I have paid Rs. 1458 to the company on 05/01/2016 for home delivery of 1.5 ltrs of Nadhini Orange color Milk daily for a period of 30 days. The payment was made through citi bank net banking. The company has not started the delivery of the milk till date. Repeated calls to the company only resulted in assurances that delivery will start in few days time . Now company does not answer my phones. I want to have my money back. I am no longer interested in availing services of the company. I have paid Rs. 1924 to the company on 12/12/2015 for home delivery of 1.5 ltrs of Mother Dairy Milk daily for a period of 30 days. The payment was made through PayU money. The company has not started the delivery of the milk till date. Repeated calls to the company only resulted in assurances that delivery will start in few days time ( first it was from 19/12/2015, then 23/12/2015, 26/12/2015). Now company does not answer my phones. I want to have my money back. I am no longer interested in availing services of the company. This company is fraud, they have taken order of milk and money ahead of time, service started with delay and stopped service without any notice. Telling the Delivery people have cheated them and then they mentioned one of their delivery guy had expired and all nonsense. Then they sent out mail telling delivery would start again after 29th December. But again there is no supply and also they have stopped picking phone. These people are cheat and a police complaint should be made against them for cheating people and these guys should be put behind bar. I request all people to get together and file a complaint against the for cheating. I have ordered online one month before but still no delivery. each time when i call they say it will be delivered today. its completely fraud company.

I have place a order on 11th of December, 2015. And the order number is[protected]. The order should be start from 19th of December, 2015 but till now the order has been not started. Even they are not picking call also. I am trying to contact them every day 4-5 times but unable to contact. They were responding my mail but from last 2-3 they have stop to replying my mail also. Please don't pay any advance to 24Xfresh.in before starting the order.

I am keep on calling them atleast twice in a day. sent lots of emails but there is no response. They are completely cheater and fraud company. Guys please beware of this and post cheater message in social media as much as possible. At least we can save other people from this kind of cheater company.

I had taken one month milk subscription, which has stopped after 1 week with out any notice. Also I had ordered vegetables almost 15 days before and not got it yet. I am smelline something bad may be this is a fraudulent company, I should have checked it before. They never pick calls on published number as well. Please refrain from going for it.

==THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATS=== I had subscribed for milk delivery from them on 4th October 2015, paying an advance amount of Rs 2214/-. From the very first day, their service was pathetic. They used to deliver wrong orders, miss deliveries, deliver late. Being fed up, I cancelled my subscription of 15 October 2015 and asked for a refund, which amounts to Rs 1688/-. Till date, I have not received the refund from them despite repeated follow up through mails and calls. The executive I was following up with (mob no [protected]) used to give me excuses that system is down, there is lack of manpower due to Dusshera, Diwali, etc, and that refund will be done after a certain date, or in next 7 days, etc. Then one fine day she tells me that she has left the company and cannot help me. Then I checked that they have provided a new number on their website ([protected]), however, most of the time this number does not work. When I finally managed to reach them on 30 November 2015, they said that refund will be done that day. But still no refund. I have emailed them, sent Facebook message, written to them through their website, but to no avail. THE ARE BIG LIARS AND CHEATS AND SKIMMING OFF MONEY FROM UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS SEEM TO BE THEIR ONLY BUSINESS STRATEGY.

Dear Sir, "24x7 fresh.in" is the company cheated me, they come with a full page advertisemnet in times of india, took advance payment to supply daily milk, bread, news paper etc and vanished like any thing . They dont bother to loose customers as they say they dont care as they have fooled many. looking at this approach, I want to bring to your notice that they have taken my money as advance monthly paymentfor these services and ran away with no service. Attaching mails for your ref:- Hi 24*7 team, This is to bring to your notice that on 19/9/2015 we first time availed your services after necessary formalties being done by your reresentative Mr. Akhilesh (Mob No:-[protected]). We had opted for morning timing of 6:30-7:00 for paper & milk. Your representative agreed to all terms and even said that our services start from 5 am in the morning and even if you want it earlier than the said time we will deliver. But right from the first day delay started happening and we got the delivery of the said items by approx. 8 am to which we objected, and the same delay started everyday. We tried reaching Akhilesh who is not in a habit of taking calls once he has fooled a customer.We contacted supervisor Manoj who said he will look into the matter but still nothing happened. Yesterday there was no delivery at my place so we contacted Akhilesh who fortunately took a call and said nay delivery after nine will be free. We waited nothing happened. Even today there was no delivery. We contacted again and to our utter surprise were told that that our services has been stopped. Now let me know how can you stop my services without informing me and that too when you have taken advance from me. This is breach of contract and for all the harassment and inconvenience caused to us we will take necessary steps to take your company to consumer court. We are also making a police complaint against the Management for making false promises to customers and fooling them. On contacting your office your receptionist just keeps down the receiver and just don’t have the basic attiquates of taking to customers, same is the case with Manoj & Akhilesh. You are kindly intimated to return my advance within two days failing which I will lodge a police complaint against the necessary persons and also take you to consumer court. I am also thinking of reaching the social media like facebook and twitter to be cautious before availing you services. Waiting for a quick action to be taken . Due to very pathetic and unprofessional services I stopped their services and asked for the refund. They have not refund my money yet. For last two weeks I am calling them at least twice a day but they always tell lies that my refund has been processed. But no money have been received yet. They do not even communicate on the e-mail but only tell lies and nothing else. Please avoid their services as they are fraud and cheating people of their money. Not only me they have done this many people in the society where I resides. They have only one intention to cheat people out of their money and nothing else. I am thinking of filing a police complaint against them if I do not receive the refund from them.
