Ordered for the milk supply in Hiranandani, Mumbai and paid the amount for the same but haven's got any service from them and also there is no refund from them or any update from them about the delivery.

It's been around 4 months when I have ordered. So now I want my money back as this is the worst experience for me and can't rely on this anymore.

I worked with this company for 4 months from bangalore and i was not paid salary for all these 4 months. I went through a very tough situation. I have delivered all the expected works. I have been a victim of this fraud - Randhir kumar the claimed CEO. Please get justice for me.I want my money.

I ordered milk subscription from 24x7 fresh in may 2nd, but there was no delivery and after 2 months, I got a mail for claiming the refund, but after contacting through mail there was no revert, no one picks up the call and its been 6 months, but there is no one whom i can complaint to or someone contacted me for the refund.

I had placed an order for Nandini milk in 24x7fresh.in on 18-Jan-2016 for Rs 1, 200/-. They were supposed to start delivering milk at my doorstep starting 1st of Feb 2016. But they did not do that, I made several phone calls to their customer care. They did not respond properly. I sent emails to which they replied and said they have some logistical issues and it will be delayed.
I told them to cancel my order and refund my amount. They have not made refund despite making many request. I have attached a screen-shot of my order for your reference.

I subscribed for 1 month subscription for 1 litre milk daily. However after making the payment in april 2016, there was no response from the company. I tried to contact on their customer care and was told that it will be sson resolved. Thereafter i received a mail from them stating that the money will be refunded. However post that there is no communication from the company nor is their customer care numbers/ mails are responding. My subscription was never started and my refund is pending.

I did not receive singe day service. Door step delivery of milk does not start and later I came to know that 24*7 fresh cant deliver same. I had requested to cancel my order and refund my money into my PNB credit card. But I never get any response on my email and neither my online order status is showing cancelled. It is still showing processing.

Updated by rajeshsharma0077 I had placed an ordered online on website www.24x7fresh.in for milk subscription (door step delivery) of Amul Full Cream Milk (4x500ml) x 30days as per Order number #[protected] dated[protected]. I had paid full money Rs.2, 592/- online in advance through my PNB Credit Card No.[protected] via PAYTM). I had been informed that delivery will start from 01st May 2016 then informed it will start from 16th May 2016 and then further extended to 20th May 2016.
Since then I have been humbly communicating with their customer care (through telephone and emails) and requesting for delivery of product where the customer care executives every time promised some other date to deliver the product, but all in vain. Later I have been informed by customer care executive that they cannot deliver the same in my area due to some reasons. On my repeated request customer care executive cancel my order (request no.10055 dated[protected] and further inform me that it will take 90 days to process my refund.
Further I contact PAYTM on dated 21.06.2016 for refund (through email). It is responsibility to payment gateway provider to hold payment till delivery of goods. PAYTM informed me to contact directly CEO of M/s Rudraksh E Commerce Supermarket (24x7 fresh) for refund and share company address along with mobile number.

I earlier too raised the complaint about them but it is not resolved yet.
I ordered 1 litre milk for one month and as asked, made a payment for it in advance. They delivered me the milk for 15-odd days and then stopped.
Could you please trace these guys who have conned so many people. I can give you number of two of their employees from mumbai. Please note them down:

I don't know the name of these guys as they don't reveal it.
I got their number because they contacted me for milk delivery earlier.
Please send these guys - "get well soon" messages.
Hopefully they will then persuade their master to return money of all who have been conned.
I hope you will take up this issue seriously. I thank you in anticipation.

I had already cancel my order my[protected] after they failed to deliver it for a month. I had ordered milk delivery on[protected] and on[protected] i cancelled my order because they still didn't processed my order.
Moreover, i spoke to one of customer care guy on phone and he said he has cancelled the order and my request no he gave is 0131. I had done my payment via paytm, and i dont know how to claim it from paytm, so i reuest you to initiate the refund from your side (24x7fresh) to my paytm account.
I had written again to them on 17-08-16, till now i have got no reply from them.
And now their website is not working.
Please help me in getting my refund

I placed an order for milk and eggs on 24x7fresh.in in the month of April 2016. It's been almost 6 months and neither I received the products not the refund.

I was calling them every other week till June 2016. Since few weeks, neither their phone number nor their wwbsite works. At first I thought it might be an website issue. Now I feel that I got conned by a fly by night company.

When i googled my suspicions seems to be true as the website has committed fraud to many other customers in India.

Approx 4 months back, talked to one of the telephone operator, he has given me the complaint no.0141 dated:10/06/16

He told me that refund will be done within 90 days after submitting complaint but till today no refund received.

This is my first bad expeerience about online shopping

I have lost my husband a year back. And working to make ends meet. I have an elderly mother in law and 2 kids who are studying. I have paid money in the month of march for a month delivery of milk ₹ 1056/-. But have not received the milk. After which I have been calling the call centre. I have written a lot of mails. But I would just get a simple response that we will deliver it soon. Also they mentioned that the services had not started in our area. But it seems that in that call centre there are only 2 people who attend the calls. And sometimes they make fun of customers and use abusive language. They also said that I would get a refund after 3 months.These fraud sites should be band and action should be taken. I am a single mother who is working and for my convenience I got attracted to this site. But I did not know that it was a fraud site. This amount may be small but has caused me a lot of trouble and mental stress. And I hope you can help me out. Would like to know if they have the intention of delivering the products or refunding the money

I paid this site around 3000 rs for amul milk delivery which was supposed to start in may but their customer care number never worked and after one email response, never heard anything. They are cheaters collecting money. They should be put in jail. This is the one and only email i got.

I have ordered a subscription of one month milk on 24x7 fresh.in. On contacting the office number mentioned on there website no body picks the phone and a pre recorded message tells the office is closed.

As i got only 10 days delivery (in breaking) :
09 days with two packets of milk and 01 day as single packet milk. (in total 19packet)
(i.e 1 packet milk refers for the 515 ml of nandini milk as it described on your website.)

In the month of april 11.04.2016 i paid the above website sum of rs.2052 for order no.[protected] as money for supplying two kg of amul milk at my home for a month for which I paid by rtgs as advance payment for services they where about to start from 19.4.2016 .the payment details are attached by photo of my state bank of mysore account . now when after 20th i demanded services to be resumed, mailed two three times but was in vein. phone numbers mentioned never picked up. in june once a lady operator pickedup phone and told that services in your area are taking time and would be resumed shortly. but didnot statred. after that conversation they never picked up phone of my number. so from my landline once in august picked up and told me to wait when i told to refund repeatedly they told refund would take two to three months. i said i have no issues refund it. but they didnot. now in august end i visited their noida address but did not found anything at that place as address mentioned .

you are here new in this kind of trouble suffering from the 24x7fresh.in, . I am suffering from approx 1 year, but till now neither money refunded or service resumed. I only hope for best.

if we all file a case against the company we all will get our refund with the penalty for our suffering. as they are seems full fraud... we all should unite for this company.

I had made a purchase on a website http://24x7fresh.in/ on 29th march, 2016 for a milk subscription amounting to rs.1377.00 for which i made the payment through payu money. The service was promised to start from april 3rd, then postponed to april 19th but, now when i try calling the customer care, they either disconnect the call, or refuse to respond to my query, not to mention they are quite rude and ask us not call again.

I have written to them on their customer care email address [protected]@24x7fresh.in quite a few times requesting for a refund but they do not respond.

I have contacted payu money as i had made the payment through their wallet services, but they in-turn asked me to contact my bank to get the refund.

I would request you to kindly help me get a refund for the said product/service.

I had placed an order for supply of 1 L Amul toned milk for one month at my residence in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Order no. #[protected] dated[protected], Amount Paid was Rs. 1026 in advance by credit card on their website 24X7fresh. The supply never started and all my emails and phone calls did not help in refund. Now nobody responds on email or on phone. No refund despite their promise has been made so far.

They are frauds and incompetent people. I request help in getting the refund.
