to deliver milk, on 20th we received milk at 8.30 am o' clock. Later till date means 9th august we didnt received any milk.

But again there is no supply and Sent a mail to get an update till now there is no reply.
